The Evergreen Webinar Funnel Breakdown23 Sep 202400:16:28

Whether you're wanting to sell your course on autopilot or generate high quality leads for your 1:1 services, your business can benefit from having an evergreen webinar funnel.

It's an upgrade from the traditional lead magnet PDF that you can use to grow our list, and the reason why it's an upgrade is because it includes video content. Video is the easiest and fastest way to build up the know, like and trust factor in a funnel.

When you get the topic, presentation & pitch right in the webinar, it's a really easy way to attract clients & sell courses fast.

In this day and age, where people have very short attention spans, and show up live rates are at an all time low, why wouldn't you want to turn your best performing live webinar into something people can watch on demand at 2x speed.

In today's podcast episode, I'm going to give you a breakdown of my evergreen webinar funnel, and how you can create this in your business.

Here's what you'll learn:

  • The 2 different types of evergreen webinar funnels, and which one I prefer

  • What you need to get crystal clear on before building out your funnel (and why this is often overlooked)

  • My evergreen webinar structure

  • The tech requirements of an evergreen funnel

How to make money in between your launches14 Feb 202300:19:59

If you create a business model where you have one signature course, and you launch it a few times each year, how are you going to make money outside of those launches?

It's something I don't think many people talk about, and something I don't think I've spoken much about.

But it's really bloody important, because hello, CASH FLOW.

In an ideal world, launches should provide EXCESS cash to your monthly recurring revenue.

This helps:

  1. Create a healthier business model that is not feast or famine

  2. Takes THE PRESSURE off launching

  3. Give you something to sell and talk about all year round

So how can you make money outside of launching your signature product

That's exactly what I'm sharing in this podcast episode!

8 Ways To Sell Out Your Online Offers in 202219 Jan 202200:19:23

Newsflash: You don't need a big "Live Launch" to sell every offer in your online business.

... Some of your offers can sell an autopilot with Facebook Ads.
... Some can sell out with just a few emails.
... Others might only be available as an upsell or downsell to existing customers.

What *is* important is that you have a clear sales strategy for each offer in your business.

❌ And having your online course just sitting on your website gathering dust, isn't going to get you anywhere near your money goals.

Remember, selling IS helping.

Listen to this week's episode of the Ready, Set, Launch podcast, and learn 8 ways to sell out your online offers in 2022.

Planning Your Launch Year12 Jan 202200:21:07

In today's episode, I'm going to share with you my process for planning a year. From how much revenue you want to generate, right through to what your focus needs to be every month, in order for you to hit your income goals.

While I'm not a fan of planning everything in details (I'm more "go with the flow"), I've learnt (the hard way) that you NEED to have loose plans when you're running a business in order to hit your business goals. If you have a goal to hit $100k this year or 1 million this year, you need to know where that money is coming from.

I like loose plans, because I also believe that there is only so much in your control. When it comes to manifesting money, it's best to set your goals and then detach from HOW that money will come to you.

So setting goals & planning = BIG YES

But also, detach from the outcomes of the launches and also be open to following your intuition & pivoting if need be.

In this episode, you'll learn:

  1. Exactly how I plan my year, in terms of launches & hitting income goals.

  2. How to develop a sales strategy for each offer [hint: Not every offer needs a big launch]

  3. A simple way to map your year that gives you structure, confidence and focus each month.

Our Family's End of Year Goal Setting & Planning Process04 Jan 202200:29:32

Happy New Year!

For the first episode of 2022, I want to share with you our little annual tradition, it's our process of reflecting, planning and setting goals for the new year.

The biggest difference between goal setting for your business, and this, is that this is a process that Jovon (my husband) and I do TOGETHER each year.

We've done this together for years, even when Jovon worked corporate and my business was a hobby - and I really do believe it's been so effective for us to really stay aligned and focused on our big LIFE goals and how we're going to achieve them.

In this episode you'll get raw insights into:

  1. Our family values, and how they help us make life & business decisions

  2. How we reflect & celebrate the year including the big wins AND the goals we didn't achieve.

  3. Our really low-key & casual process for setting family, personal & business goals. [Think: a crayon & a single piece of paper.]

5 Ads to Run During Your Open Cart28 Sep 202100:17:13

Open Cart Ads are some of my favourite to run.

Here's why.

If you're embracing the Live Launch marketing model for your online course or membership, you only have a short window to hit your sales target - the 'open cart' phase.

Running Facebook and Instagram Ads during your open cart will guarantee that your audience will see your content. With email open rates sitting at 20-30% and organic reach inconsistent… this will provide you with that extra layer of awareness so that your audience will feel like they're "seeing you everywhere".

These are Ads also super affordable #yay with great returns.

Want to hear my top 5 Ads to run during your next open cart?

Tune in to listen to this week's episode of Ready, Set, Launch.

The Best Platform To Host Your Course & Build Your Funnels05 Sep 202100:18:23

Chances are you've spent a ton of time researching, comparing and deciding on which platform you should use to host your online course &/or create your funnels.

💭 Should I invest in ClickFunnels? Kartra? Kajabi? They seem expensive... maybe I'm not ready for that?

💭 Maybe I could DIY my course using my Wordpress or Squarespace Website and save a few $$?

💭 Or perhaps a cheaper course hosting platform like Teachable or Simplero will work me?...

💭 But what about email marketing? landing pages? sales pages? checkout pages?

💭 Arghhh, it's too much!

Yep - decision fatigue... and you haven't even launched yet.

It's hard to know what you're going to need in a platform when you're just getting started... and this can sometimes mean choosing the wrong platform now and regretting your decision later (Painful!)

In this week's episode of READY, SET, LAUNCH! I'm sharing all my best tips to help you choose the course platform that will perfectly suit your needs.

Here's what you'll learn:

  1. The mistakes I made when I first launched my course, including why I moved from Teachable to Kajabi.

  2. What you should be looking for in a course platform.

  3. Why the cheapest isn't always the best

  4. How you can start money from your courses ASAP

Cultivating Curiosity & Confidence During a Launch with Gemma Benad27 Jul 202100:46:44

Today on the podcast, we're talking to the amazing Gemma Benad all about adopting a success mindset, especially during a launch (when you often feel so exposed, vulnerable & afraid). Shifting your mindset and energy during a launch from being full of fear to one of abundance & success will have an incredible impact on who you attract to your course. People aren't buying what you teach > they're buying into YOU as the teacher!

I know I'm one to talk about strategy, tech & funnels > but trust me when I say that mindset, attitude & energy is something you need to be constantly working on if you want to scale your income and impact.

Here's what we chat about:

  1. Why it's important to be consistently working on your mindset as you scale your online business.

  2. How to lean into your launch with more authenticity, accepting of all emotions and feelings (good and bad!).

  3. Practical things you can do when you start spiralling down a negative thought pattern during a launch.

The 4 Secrets To Selling Your Course Evergreen21 Feb 202400:22:55

Do you know why your launches feel insanely stressful even if you're one of those organised people who have every single email scheduled?

Do you know why that "do or die" energy has you questioning your entire business model every day of the launch even though you know your course is highly valuable?

Do you know why so many course creators want to turn their back on launch even though you see the potential?

It's because if you're only relying on live launching for your payday, you're not making any money leading up to your launch.

Instead, you're working hard and actively watching your bank account dwindle.

This is why I talk constantly about creating your sales ecosystem.

It's about live launching, yes. Because who doesn't love a huge wad of cash?

But it's about creating an evergreen sales system that brings you consistent $10k months every single month, no matter where you're at in the launch cycle.

In this episode, I'll be sharing with you.

  1. How to build one simple system that converts leads into paying customers fast.

  2. The one thing you need in your funnel to get your dream clients to make a purchasing decision.

  3. How to fill your funnel with dream leads and scale your sales every single month.

What you can do in your pre-launch to help you make more course sales19 Jul 202100:18:55

Today we're going to talk about your PRE LAUNCH! Your pre-launch is the months leading up to you selling your online course.

Quite often when we hear about course launching - we hear about Webinars, Free Challenges, Video Series and all that exciting stuff - which is amazing… but what we don't hear or see is what happens before all that exciting stuff.

Imagine your next launch, your webinar or your challenge, is one massive house party…. Your pre-launch is the time you need to take to plan the party - and make friends.

A pre launch is really important if you don't have a big email list or you have launched once or twice before and you know that you're existing audience has already seen your offer a few times.

In this episode you'll learn:

  1. The 3 phases of your launch; and where the pre-launch fits in

  2. What you can do in your pre-launch to grow your list & connect with your new audience

  3. When to start talking about your offer, and how to get your new leads interested

3 Tips To Reducing Your Cost Per Lead03 May 202100:18:00

If you're an online business owner and you're ready to scale your online course, you're going to need to generate leads and grow your email list using Facebook Ads. You can do this during your pre-launch by promoting your lead magnet or during your launch by promoting your launch event, be it a webinar or a challenge.

Your cost per lead (how much it costs you to get one person on your email list) is one of the most important metrics you need to track, and reducing your cost per lead is going to become one of the ultimate goals when it comes to your Facebook Ads.

In this episode you'll learn:

  1. A quick updated on the continuing Facebook/Apple saga and what you need to do with your Ads to avoid them being switched off.

  2. How reducing your cost per lead will have a positive impact on your sales results.

  3. What a good cost per lead is, and how you can track yours.

  4. 3 tips to reduce your cost per lead (and they're not all to do with the Ads themselves.)
