Chris manages the McGinley Ranch in northern Nebraska and southern South Dakota. 

He is tasked with the stewardship of 80,000 acres of rangeland and wet meadows in the heart of the Sandhills. He and his team manage a Bison herd which consists of 1,900 breeding animals, 1,600 yearlings, and 400 grass-finished bulls. They are focused on implementing regenerative grazing practices, using adaptive grazing techniques to build soil health and plant diversity.
