A former educator turned tech executive, his unique perspective growing up with dyslexia and ADHD shaped his career, and pioneering approach to inclusive design and technology . Trip’s commitment to the democratizing power of technology and making it accessible to everyone, particularly in education stems from his personal experience of being marginalized under underestimated growing up in the 1980s with dyslexia and ADHD and is his latest project, an innovative AI-powered platform that transforms how educational content is delivered and consumed. 5x5 Learning’s mission is to make education more accessible, equitable and effective with AI tailored precisely to how a given student learns best. Named after the communications term meaning "loud and clear," 5x5 represents a significant advancement in educational technology, serving diverse learning needs across K-12 education.

Patric Richardson is America’s go-to expert for laundry quandaries, author of the best-selling Laundry Love: Finding Joy in a Common Chore, and star of The Laundry Guy on HGTV and Discovery Plus. He’s featured frequently on national and international TV and radio shows, and in prominent publications, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Times, Die Welt, Martha Stewart Living, Real Simple, and Better Homes & Gardens. Richardson also created the ever-popular and often sold-out Laundry Camps, and runs his Mall of America boutique, Mona Williams. He grew up in Lexington, KY, and lives with his partner in the well-cared-for brownstone he renovated in St. Paul, Minnesota.

We have Luis Garotti talk about his work as a young kid to his current love for his company, 292 Co, Luis utilizes the knowledge he has gained over the past 15 +
years. The loss of his uncle in 2019 due to the stresses of running a business deeply
impacted Luis and motivated him to prioritize mental toughness and personal
development. Additionally, Luis has overcome major health challenges, further
emphasizing the importance of health and wellness in his life.

Over the last 20 years, Rajeev has worked in a variety of roles spanning software engineering, sales, marketing, and most recently in the field of user experience. From 2013 onwards, he has focused his efforts on the growing field of UX, helping organizations of all sizes creatively solve complex problems in the digital space. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from Georgetown University and his M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. He also teaches UX Design at Georgetown University in their Design Management Masters Program and has his own company Shift UX that helps new designers and researchers break into the field of UX by understanding the foundations of the field and guiding them toward a customized portfolio that gets them noticed in the job market. If he’s not doing any one of the things above, he stays busy with his wife, 2 kids, and 2 dogs, and tries to enjoy movie nights once a week!
