On today's show, we're chatting with Lexy Silverstein, a sustainable fashion creator and advocate. Once a frequent shopper of fast fashion, Lexy's personal quitting fast fashion journey towards adds authenticity to her sustainability advocacy. She says she aims to inspire significant, impactful changes in the industry by educating and engaging people in the process.
Lexy recently got her degree fashion merchandising and marketing at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles, and while she was there, she led a student protest and petition, calling on FIDM to drop it's partnership with the ultra fast fashion brand, SHEIN.

On today's show, we're chatting with Lauren Lepire, the founder of Timeless Vixen, a high-end vintage clothing boutique located in Beverly Hills with a focus on iconic, rare, and important pieces of fashion. We're talking museum quality antiques, rare designer dresses, true haute couture spanning from the Victorian era to modern day. Lauren's vintage gems have appeared on fashion icons from Kate Moss, to Dita Von Teese, they've been in big Hollywood movie productions and they've even been acquired by museum archives around the globe.
We chat about fashion houses such as Chanel, Christian Dior, and Valentino who work regularly with her to purchase their original designs to further complete their archives, her first pinch me moment celebrity placements, and what it's like to see her vintage on the big screen.

On today's show, we're chatting with Lindsey of Fat & Habitat. Fat & Habitat sells plus size vintage clothing in and around the Northeast. Run by Lindsey and her husband Alex, Fat & Habitat has a focus on sustainable materials and quality construction. Their mission is to provide underrepresented folks of the plus size community fashionable, timeless clothing.
Lindsey and I chat about her background in fashion, and love of quality clothing, which sparked the vision to bring inclusivity to the vintage community via Fat & Habitat, and what that means to her. Today's show is with Ronnie of RetroBlades! Ronnie has been a long time avid lover and collector of vintage since she was young, but her collection really began to grow when she became a wardrobe stylist in the entertainment industry.
She worked as a wardrobe stylist for over 25 years, specializing in vintage style and aesthetics. Her clients would often purchase vintage from her, and she always dreamed of owning a vintage store in LA one day. In 2017, she started RetroBlades – getting her start selling at vintage markets like Rose Bowl, A Current Affair, and Pickwick. Most recently, she opened her store, Archive Atelier in Free Market in Playa Vista. It's a high end vintage shop where Ronnie sells her vintage, and features other vintage dealers as well.
