A simpler life includes integrating home automation technologies such as home repair services. A healthier life involves wellness devices and care services such as a scale or blood pressure monitor. Finally, a happier life brings connectivity outside of the community such as video chat capabilities with family, being able to order meals, or to even call or message anyone else in the community through an app.
