Adopt Don't Shop
Season 2 · Episode 11

We have all seen the horrible images of puppy farms on our social media feeds and also the animal rescues sharing images of doggies looking for their furever homes. Today's topic is close to my heart and is talking about the issue of adopting instead of shopping for a new family member.
About Amanda
Amanda's journey with Small Paws Animal Rescue QLD exemplifies the passion and dedication required in animal rescue, especially after a significant career shift. Her decision to dive into this challenging yet fulfilling field highlights not only the emotional rewards of saving and caring for animals but also the resilience needed to navigate the complexities of rescue work. For Amanda, the commitment to animal welfare far surpasses the monotony of a traditional job, driving her to make a remarkable difference in the lives of many furry companions.
