When you think of pageant powerhouses, which countries come to mind? Probably the Philippines, Venezuela, Colombia, and the USA- just to name a few. What if we told you that there’s a queen who had the honor of competing in not one, but two of these countries? This competitor would be none other than Venezuelan-American beauty queen, Valentina Sanchez Trivella. 

Jesse Ladoue McMullen, our Queen of Coaching, and Cara Mund, Miss America 2018, are here to discuss Valentina's journey to both Miss Teen USA and Miss Venezuela. Even though pageants are glamorous, Valentina had to overcome many of life's obstacles and learned how to turn her experience into advocacy.
