We dig into the implications and how such practices can shape not only the player's attitudes on the ice but also their personal growth off it. We explore the idea of reward systems that focus on holistic development & we discuss innovative methods including assigning tasks at home and the merits of such methods. Highlighting the importance of setting the right tone, we share insights on fostering a supportive, encouraging team environment which doesn't undermine the collective effort.
