You will love this podcast with Dr Vikki Barnes, who is on a mission to increase global happiness. As a Doctor of clinical psychology, happiness & wellbeing consultant, positive psychologist, international speaker, author and adventurer. She will inspire you to nurture your own happiness.
In 2018, Vikki was asked to work in the British Virgin Islands with Sir Richard Branson, to set up a mental health service for survivors following hurricane Irma. She worked with the community as well as health professionals, developing much needed provision and continues to support this remotely.
 In 2024, Vikki began her global positive wellbeing charity project working as a volunteer, offering skills and services to people in underprivileged areas who have few resources yet need them most. She supports education and wildlife charities in Africa, Asia and South America, embedding positive practises to help them deal with challenges and unimaginable adversity. She teaches and promotes healthy habits in order to make happy minds a more sustainable global venture.
Her book Free Happiness: the art and science of positivity is used within organisations to improve people experience and culture. It could help you!
