Facilitation Part 2!

We’re back with part two of our conversation about facilitation and today we’re getting into the meat of creating and holding containers. We answer questions like: What even is a container? Why do they matter? How do you know if it’s set or not? And more!

We love today’s topic so much (and have decades of combined experience mastering it!) we ended up making this a two-parter. In the first half of the conversation, we talk about the elements of marketing and sales that lead up to joining containers online and how this is actually where the facilitation process begins. We get into the things people may need to feel comfortable joining containers but don’t always look for, the importance of having clear rules of engagement and facilitators themselves being safe in their own systems.

In this week’s episode, we got into developing and shifting the vision for our lives over time. It was a beautiful, story-filled, winding, and wondrous conversation where we landed in some really gorgeous places around simplicity, flow, the divine unfoldment of things, allowing visions to be woven organically just as much as we aim to bring things into the material intentionally.

For this episode, where we are geeking out on Astrology, Human Design, and the Gene Keys, we want to acknowledge that we have these beautiful tools and systems and that everything exists on a spectrum. Anything in excess could be detrimental, and it’s important that we not allow ourselves to be a little too compulsive or preoccupied with these things and disconnect from our own discernment and feelings.

We talk about how these tools and systems provide incredible guideposts for getting to know who we are and how we’re built, the importance of stillness and listening to our own selves, and how to engage with them in healthy, helpful ways.
