Focusing on the breath shifts us from brain to body. We become aware of what needs to change within us, and then we have the choice to let our body bypass the overthinking ego and move to a somatic place of healing. This is work on a deep level. Focus on where you want to be, not where you are, and do what it takes to love your life again.

EP 254: The Way of the Woman with Linda Nardelli Being a human is being great!

vendredi 24 mai 2024Duration 45:49

We are spirits having a human experience. Welcome the highs and the lows, no vibration should be dismissed. What is the message in the ANGER or the ALERT? They need love. When we open the front door, everything can walk in, including SPIRIT. What happens then is miraculous. Highly sensitive artisan, counsellor, spiritual mentor, and intuitive healer, Linda Nardelli helps people 1 to 1 and in group therapy to become comfortable with the unknown, and with being seen. That is where healing and fulfilment happen. Trust oriented therapy facilitates what is trying to emerge from every woman. It is imperative to develop our desire and learn about the Woman’s Way … slower pace, pause, paying attention to the in-between, the art of observation, opening the door to being heard. Don’t expect our partner to give the love we are not giving to ourselves. Grow, heal, and learn to live from our heart.

EP 253: Celebrity Event Producer, Lainie Strouse, shares Event Success Secrets

samedi 18 mai 2024Duration 38:01

Lainie Strouse learned that modelling success at age 13 was a happy introduction to financial success, but that it was also temporary. She learned to do everything she could with the best intentions, that there would be ups and downs, that you do what you can with what you’ve got. She learned flamenco dancing and serving tables. She learned problem solving, how to understand people, keep a calm head, keep ego out, and to make the best of every situation. These are skills one might need later! Now, as a celebrity event creator, she has learned to pause, listen, come from a respectful place, be adaptable & solution focused, and produce the dream result that her clients really want. Every client & every attendee is special. Do the best you can in every moment, don’t pretend to know everything, and ASK. Learning something is always good.
