| 32. Monday Mediations: God's Listening | 24 Feb 2025 | 00:07:22 | |
God loves you—personally, powerfully, and passionately. His love is not distant or indifferent; it is intentional and ever-present. Would He save you only to leave you in fear? Would He teach you to walk, only to watch you stumble? Would He endure the agony of the cross for your sins, only to ignore your prayers? Of course not.Look to Jesus, and you will see the heart of God. Watch as He reveals the Kingdom—His power over disease and death, His ability to restore what was lost, His tears for a broken world, and His authority to bring healing. Whether we recognize it or not, His Kingdom is advancing, His love is unshaken, and He is always listening. We hope that you enjoy this episode. God bless you and Go Rise Up! | 23. Monday Meditations: Fighting | 01 Apr 2024 | 00:10:04
Our primary mission field begins within our own homes and circles of friends and family. Oftentimes, this area of our lives is where we experience the most conflict. Without even realizing it, we can wrongly take things out on the people we love and feel secure with because we know their love is unconditional and we take it for granted. It's critically important to take a step back in these situations and remember: your spouse, your child, your friend is not the enemy. The enemy is the enemy. Allow God to rule over your actions and your words. Be intentional about these critical things, especially with those you love, whom God has entrusted to you. Those people are in your corner to help you and love you, not hurt you, and you need to steward those relationships in the same way. We hope that you enjoy this episode. God bless you and Go Rise Up! | 22. Monday Meditations: Burden | 25 Mar 2024 | 00:09:58
I want to embolden you today to release yourself from your burdens and the burdens of others. Fully relinquish your worries and lay them down at the feet of our loving Father. Once you set them there under His watchful care, don’t bend down to pick them back up. Whatever the case may be, you must resist the urge to handle alone what God wants to shoulder with you. When you leave your burdens at his feet, leave them. Let them go and invite Him in. Put your fears, your burdens, your worries into the nail-scarred hands of our Savior. He is more than trustworthy and His love for you is beyond what you can comprehend. We hope that you enjoy this episode. God bless you and Go Rise Up! | 21. Monday Meditations: Fasting | 18 Mar 2024 | 00:10:50
Fasting releases us from the constant distractions surrounding us and the unworthy things vying for our attention. It helps us to be attune to God’s voice and to remember that we need to depend on Him every single moment of every single day. He is the one we must rely on for our spiritual, emotional and physical well-being. No other source can satisfy. John Piper explained it well when he wrote that, at its heart, fasting is “an intensification of prayer. It’s a physical exclamation point at the end of the sentence, ‘We hunger for you to come in power.’ It’s a cry with your body, ‘I really mean it, Lord! This much, I hunger for you.’ “ We hope that you enjoy this episode. God bless you and Go Rise Up! | 20. Monday Meditations: Holy Fear | 11 Mar 2024 | 00:09:36
It’s a challenge to define “holy fear” or the act of “fearing God'' in just a simple sentence or even paragraph for that matter. It's so important to remember that the fear of the Lord does not drive us away from God’s presence–it’s the exact opposite. Holy fear is a wonderful, godly fear that lays a firm foundation for us as believers. It involves deep and abiding reverence–profound, adoring respect. Holy fear is a gift of love and even protection, offered to us by a God who cares for us profoundly. Do you want to embrace holy fear? Live in awe of God. Respect and honor Him. Adore Him above anything and anyone else in the universe. We hope that you enjoy this episode. God bless you and Go Rise Up! | 19. Monday Meditations: Fix | 04 Mar 2024 | 00:07:15
It’s so easy to get caught up trying to “fix” our circumstances, relationships or friendships instead of fixing our gaze on Jesus–the only one who can, and someday will, truly fix everything in this broken world. Stop rushing into situations in an attempt to “fix” everything. Instead, breathe, be still, and remember what I’ve reminded you of before: there’s a difference between being still and being stagnant. If you’re feeling discouraged or overwhelmed by a storm or valley in your life, remember that you’re a human with a limited capacity. Instead of putting pressure on yourself to achieve what only God can, seek Him wholeheartedly. Don’t try to climb your mountains alone. With open eyes and a thankful heart, surrender to our God who moves mountains. We hope that you enjoy this episode. God bless you and Go Rise Up! | 18. Monday Meditations: Healing | 27 Feb 2024 | 00:07:21
Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to be meditating on healing. Every one of us is in need of healing, whether it be from sin, sickness, mental affliction, spiritual fatigue, emotional suffering or anxiety and worry. I want to encourage you to reconcile your wounds. Don’t run away in fear or avoidance from the problems you face. Healing will elude you if you don’t confront the root causes of your struggles. Instead of fleeing, go to the source of endless supply, our God. He is Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. Ask Him to empower you and strengthen your shoulders, that He would equip you to address the struggles you’re experiencing and to tackle your situation head-on. In John 10:10 Jesus says, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” He died for us so that we can live for Him. Heal so that you can continue building for the Kingdom without any hesitation. We hope that you enjoy this episode. God bless you and Go Rise Up! | 17. Monday Meditations: Seasons of Change | 19 Feb 2024 | 00:07:12
Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to be meditating on the Seasons of Change. Although seasons of change can be filled with so many unknowns, there is beauty to be found in the reality that uncertainty can also be viewed as possibility. God has great plans for our lives and He is walking alongside us as we undergo these many changes. He is the one that is ultimately in control. He writes the beginning and the end and although we may feel that weapons are forming around us as we undergo seasons of change, we must remember that they will not prosper. | 16. Monday Meditations: Joy | 27 Nov 2023 | 00:07:25
Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to be meditating on the power of Joy. Joy is powerful. Yet, it's not in interchangeable with happiness. Happiness is fleeting. It’s an emotion that fluctuates with circumstance. But as a Christian, joy is so deeply ingrained into our heart. Joy is long lasting and it satisfies the heart in an extremely unique and incredible way. It’s no doubt a characteristic of God’s people who are walking in His presence. Joy is an absolute gift and it’s given to those who trust in Christ. We hope that you enjoy this episode. God bless you and Go Rise Up! A few weeks ago I was so blessed and honored to have a tea hosted by TPUSA Faith, called RISE UP where I had 3 phenomenal women alongside me on stage and we dove into the topics of today, faith, and how to be a strong biblical woman in such a messed up culture and quite frankly world that we live in right now. These three women, Eileen marx, Stephanie Denhman, and Rachel Jensen, have all blessed my life in immeasurable ways with their prayer, wisdom, and counsel and I have no doubt that what they share in this episode will bless you as well. So, if youre questioning your role in your ministry. If you’re questioning whether or not you should take that job, break up with that boyfriend, dive headfirst into a new season of life, if trying to hear God’s voice, struggling in your marriage or want to get married, start a company or become a mom, this episode is for you. | 15. Monday Meditations: Eternal | 02 Oct 2023 | 00:07:08
Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to be meditating on how our God is eternal. There’s a difference between time and eternity. As humans we live, eat, breathe, sleep, and exist on time. But one day, when our bodies pass or when Jesus comes, whichever first, time as we know it will be no more. Those who are redeemed in Christ will enter into a never-ending day, eternity. No one made God. The concept of eternity is woven throughout scripture and is revealed to us in God’s creation every single day. God is not on trial, he doesn't have to prove his existence to us and to the skeptics. This attribute of God shows to us even more how He lives outside of time and is in complete control of everything. He is in the past, the present, and the future. Because of eternity we do not have to live in fear or despair, we can rest knowing that we have a God who is in control every hour of today, and every minute of tomorrow. | 31. Monday Meditations: Comparison | 01 Jun 2024 | 00:11:57
Comparison is a thief. It can steal joy, it can steal self-worth, it can steal purpose. It robs people of peace and contentment. God specifically and sovereignly designed you with unique gifts and specific purpose. No matter what season you’re in, be humble and present and find ways to grow. Remember that you’re constantly evolving–for better or for worse. Don’t let comparison put out the Spirit’s fire that is within you. Astonish a mean world with your acts of selflessness and kindness and proclaim the truth unapologetically. Remember, your DNA is NOT a mistake. There is only one you so stand firm in the middle of the chaos in culture. Continue to live each day with a grateful heart, knowing that although you are not in control of certain things, you are deeply loved by the One who is. We hope that you enjoy this episode. We had some fun banter, but I have to say, there’s some tough love in this episode. Some might agree with our answers, others might not, but regardless we wanted to share what was on our hearts.

| 14. Monday Meditations: Incomprehensible | 26 Sep 2023 | 00:06:46 | |
Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to be meditating on how our God is incomprehensible. he way God is just, righteous, patient, loving, wise, infinite, kind, and merciful all at the same time is a beautiful example of Him being beyond our comprehension. He is greater than anything you or I could imagine. That alone is so special and shows us that our God is a way-maker and a miracle worker, we need only to put our faith and trust fully into Him. So today, allow God to be God. Stop trying to write your own story. Put your faith and trust FULLY into God and let the beautiful process of walking in obedience with the Lord unfold. We’re not perfect, and we have a lot to learn each new day, but thank the Good Lord, we get another day, God willing, to try again and get it right.

Happy Monday Meditations! The attribute of God that we’ll be meditating on today will be his Righteousness. The righteousness of God can be one of the more challenging attributes to understand, but it is truly one of the most important. It is an attribute that God alone possesses perfectly, and we, as humans by our own graces, do not. Charles H. Spurgeon has a great quote, he says "The greatest enemy to human souls is the self-righteous spirit which makes men look to themselves for salvation." 11. Monday Meditations: Infinite Happy Monday Meditations! The attribute of God that we’ll be meditating on today will be his Infinite. This is a really special attribute of our God, one that just truly expresses how incredible He is. Infinite means he is without limits. God knows no restrictions of space, ability, or power. He is everywhere. God is all knowing, all powerful and always present. We are never alone, even on the days that seem tougher than others and we cry out “where are you god?” he’s right there holding your hands, carrying you along the path that he has set before you. | 10. Monday Meditations: Wise | 22 Aug 2023 | 00:07:12
Happy Monday Meditations! The attribute of God that we’ll be meditating on today will be his Wisdom. Fear God. You can have knowledge without wisdom, but not wisdom without knowledge. Where the human knowledge ends, God's wisdom and power begins. It is better to get wisdom than gold and rubies for that matter as it’s stated in scripture. Gold is another's, wisdom is our own; gold is for the body and time, wisdom for the soul and eternity. The treasures of wisdom are hidden not from us, but for us, in Christ. God’s wisdom gives us life, light in the darkness, salvation, and growth. We are given the gift of the infinite wisdom of God when we fear him and put our faith in him. It is the truest love, the purest love, and the deepest love. And what makes God’s love even more unique is that there are no conditions. It is constantly covering us, our sins, our fears, our worries and because of his love we can keep pushing forward. Keep fighting the good fight as we battle in the seen and the unseen realms. Happy Monday Meditations! The attribute of God that we’ll be meditating on today will be his Patience. God is the purest definition of patient in the way He shows and gives us patience every single day. Now that I’m a mom I have seen and experienced a whole new level of patience that I didn’t even know existed. It can be so incredibly hard to have patience in a world that constantly has its foot on the gas. But we must remember. God is patient with us, so we must remain patient in Him and all circumstances and in steadfast prayer knowing that the trials will produce fruit if we remain in harmony with our Lord. | 30. Monday Meditations: Christ Lives in Me | 22 May 2024 | 00:10:58
We are more than flesh and bone. We are spiritual beings made in the image of God. Jesus is the Son of God and the one and only Way. If you believe this and accept Christ as your Savior, and ask for forgiveness for your sins, then you are a new creation. When Jesus hung on the cross, God didn’t just see Jesus–He saw you, He saw me. God wiped our slate clean. He removed our old life and put new life in us. That new life is Christ who lives in us. We are bought by the blood of the Lamb, Christ Jesus, and that purchase isn’t just a changed life; it’s an exchanged life. Because Christ lives in you, you are empowered by His spirit to take ownership of your callings, roles and the responsibilities He has ordained for your life. God wants to use you to change lives, to change the world. You are more than equipped by His Spirit to help make heaven crowded. We hope that you enjoy this episode. God bless you and Go Rise Up! Hi Everyone! Happy monday! It’s E and welcome to another episode of Monday Meditations. Today we’re going to be meditating on our Redeemer. The deliverer from our sins and death and the giver of eternal life. As we continue to read through scripture we can see God's goodness unfold in Christ being our redeemer. Our God is so good and He loves us so deeply, may we never stop singing his praises. As we begin a new week let us remember that we can find complete and total peace from our Redeemer, our Rock.

| 05. Monday Meditations: Kindness | 17 Jul 2023 | 00:13:08 | |
05. Monday Meditations: Kindness Happy Monday Meditations! The attribute of God that we’ll be meditating on today will be his Kindness. God's kindness is powerful. It changes things. Redeems, makes whole, and gives new life. Being kind is not a weakness. His kindness melts the hardest hearts, heals and restores the deepest brokenness, and makes new the most shattered souls. God’s kindness leads to repentance. So if there’s someone in your life that you’re just struggling to be kind towards, take a minute to pray for God to reveal His kindness to you to inspire you and have His spirit move through you to reach their heart. Because God’s kindness can move further than our words. So as you go about your week, be kind. Let his Kindness flow through you. Remember that you and I are the recipients of such kindness, and God expects us, His people, to be ambassadors of kindness here on the earth.

| 04. Monday Meditations: Generous | 11 Jul 2023 | 00:07:58 | |
Happy Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to start the week of right by meditating on God’s attribute of Generosity. As Christian’s we hear a lot about God’s sovereignty, his holiness, his wisdom, and his love, but an attribute not many focus on is how incredibly generous our God is. This attribute of our God highlights that He is the ultimate giver of life. He sustains. He is generous. He is always and he is completely. God’s generosity is enduring, it is overflowing, and bountiful. But one of the greatest, most generous gift from God has and will always be the gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, who in the greatest act of generosity ever, poured out his blood to save us, and give us the infinitely wonderful gift of eternal life. So as you go about planning out the start of your week, hold close to your heart the generosity of our Lord and try to reflect that generous spirit as you work, live, build and serve in your home and community.

| 03. Monday Meditations: Unchanging | 04 Jul 2023 | 00:07:30 | |
Welcome to another episode of Monday Meditations! Today we’re going to start the week of right by meditating on the word Unchanging. In this world, nothing stays the same. And on this earth, nothing lasts forever. But even though everything around us is changing, we can depend on God continually showing us His grace, love and compassion in a divine, everlasting, Unchanging way. God will never be less than He is now, or ever be different from what He has already revealed Himself to be in the past. God is without beginning or end. He is not only unchanging, but is just, all-knowing, all-powerful, ever present, holy, faithful and loving. God is also unchanging in His faithfulness to us, in His wisdom and in His counsel.

| sacredness of pregnancy + privacy | 31 Aug 2022 | 00:17:24 | |
Surprise! On August 23, 2022 we welcomed into this crazy, but beautiful, world our precious baby girl! This episode of Midweek Rise Up is dedicated to all of my friends, family, and followers who had no idea I was pregnant since we kept it extremely private. In this episode I share a few reasons out of the many as to why we decided to take the route we did for these past 9 months. Life is so precious. We get so boggled down with the noise of society. And if we’re not like society, then people think there’s something wrong. When in fact it should be the opposite. If you look like society you can’t impact it…you can’t influence it. Remove the external and societal pressure of what you’re expected to do when expecting. Motherhood is sacred, and truly so is privacy in today’s world. This episode of Midweek Rise Up is my message from the Good Things conference at Calvary Chapel San Juan Capistrano with Michelle Randall. Get ready to dive deep into the topic of how to be a godly woman in a godless society. What does it look like to be a woman of the WORD and not of the WORLD? What does it mean to live a life of purity? What does it take to be kind and self-controlled? What does it mean to date and marry wisely? Remember, it’s very hard to influence the world when you look just like it. | 29. Monday Meditations: Pure Joy | 14 May 2024 | 00:11:11
Hardships do not discriminate and trials come in many different shapes and sizes. When they do hit, remember that you possess the fruits of the Spirit. You have the gift of joy, which is essentially a superpower. You are equipped for the battle. God is for you. He goes before you. He will never forsake you. He will never leave you. His love is unrelenting and immovable. When your joy is challenged, draw near to God. He is the only one who holds all things together. Don’t focus on the storm. Don’t focus on the lack. The chaos. The loss. Instead, focus on the masterpiece that God is accomplishing and working in you and through you. Don’t cling to crisis; cling to Christ. We hope that you enjoy this episode. | mini-series pt. II: casts & cleanses. | 17 Oct 2020 | 00:04:32
[pt II. day 2]. Today's topic is: Christ casts the buyers and sellers out of the temple. John 2:2-22 (ESV) 12 After this he went down to Capernaum, with his mother and his brothers and his disciples, and they stayed there for a few days. Jesus Cleanses the Temple 13 The Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 14 In the temple he found those who were selling oxen and sheep and pigeons, and the money-changers sitting there. 15 And making a whip of cords, he drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and oxen. And he poured out the coins of the money-changers and overturned their tables.16 And he told those who sold the pigeons, “Take these things away; do not make my Father's house a house of trade.” 17 His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for your house will consume me.” 18 So the Jews said to him, “What sign do you show us for doing these things?” 19 Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” 20 The Jews then said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will you raise it up in three days?” 21 But he was speaking about the temple of his body. 22 When therefore he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and they believed the Scripture and the word that Jesus had spoken. | mini-series pt. II: the first miracle. | 16 Oct 2020 | 00:05:37
[pt II. day 1]. Today's topic is: the miracle at Cana. John 2:1-11 (ESV) 1 On the third day there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. 2 Jesus also was invited to the wedding with his disciples. 3 When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to him, “They have no wine.” 4 And Jesus said to her, “Woman, what does this have to do with me? My hour has not yet come.” 5 His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.” 6 Now there were six stone water jars there for the Jewish rites of purification, each holding twenty or thirty gallons. 7 Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water.” And they filled them up to the brim. 8 And he said to them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the feast.” So they took it. 9 When the master of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and did not know where it came from (though the servants who had drawn the water knew), the master of the feast called the bridegroom 10 and said to him, “Everyone serves the good wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then the poor wine. But you have kept the good wine until now.” 11 This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory. And his disciples believed in him. He found Philip and said to him, “Follow me.” 44 Now Philip was from Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter. 45 Philip found Nathanael and said to him, “We have found him of whom Moses in the Law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.” 46 Nathanael said to him, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him, “Come and see.” 47 Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward him and said of him, “Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom there is no deceit!” 48 Nathanael said to him, “How do you know me?” Jesus answered him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.” 49 Nathanael answered him, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!” 50 Jesus answered him, “Because I said to you, ‘I saw you under the fig tree,’ do you believe? You will see greater things than these.” 51 And he said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, you will see heaven opened, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.” Take advantage of the pause button during the "apply" section so that you can write down what God has placed on your heart. [day 6]. Today's topic is: Andrew and another disciple follow Jesus. John 1:37-42 (ESV) 37 The two disciples heard him say this, and they followed Jesus. 38 Jesus turned and saw them following and said to them, “What are you seeking?” And they said to him, “Rabbi” (which means Teacher), “where are you staying?” 39 He said to them, “Come and you will see.” So they came and saw where he was staying, and they stayed with him that day, for it was about the tenth hour. 40 One of the two who heard John speak and followed Jesus was Andrew, Simon Peter's brother. 41 He first found his own brother Simon and said to him, “We have found the Messiah” (which means Christ).42 He brought him to Jesus. [day 4]. Today's topic is: John’s public testimony concerning Christ. John 1:19-28 (ESV) The Testimony of John the Baptist 19 And this is the testimony of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, “Who are you?”20 He confessed, and did not deny, but confessed, “I am not the Christ.” 21 And they asked him, “What then? Are you Elijah?” He said, “I am not.” “Are you the Prophet?” And he answered, “No.” 22 So they said to him, “Who are you? We need to give an answer to those who sent us. What do you say about yourself?” 23 He said, “I am the voice of one crying out in the wilderness, ‘Make straight the way of the Lord,’ as the prophet Isaiah said.” 24 (Now they had been sent from the Pharisees.) 25 They asked him, “Then why are you baptizing, if you are neither the Christ, nor Elijah, nor the Prophet?” 26 John answered them, “I baptize with water, but among you stands one you do not know, 27 even he who comes after me, the strap of whose sandal I am not worthy to untie.” 28 These things took place in Bethany across the Jordan, where John was baptizing. | 28. Monday Meditations: Hope | 06 May 2024 | 00:09:23
Growing up I was consistently told that “hope is not a strategy.” This made no sense to me. I thought it was silly to say that it wasn’t because we’re told in 1 Corinthians 13:13 that the three things that will last forever are faith, hope and love. I kept my own “hope strategy” to myself and fought back on the premise I was repeatedly told. Choosing hope will be more difficult at certain times than others. Sometimes the unexpected hits and it throws us off course and challenges our hope. In these trying times, you must remember that you’re wrapped in the loving arms of our God. He will catch you. He will carry you. He will lead and guide you. Remember that the Lord is our Shepherd who renews and restores our souls with hope. In life, we will continually experience the unexpected but that’s the beauty of the promise of hope we have in Christ–we will not fail. View unshakeable hope as an adventure with God. Just you and Him in lockstep. Only God can take us into newness of life and opportunity. Only He can guide us into new places, experiences and opportunities beyond our feeble imaginings and wildest dreams. God bless you and Go Rise Up! [day 2] Today's topic is: His Divine & human nature. John 1:6-14 (ESV) 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness, to bear witness about the light, that all might believe through him. 8 He was not the light, but came to bear witness about the light. 9 The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. 11 He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. 12 But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
