In todays episode, I share my personal journey through a challenging week. I've come to realize that despite the difficulties and the feeling of being stuck or obligated to live for others, we actually have the power to choose our own paths and make changes in our lives.

Even when it feels like we have no options, we always have some form of choice. Our bodies often push us to listen when we ignore our inner voice, manifesting through pain or discomfort. I emphasize the importance of connecting with our true selves, embracing our authentic journey, and allowing ourselves to evolve.

Life is hard, and it's easy to get caught up in roles and personas that no longer serve us. But it's never too late to rediscover what makes us feel alive and to step into our true selves. I encourage you to take this moment to embrace who you are becoming, and to give yourself grace and compassion. Remember, tomorrow is a new day with the potential for change.

Sie ermutigt dazu, sich nicht in der Paralysierung der Vielfalt zu verlieren, sondern aktiv nach Lösungen zu suchen. Sie betont, dass man sich nicht auf eine Sache festlegen muss, sondern verschiedene Bausteine in sein Business einbringen kann.

Sie empfiehlt die Verwendung eines Projektkompasses, um den Fokus zu behalten und gleichzeitig Flexibilität zu ermöglichen. Sie weist darauf hin, dass es wichtig ist, auf die eigene innere Stimme zu hören und sich nicht für andere zu verbiegen. Wenn man seine Interessen nicht auslebt, kann dies zu Unzufriedenheit, Erschöpfung und sogar körperlichen Symptomen führen. Umso wichtiger ist es sich Unterstützung und Inspiration zu suchen, um den nächsten Schritt zu gehen und ein erfülltes Leben zu führen.
