Imagine healing from surgery in a miraculous way…or seeing a vision of the Black Madonna over your bed and hearing instructions for your life's purpose...

These might seem like far-fetched stories to you and me, but for today's guest, this is the story of her life.

Last week I shared her book, Healing Journeys with the Black Madonna. This week I am thrilled to introduce you to the author of that landmark book, the one and only Alessandra Belloni!

Let me tell you a bit about her:  Alessandra Belloni is an internationally acclaimed award-winning singer, percussionist, author & teacher, artistic director of the Italian Folk Music Dance Theater Company I Giullari di Piazza, and artist in Residence at the Cathedral of St John the Divine in New York City. For the last 20 years she has been leading special workshops, tours and pilgrimages in the South of Italy and in Sicily teaching drumming and ritual dance and taking people from around the world to the sacred sites of the Black Madonna. She discovered that the ancient practice of ritual drumming can help women heal both physical and emotional issues.

In this episode, she will share her miraculous journey of discovering the Black Madonna and the path of the Great Goddess, including her own miraculous physical healing! Alessandra shares amazing stories of healing, as well as the origin of the Black Madonna and how connecting with Her connects us to everything.

1. Most approaches to manifestation feel heavy and 'like work.' What if there is a really easy, and not so obvious way to make manifestation FUN?
   
   

2. Here is what I did to manifest a free TV: 1) I decided that I wanted a TV so I could do yoga in my room. I had no doubt about getting this TV. 2) Said a prayer and asked the Divine to help me with this desire 3) I began acting as if it was coming, finding a spot in my room, looking online for the best TV for watching DVD, etc. 4) I let it go to the Universe 5) I did something FUN that got me into the energy of joy!
   
   

3. The TV came to me, I did not have to go out and find it. I came across this TV when I was out for a bike ride, having so much fun, and lo and behold, there was a free TV. YOU can do this too! The Universe works by law, not by chance. Rather than try to infuse fun into your manifestation techniques, have actual fun and get ready for a miracle!

1. Solstice is a time of great transition. We conclude a solar cycle and begin a new one. What is the focus for this new cycle? And what does it mean for you?

2. The first card is about having a focus and resting to restore your energy. 

3. The second card is Wild Compassion, and looks like a heart chakra. Again we are called to rest and rejuvenate our energy for the upcoming changes.

4. The third card is the Journey of the Heart card, and is all about staying focused on love. My interpretation is that we are being called to focus our attention on our hearts, on what we love, and then becoming channels of that energy.

1. The key thing lightworkers need to remember is that they are wired to do things differently. That is why they are lightworkers and not something more traditional. But instead of honoring that difference, they try to find the path to success that "works" and then spend a lot of time and money not succeeding.

2. There is no one path to success, but there is YOUR path to success. It will be as unique as YOU. That does not mean you can't emulate others, but you won't succeed unless you discover how you are wired, and then honor that wiring.

3. Begin by focusing on what you really want to do, not how but what. Once you know what that is, you can then look at making it happen for you, instead of twisting yourself into a certain way of succeeding. The key is to work with someone who can help you do that.

Are you aware of the miraculous St. Anthony of Padua? He was called the 'miracle worker' when he was alive, and I have found him to be a very present help when in need.

His feast day is June 13th, so this is a wonderful time to do a novena to

St. Anthony to help you 'find' whatever you are seeking, or to help you if you feel lost. St. Anthony is one of my patron saints and he is a very special ally to all Lightworkers.

1. St. Anthony of Padua is known as the 'miracle worker' and is often called upon when someone loses an object of some kind. I have found that he helps us to 'find' much more important things that have been lost, like courage, creativity, or even our sense of purpose.

2. The main message he wanted me to convey is that we must have EQUAL faith in ourselves AND in the Divine to experience our miracle.

There are many, many Mother Mary miracle stories I can share with you, but there is one that impacted me the most AND was even verified by a doctor!

For most of my life, I had a dull heartache that was always there in the background of my life, no matter how good things were. No matter what I tried, nothing seemed to heal it, not fully.

And then I had a miraculous experience in Mother Mary's presence…

In this episode, I will share my true story of being healed from a lifelong heartache by Mother Mary, and why I believe being 'in Her presence' as often as possible is the key to everything, especially for Lightworkers.

Key Learnings:

1. Most of my life I have had a heartache that nothing seemed able to heal. I had been seeing a Ayurvedic doctor for a physical issue, and she confirmed that the pulse of my 'energetic heart' seemed to have an unusual dip. No matter what I did or herbs I took, nothing seemed to help. I assumed it would always be there.

2. Someone told me about an icon of Mother Mary that was 'active,' meaning that it was streaming myrrh. Healings were reported from the oil of this icon, and it was in my home state. I made a special trip to see it. I received a drop of the holy oil and placed it on my heart, and that is when I experienced the most profound feeling of love and joy I had ever felt. The sadness was gone!

3. When I went to my doctor a few weeks later, she confirmed what I already knew. My heart was healed. The sadness was gone. Being in Mother Mary's presence had healed me.

1. So many Lightworkers have a false belief that says they must be the only one doing their modality to be successful. If they see other people who offer what they offer, they feel discouraged, as if they 'missed the boat.' This is a BIG LIE.

2. This big lie is a distraction from the underlying feelings of insecurity. What they are really saying is 'if I am not the only one, I am not enough to compete with the others. I won't be special.' 

3. A Lightworker is like a doctor of the soul. Just as we need as many doctors as we can get, we also need as many soul doctors as we can get.

1. May is the month of miracles. It is Mother Mary's month and is the perfect time to focus on what you really, really want. But how do you choose what to pray for?

2. In a recent 54 Day Novena practice, I decided to pray for EVERYTHING, as choosing was stressing me out! This was the best decision I had ever made in my prayer life, as it was a form of surrender. I didn't realize it at the time, I thought I was praying for everything, but what I was actually doing was giving all my desires to Divine Mother and asking Her to sort it out, which She did!

3. The 54 Day Novena is a powerful practice to manifest what you really want. You say a prayer for 27 days in petition or asking, and then another 27 days in gratitude or thanksgiving. When you combine the 54 Day Novena WITH the Month of Miracles, you are supercharging your prayer intention!!

3. Your heart's desires are NOT only for you! They are a way for you to become the answer to someone else's prayer! This is why it is SO important to say yes to your dreams and desires! By doing so, you are answering the prayers of others, every time!

Have you ever wanted to understand the metaphysical meaning of the sayings of Jesus?

Key Learnings:

1. Paramahansa Yogananda was a Self-Realized Master who communed with Christ on a regular basis. He had an intimate relationship with him and was able to discern the deep truths and meanings in the New Testament stories.

2. Because Jesus was a Master, he knew how to materialize and de-materialize his body, as he did several times before the crucifixion. Yogananda states that Jesus was able to infuse his crucified body with Divine Light and make it a habitable place for his divine soul. 

3. The most important thing to remember is that Jesus came to show us the truth about ourselves, that we were able to do 'even greater things' than he did.

Did you know that this Valentine's Day is also Ash Wednesday?
Ash Wednesday is the first day of Lent, a period of preparation for the miracle of Easter.

Most people focus on 'giving up' something they enjoy for Lent, like chocolate. Since Valentine's Day is often celebrated by giving chocolate, you might think these two holy days clash. But according to Mary Magdalene, there is a beautiful message and opportunity for you this year!

In this episode, I share Mary Magdalene's message about how Valentine's Day is setting the tone for this year's Lenten season, and some simple practices YOU can do to receive the benefits of this special time!

Even if you don't observe Lent, you can tune in to the seasonal change as a way to deepen your spiritual connection.

1. When we see different holy days coinciding, it is always an indication that Spirit is asking us to pay attention. This year, Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent, occurs on St. Valentine's day. Do these two days have opposite energies? Maybe, maybe not!
   
   

2. Mary Magdalene is the perfect soul companion to guide you through Lent, especially this year. She is, after all, the one who is there on Easter morning to witness the miracle of the risen Christ. Who better to usher in your own miracle of resurrection?
   
   

3. Rather than a time of sacrifice, what if you prepared for your miracle by experiencing MORE love, not less? Perhaps 'giving up' something you do NOT love, to make room for more love in your life, is the message of this Ash Wednesday.

She set up a small tray table and put gold cloth over it and an image of the risen Christ. Before she told anyone about it, people started to contact her asking for prayer!

Mother Mary appeared to Juan Diego four times, beginning on Dec 9th and culminating with one of the greatest miracles ever recorded on Dec 12th!

A novena is an ancient prayer practice in which you recite a prayer every day for nine days. Whenever I feel stuck, the first thing I do is start a novena. I have experienced miracles with this practice, and you can too!

In this episode, I share the simple steps of doing a novena, and I even share a special novena prayer in honor of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. I will also share a spontaneous prayer to show you how you can use ANY prayer and create your own novena!

Key learnings:

1. When I feel stuck or stagnant, I choose a novena to help me 'move my energy.' A novena is a prayer you say for nine days. You can use a traditional prayer, or you can make up your own prayer.

2. The first step is to set an intention. What are you asking for? What result would you like to experience?

3. The second step is to choose the date you will begin. You can begin on a feast day, nine days before a feast day, on the new moon or full moon…or you can just begin today! I recommend having a journal to write down your intention and keep track of the days so you know when you have completed your novena.

4. The prayer I shared is The Novena Prayer to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. You can begin on Nov 27th through Dec 5th, or anytime you need support: 

Immaculate Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus and my mother, I come to you with confidence in your powerful intercession, manifested through your Miraculous Medal. As your loving, trustful child I ask this favor…Obtain for me as well, a pure heart, that my entire life may give glory to God. Amen.

1. Grace knew she wanted to be a writer when she was really young, but received so many messages about having a 'real' career that she didn't allow herself to do what she really loved for a long time. Now she is committed to helping others say yes to being a writer without having to wait so long, and to have the support they need along the way.
   
   

2. There are two phases to the writing process. The first phase is to flesh out your idea, and get clear about what you want to write about. This is also when you develop your writing routine. Grace helps you to discover YOUR way of writing, whether that is 5 min a day or an hour once a week. There is no wrong way to be a writer, other than NOT writing!
   
   

3. The second phase is taking your idea and writing your book. Many people get stuck here. They have an idea, and maybe work on it a bit, but don't actually finish their book. This is why having a writing coach and mentor is SO important.
   
   

4. Writing can be a healing process, as well as another aspect of your spiritual practice. Stories are medicine, and we heal the world when we share our story.

3. The manifestation process is both an inner and outer game. If you only focus on one, you won't make as much progress. Work with somone who can address both, and watch the miracles unfold.

Key Learnings:

1. Growing up eating the standard American diet led to Dr. Goldner being diagnosed with Lupus when she was just 16 years old. Her condition was so bad that she was put on experimental chemotherapy for two years, which was the only thing that put her lupus into remission. She went on to college and even medical school, but the stress of medical training made all her symptoms return. And then it got even worse. She was suffering from daily migraines and mini strokes.
   
   

2. She met her future husband, Thomas Tadlock, around that time. They quickly fell in love and wanted to get married. She thought she would only live into her early forties, but he would rather spend a short time with her than a lifetime without her! He was a fitness trainer and she asked him to put her on his fitness plan so she would look great at their wedding. Unbeknownst to them, the change in diet to an all-raw, vegan diet, high in omega-3 fatty acids began to heal her lupus. When she got her blood checked a few months later, all lupus indicators were gone!
   
   

3. Lupus is considered an incurable disease, yet Dr. Goldner has reversed her lupus. She even went on to have two children, which is impossible for someone with lupus! Once she and Thomas had repeatable and verifiable proof that the protocol worked, she has been sharing it with the world for free in an attempt to help as many people as possible. 1. Because we live in a world that does not honor the feminine, women tend to have lower self-esteem. That is why saying affirmations about deserving the things you desire is so important.
   
   

2. Louise Hay, author of the classic book You Can Heal Your Life, wrote the Deservability Treatment I read today. When you affirm your worth, your deservability, that sets the stage for all your other affirmations to manifest.
   
   

3. The Deservability Treatment is from page 12 in the Love Yourself, Heal Your Life workbook. Here is my adapted version:
   I am deserving. I deserve ALL good.
   
   

In my mind, I have total freedom. 

I am now moving into a new space of consciousness where I am willing to see myself differently. I am willing to change.

I am willing to create new thoughts about myself and about my life. 

My new thinking becomes new experiences.

I know and affirm that I am one with the Prospering Power of the Universe.

As such, I now prosper in all ways. 

The totality of possibilities lies before me. 

I deserve a miraculous life.

I deserve an abundance of love. I deserve good health. 

I deserve joy and happiness.

I deserve to live well and to prosper.

I deserve peace and ease.

I deserve freedom to be all that I can be.

I deserve ALL good!

The Universe is now manifesting my new beliefs!

I accept this abundant life with joy, pleasure and gratitude.

 am deserving. I accept it. I know it to be true.
