Imagine healing from surgery in a miraculous way…or seeing a vision of the Black Madonna over your bed and hearing instructions for your life's purpose...

These might seem like far-fetched stories to you and me, but for today's guest, this is the story of her life.

Last week I shared her book, Healing Journeys with the Black Madonna. This week I am thrilled to introduce you to the author of that landmark book, the one and only Alessandra Belloni!

Let me tell you a bit about her:  Alessandra Belloni is an internationally acclaimed award-winning singer, percussionist, author & teacher, artistic director of the Italian Folk Music Dance Theater Company I Giullari di Piazza, and artist in Residence at the Cathedral of St John the Divine in New York City. For the last 20 years she has been leading special workshops, tours and pilgrimages in the South of Italy and in Sicily teaching drumming and ritual dance and taking people from around the world to the sacred sites of the Black Madonna. She discovered that the ancient practice of ritual drumming can help women heal both physical and emotional issues.

In this episode, she will share her miraculous journey of discovering the Black Madonna and the path of the Great Goddess, including her own miraculous physical healing! Alessandra shares amazing stories of healing, as well as the origin of the Black Madonna and how connecting with Her connects us to everything.

1. The Black Madonnas pre-date Christianity. They are based on the original mother image from Africa, the Great Cosmic Mother, the darkness from which all life emerges.

3. The Black Madonnas want to be seen. Go on pilgrimage to visit them, and see them with your own eyes, this is the path. Many people make annual pilgrimages to Italy and other places where the Black Madonnas reside as part of the spiritual path.

1. The Black Madonnas are statues and icons that are believed to originate in Africa and have traveled north to areas of Europe. There are seven of them in southern Italy that are referred to as the Seven Sisters.

But if you focus on FEELING GOOD, which is what you really want anyway, you will begin receiving the things you want. It will feel like magic!

Key Learnings:

1. Most approaches to manifestation feel heavy and 'like work.' What if there is a really easy, and not so obvious way to make manifestation FUN?
   
   

2. Here is what I did to manifest a free TV: 1) I decided that I wanted a TV so I could do yoga in my room. I had no doubt about getting this TV. 2) Said a prayer and asked the Divine to help me with this desire 3) I began acting as if it was coming, finding a spot in my room, looking online for the best TV for watching DVD, etc. 4) I let it go to the Universe 5) I did something FUN that got me into the energy of joy!
   
   

3. The TV came to me, I did not have to go out and find it. I came across this TV when I was out for a bike ride, having so much fun, and lo and behold, there was a free TV. YOU can do this too! The Universe works by law, not by chance. Rather than try to infuse fun into your manifestation techniques, have actual fun and get ready for a miracle!

Key Learnings:

1. Solstice is a time of great transition. We conclude a solar cycle and begin a new one. What is the focus for this new cycle? And what does it mean for you?

2. The first card is about having a focus and resting to restore your energy. 

3. The second card is Wild Compassion, and looks like a heart chakra. Again we are called to rest and rejuvenate our energy for the upcoming changes.

4. The third card is the Journey of the Heart card, and is all about staying focused on love. My interpretation is that we are being called to focus our attention on our hearts, on what we love, and then becoming channels of that energy.

Key Learnings:

1. The key thing lightworkers need to remember is that they are wired to do things differently. That is why they are lightworkers and not something more traditional. But instead of honoring that difference, they try to find the path to success that "works" and then spend a lot of time and money not succeeding.

2. There is no one path to success, but there is YOUR path to success. It will be as unique as YOU. That does not mean you can't emulate others, but you won't succeed unless you discover how you are wired, and then honor that wiring.

3. Begin by focusing on what you really want to do, not how but what. Once you know what that is, you can then look at making it happen for you, instead of twisting yourself into a certain way of succeeding. The key is to work with someone who can help you do that.

Are you aware of the miraculous St. Anthony of Padua? He was called the 'miracle worker' when he was alive, and I have found him to be a very present help when in need.

His feast day is June 13th, so this is a wonderful time to do a novena to

St. Anthony to help you 'find' whatever you are seeking, or to help you if you feel lost. St. Anthony is one of my patron saints and he is a very special ally to all Lightworkers.


In this week's episode, I will take you through a simple guided meditation with St. Anthony and channel a special message from him, and a new novena prayer that you can begin today!

Key Learnings:

1. St. Anthony of Padua is known as the 'miracle worker' and is often called upon when someone loses an object of some kind. I have found that he helps us to 'find' much more important things that have been lost, like courage, creativity, or even our sense of purpose.

2. The main message he wanted me to convey is that we must have EQUAL faith in ourselves AND in the Divine to experience our miracle. 

3. Channeled prayer: 
"Beloved St. Anthony, friend of St. Francis and devoted to Christ, your words have the power to bless and heal.
Help me find what I am missing.
Help me find what is lost.
Help me find my way.
You, who are the miracle worker, work this miracle through me. I know that you can.

There are many, many Mother Mary miracle stories I can share with you, but there is one that impacted me the most AND was even verified by a doctor!

For most of my life, I had a dull heartache that was always there in the background of my life, no matter how good things were. No matter what I tried, nothing seemed to heal it, not fully.

And then I had a miraculous experience in Mother Mary's presence…

In this episode, I will share my true story of being healed from a lifelong heartache by Mother Mary, and why I believe being 'in Her presence' as often as possible is the key to everything, especially for Lightworkers.

Key Learnings:

1. Most of my life I have had a heartache that nothing seemed able to heal. I had been seeing a Ayurvedic doctor for a physical issue, and she confirmed that the pulse of my 'energetic heart' seemed to have an unusual dip. No matter what I did or herbs I took, nothing seemed to help. I assumed it would always be there.

2. Someone told me about an icon of Mother Mary that was 'active,' meaning that it was streaming myrrh. Healings were reported from the oil of this icon, and it was in my home state. I made a special trip to see it. I received a drop of the holy oil and placed it on my heart, and that is when I experienced the most profound feeling of love and joy I had ever felt. The sadness was gone!

3. When I went to my doctor a few weeks later, she confirmed what I already knew. My heart was healed. The sadness was gone. Being in Mother Mary's presence had healed me.

2. When I wanted to move into a bigger home, I tried all the left-brain, practical things, but nothing was really working. The energy was not flowing, so to speak. So I did the one thing I know always works…I got myself into the highest frequency I possibly could and then I asked Mother Mary for help!

3. The key to manifesting is to follow that guidance and stay in that frequency as often as possible. This is what makes it all possible, and when you connect with Mother Mary on a regular basis, your life becomes miraculous.

Key Learnings:

1. So many Lightworkers have a false belief that says they must be the only one doing their modality to be successful. If they see other people who offer what they offer, they feel discouraged, as if they 'missed the boat.' This is a BIG LIE.

2. This big lie is a distraction from the underlying feelings of insecurity. What they are really saying is 'if I am not the only one, I am not enough to compete with the others. I won't be special.' 

3. A Lightworker is like a doctor of the soul. Just as we need as many doctors as we can get, we also need as many soul doctors as we can get.
