Seun Odeneye leads the Media division at KINESSO UK & Ireland, part of IPG Mediabrands' tech-driven performance marketing agency. Sum has a background in research and strategy, starting his career at PwC, before moving onto ITV, Ofcom and then News UK. He joined Brand Metrics in 2020 to use this broad experience to help grow the business. He currently helps publishers, agencies and advertisers understand how to best understand their marketing data, with a skill in helping them deliver practical insights to make evidence-based business decisions.

Outside of day to day, Sum is an accredited work Coach and part of the Bloom Exchange cross-mentoring programme, which is aiming to break down gender divide barriers in the industry. He is also on the Leadership team and a mentor with MEFA (Media For All) - a network supporting Black, Asian & other ethnic talent and developing an initiative to raise awareness and consideration among young people in football academies about a career in the industry.
