Loved our episode today with Rhiannon, a certified functional nutritional counselor and board-certified health coach with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

She focuses on individuals with the MTHFR gene mutation and shares so many ways to get to optimal health in this episode. We talked about what this gene is and how people who have it face certain roadblocks that need to be addressed. We discussed testing and how it is such a great tool for figuring out how our genes affect our lives and finding solutions.

I know a lot of moms who listen to this episode are going to be very interested, especially if their kids are chronically ill, have certain diagnoses such as autism and ADHD, and just want to get on the right track for their health and their families.
