Should Christians embrace empathy?
vendredi 6 mars 2026 • Duration 47:09
Candid debate between Christians on empathy, truth, and love in politics and culture.
Is empathy being weaponized or is the church failing to show it? If you care about faith, culture, and hard conversations Christians are afraid to have, subscribe for more.
This is a respectful but pointed dialogue between believers wrestling with one central tension: should Christians lead with empathy, or has empathy become a Trojan horse that compromises truth and produces harmful policy?
I argue that modern Christianity has over-indexed on empathy at the expense of truth and biblical love leading Christians to validate lies, tolerate sin, and support destructive policies in areas like abortion, immigration, and gender ideology. Jonas pushes back, arguing that the church has failed to model godly empathy, leaving space for secular movements to claim moral authority and attract people who genuinely care about suffering and injustice.
Key Topics
• What “toxic empathy” is and how it shapes modern policy
• Empathy vs biblical love (grace + truth)
• Immigration, enforcement, and unintended harm
• Why empathy can lead to destructive laws
• Abortion, moral consistency, and unseen victims
• Free will, responsibility, and justice
• Tolerance vs love in Christian ethics
• When harsh language is appropriate — and when it crosses the line
• Jesus’ model: compassion without affirmation of sin
• Why many Christians justify voting for harmful platforms
• The church’s failure to lead with both conviction and care

DEBATE: Christians should NOT Vote Democrat
Season 1 · Episode 73
lundi 12 janvier 2026 • Duration 01:03:50
Candid debate between Christians: is it okay for Christians to vote Democrat? If you value this kind of content (faith, politics, and culture) — subscribe for more.
This is a respectful debate between believers, but does get very pointed (as it should). It centers on life of unborn, free will, and whether there are moral red lines that should disqualify a political party from a Christian’s support.
I argue that certain issues, especially the sanctity of life, are non-negotiable for Christians ... and the modern Democrat platform / agenda has crossed the line. Pat pushes back by emphasizing personal conscience, complexity, and the limits of enforcing moral beliefs while arguing the Democrat agenda has pros that outweigh the cons.
This episode is about clarifying convictions, exposing assumptions, and asking what faithfulness to Christ looks like in a divided culture.
Key Topics
• Should abortion be a voting disqualifier for Christians
• Personal conviction versus political enforcement
• Free will and moral responsibility
• Sanctity of life inside and outside the womb
• Whether moral beliefs should be imposed through law
• Party platforms versus individual conscience
• Comparing moral red lines across history
• Faith based voting in a two party system

Lead your family with VISION – 3 Paradigm Shifts
Episode 64
mercredi 20 août 2025 • Duration 20:01
I thought I was doing great as a dad and husband — I was present, I provided, I cared deeply. But here’s the truth: I wasn’t actually leading my family well.
I brought vision, strategy, and energy into my work… but not into my home. That all changed when I discovered a different model for family leadership — one that’s been practiced for thousands of years but almost forgotten today.
This isn’t just about parenting. It’s about leadership. And it’s about the most important team you’ll ever lead: your family.
In this episode, I share 3 paradigm shifts that will change how you think about your role as a father and leader:
Why the “nest” model of family is broken — and how to embrace the “team” model
Why seeing your kids as “liabilities” robs them of identity — and how to raise them as valuable contributors
Why fathers aren’t called to be passive babysitters — but visionary coaches who develop talent, build culture, and cast vision
You’ll walk away with practical steps to start leading your family with purpose and clarity.

1) They ask real questions (and mean them)
2) They listen with their ****
3) They assume ******** has something to ***** them
