Ep 260 The Biggest Lie About Weight Loss That The Weight Loss Industry Doesn’t Want You To Know26 Aug 202400:27:29

Why do millions of people embark on weight loss journeys each year, only to find themselves back where they started—or worse off—within months? It’s a vicious cycle: the initial thrill of dropping pounds, the dopamine rush of seeing the scale go down, followed by the inevitable slip-up, emotional eating, and weight regain. Why does this keep happening? The weight loss industry rakes in billions of dollars by selling quick fixes and diet plans, yet 95% of people gain the weight back.

The problem isn't your lack of willpower, self-discipline, or even your metabolism. It’s not even the diets themselves. The real issue lies beneath the surface: an unaddressed emotional and psychological struggle that no diet can fix.

In this episode, we’ll uncover the biggest lie the weight loss industry doesn’t want you to know and explore a holistic, sustainable approach to breaking free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting and finding true, lasting freedom with your body and food.

"The weight loss industry does not want you to know this. They want you to keep giving them money. Weight Watchers knows that people come back year after year. They wait for you to come back year after year. They give you promotions to make it easy for you to come back year after year. They got scared when people found the ozempic and the GLP-1 drugs and now they've added that in because they're not caring about the business. They're not caring about you actually healing what's at the root." - Leslie Thornton

Ep 250 Why don't I stay accountable to myself?17 Jun 202400:39:45

Have you ever found yourself caught in a cycle of on and off dieting, perpetually striving for weight loss only to be met with frustration and disappointment? This struggle, familiar to many, often stems from deeper emotional issues that go unaddressed. The constant battle with food, body image, and weight can lead to feelings of guilt, shame, and self-hatred, trapping individuals in an endless loop of fleeting diets and temporary fixes.

The real problem lies not in the diets themselves, but in the underlying emotional turmoil that drives these behaviors. To break free from this cycle, it's essential to shift focus from external goals to inner healing and self-awareness. By understanding and aligning with our true desires and addressing the root emotional causes, we can achieve lasting peace and fulfillment in our relationship with food and our bodies.

Hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) offer powerful tools to help individuals tap into their inner truth, manage their emotional states, and ultimately transform their approach to health and well-being.

"You will always be a yo-yo dieter if you do not actually pay attention and heal stuff. That anger, self-hatred, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, shame, that's just hanging around there. That's the emotion that's causing you to eat. That's the emotion that causes you to binge eat. So it's like tackling that and you're creating spaciousness in your body." - Leslie Thornton

Ep 249 Personal Trainers and Nutritionists VS Hypnosis for Permanent Weight Loss10 Jun 202400:32:55

Are you tired of the short-term results from personal trainers and nutritionists? Do you find yourself sliding back into old habits despite rigorous workout routines and carefully planned diets? The problem isn't with your effort or commitment; it's that traditional approaches often focus solely on external changes without addressing the internal struggles that drive your behaviors.

Imagine spending hours at the gym and meticulously counting calories, only to be derailed by emotional triggers that lead to overeating or unhealthy food choices. It's frustrating and disheartening, leaving you feeling like a failure, stuck in a cycle that seems impossible to break. These external solutions, while beneficial, don't equip you with the tools to manage the emotional and psychological aspects of your relationship with food.

This is where Hypnosis and emotional mastery come in as game-changers. Unlike traditional methods, the Hypnosis program dives deep into the root causes of your eating habits. By addressing emotional triggers and developing a strong, resilient mindset, you'll achieve lasting freedom from food-related stress and guilt. This holistic approach not only transforms your eating behaviors but also enhances your overall emotional well-being, leading to sustainable, life-long results.

Today, we'll be exploring the differences between Hypnosis for permanent weight loss and more conventional approaches like hiring a personal trainer or nutritionist. Inspired by insights shared by a client who recently completed her eight-week Hypnosis program, we'll uncover why Hypnosis isn't just about shedding pounds but also about transforming your relationship with food, body, and self. Let's explore a new path to lasting change and emotional mastery.

"If you're someone who feels guilty, shameful, upset, fearful around any topic, food, body and weight, going to the doctor and stepping on the scale-- any of that. If any of that emotionally upsets you, then using a nutritionist or a personal trainer will help you get the results short term. It will not get you to live a life in full color." - Leslie Thornton

Ep 246 How to TRULY Attract Love By Your Permanent Weight Loss Journey20 May 202400:34:17

The quest for love often intersects with the pursuit of physical perfection. Many of us, driven by societal pressures, find ourselves obsessively focused on weight loss as a means to attract the ideal partner. This fixation, however, can lead to a cycle of anxiety and disconnection from one's authentic self, ultimately hindering the very goal we seek to achieve. Despite rigorous dieting and weight loss efforts, the desired deep, meaningful relationships often remain elusive, leading to frustration and self-doubt.

This struggle is magnified by the belief that physical appearance is the sole determinant of attractiveness and compatibility. People frequently ignore the deeper, more intrinsic factors that foster genuine connections. By shifting the focus from external validation to internal alignment, individuals can unlock their true selves and, in turn, attract partners who appreciate them for who they genuinely are. Embracing this holistic approach to weight loss and self-acceptance paves the way for authentic relationships.

Through Leslie's personal anecdotes and practical advice she highlights how embracing one's authentic self, including their natural body shape and eating habits, can lead to both permanent weight loss and the attraction of a truly compatible, loving partner. This journey, though challenging, ultimately empowers individuals to cultivate deeper connections and live fulfilling lives, free from the constraints of societal expectations.

Ep 244 ANTI-DIETING06 May 202400:52:34

It's easy to be tempted with the allure of fast weight loss and the enticing thought of achieving the perfect body. But in a world saturated with restrictive diets promising quick fixes and miraculous transformations, it's essential to pause and consider the long-term implications of such approaches.  Such drastic actions often overshadow the detrimental effects of these restrictive regimens.

As highlighted by Leslie's own experience, including those who have gone through this treacherous path of dieting themselves, restrictive diets often breed a sense of disempowerment and foster a toxic relationship with food. This relentless pursuit of perfection leaves no room for mistakes, thus promoting feelings of inadequacy and failure. Thereby sending one to be in a state of desperation. And that is never life changing.

However,  there exists an alternative path—one that prioritizes holistic well-being and sustainable change over fleeting results. This alternative avenue is exemplified by practices such as Hypnosis for permanent weight loss.

Hypnosis offers a unique approach to addressing the underlying issues that contribute to disordered eating habits. By delving into the subconscious mind, Hypnosis helps individuals unlock the barriers that impede their progress towards lasting change. Unlike restrictive diets, which focus solely on external factors like calorie count and food restriction, Hypnosis delves deeper, addressing the root causes of unhealthy behaviors.

The efficacy of Hypnosis lies not only in its ability to raise awareness but also in its promotion of self-trust and empowerment. You will learn to listen to your body, make informed choices, and cultivate a positive relationship with food.

While restrictive diets may offer temporary results, they often come at a significant cost to mental and emotional well-being. By embracing alternative approaches like Hypnosis for permanent weight loss, individuals can embark on a journey towards sustainable change, reclaiming your freedom, lasting happiness, and fostering a newfound sense of balance and harmony with food and your body.

Let's dive deep into this episode and explore how we can completely get away from all the negative self-talk and fully embrace authenticity and life mastery.

Ep 232 Meet Kevin Wathey12 Feb 202400:22:24

Oftentimes, we let our failures and painful experiences define us. To the point that we do things that overshadows our potential for resilience. Yet there is this profound truth we cannot deny: the will of the human spirit to defy the odds in life.

Consider those people battling with cancer and terminal illnesses. Despite those odds stacked against them, those with sheer will to overcome it, creates a mindset that conquers them. Thus, transcending human affliction and tapping into a wellspring of hope and transformation that is sometimes beyond human comprehension .

What stands out is that the mind has the power of achieving that which it puts its focus on, thus, changing one's reality.

The same thing can be said of Hypnosis; when we dig deep into the subconscious, understand it and find a way to rewire it, then we tap into the pathway for  lasting transformation.  That's when fear doesn't  rule you anymore, crushing all that diet mentality that has always been around. And you're left with only one thing -- empowered choices. The catalysts to a lifetime of freedom and happiness.

As to him, Kevin Wathey, trauma is a trigger word in our society... yet it doesn't exist. He believes it’s merely a label some place on a specific reference point in time to justify why they have yet to create the life of their dreams.

He lost his mother to cancer at 17, best friend at 19, and got 2 DUIs while drinking himself into oblivion during the darkest point of his life.

Some would never have recovered, yet he knew these experiences were happening for him & would be a blessing.

He went on to play Ice Hockey semi-professionally, acted professionally for both Stage & Film, opened properties for a Fortune 500 hospitality company, traveled extensively, and founded 4 companies.

His past has uniquely prepared him to design his own destiny, and redefine what it means to care for others along the way.

He now writes about systems, psychology & technology, hosts a podcast, maintains a select list of private clients, facilitates 3 international wellness retreats per year & is opening a wellbeing resort in Costa Rica.

In this episode, Kevin talks about his own struggles in life and how he triumphed over it. And finding out how our mind is a powerful force that leads us out of the dark emerging to be the person we are meant to be.

"I think everything's energetic and I think when you're living in alignment with what's intentionally right for you and what feels right for you, your body is responding on an energetic wavelength that doesn't allow disease to manifest itself physically." - Kevin Wathey

Ep 230 Mindful Eating is BS!29 Jan 202400:36:47

When you're rooted in a diet mentality, the concept of mindful eating may seem like an unattainable goal. It's like trying to build a house without laying a solid foundation first. Before embracing mindful eating practices, it's essential to confront the underlying emotional complexities surrounding food.

Simply instructing oneself to eat mindfully without addressing the deep-seated issues driving food obsession is like treating symptoms without diagnosing the root cause of the ailment. Emotions fuel overeating and uncontrollable binges, creating a cycle that mere mindfulness alone can't break.

True transformation begins with delving into the emotional landscape surrounding food and uncovering the triggers that lead to unhealthy eating habits. This journey towards emotional mastery lays the groundwork for sustainable change and opens the door to the possibility of mindful eating.

Rather than striving for immediate adoption of mindful eating techniques, the initial focus should be on the understanding of what lies beneath the problem.

Hypnosis can be a powerful tool in this process, helping individuals unearth and ultimately overcome the emotional barriers that hinder their relationship with food. Perhaps, what needs to be done first is, take a step back and heal what's beneath the surface, paving the way for a life of peace and freedom.

"Judging yourself, being angry at yourself, hating yourself, telling yourself you should be, do, act different, better now or else... It just does not work.

What does work is when we drop the judgment and get very curious." - Leslie Thornton

What you will learn from this episode:

00:03 - What it's like to be in a space of controlled eating and how to get to a state of being at peace about yourself and around food

07:15 - What DOES NOT work and what DOES WORK

11:45 - Leslie's process of helping clients which makes the transformation sustainable

18:41 - No mindful eating if you're in this state with your relationship with food [with case studies to prove the point]

20:40 - Reasons why you can't follow those diet plans anymore and what it is telling you

29:19 - Leslie's proven program to help you get out of food prison [which she herself went through and got out of with this program]

32:39 - Rewiring the brain: Awareness and actions comes freedom

34:31 - What your first step is in finding the freedom that you've always wanted and what you need a coach for

Ep 229 Dry January My take22 Jan 202400:25:00

In one's journey of personal well-being, one's pursuit of balance and fulfillment often intersects with various lifestyle choices. The topic of alcohol consumption has become a focal point, prompting individuals to consider initiatives like Dry January.

In this episode, Leslie shares personal reflections of her relationship with alcohol, offering insights into both the challenges and triumphs of abstaining. And how she finds parallelism in it with food obsession. She also delves into the transformative impact of choosing sobriety, unveiling a profound sense of self-discovery and confidence.

She suggests pondering on one's own attitudes towards alcohol, with an emphasis on the empowering journey of self-exploration and intentional living. And this is where the Hypnosis program can be of great help.

"This is how we actually stay consistent and do this goal because it's a choice. It's coming from an empowered choice. When you are doing something because you're choosing to do it out of your own ,nothing can take that away from you because you chose it. But if someone else is telling you what to do, it's a set up for failure." - Leslie Thornton

Ep 225 Interview with Dr. Tarryn McCarthy25 Dec 202300:47:52

The metaphor of a sluggish computer and the upstream struggle of controlling every aspect of life couldn't be truer when talking about mindset and well-being. Drawing parallels between the complexities of a slow computer and the overwhelming nature of our thoughts digs deep into the significance of slowing down and embracing awareness, particularly in the aspect of fostering a healthy weight loss mindset through Hypnosis.

The key lies in incorporating surrender and trust, providing the essential foundation to conquer fear and nurture self-compassion. The analogy of swimming upstream serves as a reminder of the importance of letting go of control and embracing life's natural flow. Hypnosis, in this context, becomes a powerful catalyst, enabling individuals to authentically experience their emotions without suppression and delve into the subconscious to rewire patterns hindering progress, thereby paving the way for newfound freedom and genuine happiness.

Recognizing the roles of curiosity and clarity in personal empowerment, and understanding the profound link between changes in beliefs and subsequent shifts in behavior, highlights the critical role of Hypnosis. With its flawed points system, it is becoming restrictive for many. And with its heavy reliance on calorie counting, it has led many to struggle to sustain long-term weight loss.

In this episode, we will delve into the reasons behind Weight Watchers' failure and explore a more holistic approach that focuses on the real issues deep down and addresses the overall health and well-being rather than just numbers on a scale.

"If you've just been listening to your doctors and the social media into the latest plans and fads and you're just trying to follow a blueprint, it's never going to work long-term. You are going to continue dieting for the rest of your life. And if that's okay with you, that's fine. But if you're in a space where you're like, I don't wanna do this anymore and I don't wanna die for the rest of my life and I wanna be able to just have freedom in this area, then we got to undo it. You got to do the foundational work and then you can support yourself and you'll naturally start making empowered choices." - Leslie Thornton

What you will learn from this episode:

01:23 - How you can join the Hypnosis for Permanent Weight Loss Community

04:19 - Sharing the Weight Watcher Founder's story of her food and weight struggles

11:57 - Weight Watchers and how many weight loss programs can't sustainably put off the weight

15:57 - The underlying reason for weight issues to persist and how you can get over it [and what your thought problem makes you believe]

25:44 - Getting deep into your subconscious and rewiring old patterns [gaining that power back over food and negative thoughts]

Ep 253 Inside Look of HPWLs Fastrack to Freedom Group Coaching Call08 Jul 202400:46:21

Navigating the complexities of diet mentality versus food freedom is not merely about what we eat, but how we think and feel about food. The restrictive nature of traditional dieting often pushes one in a cycle of guilt and perfectionism, overshadowing the potential for true emotional and mental freedom. On the other hand, embracing food freedom involves redefining our relationship with food, fostering a mindset of self-acceptance, and understanding our body's genuine needs. Through the application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and other therapeutic techniques, individuals can transcend ingrained diet mentalities, allowing for personal growth and a healthier, more holistic approach to well-being. Hypnosis for Permanent Weight Loss Fast Track to Freedom encapsulates this belief.

The journey towards inner peace and emotional freedom in relation to food has far-reaching impacts beyond mere weight loss. It influences every aspect of life, from professional achievements to personal relationships and overall mental health. By adopting a growth mindset and shedding black-and-white thinking, individuals can experience a profound transformation. Programs focusing on these areas provide invaluable support, offering tools to conquer limiting beliefs and cultivate a vibrant, self-expressed life. Taking decisive action towards this inner work not only enhances one's well-being but also positively affects those around you, creating a ripple effect of health and lasting happiness.

"You can't take your personal life out of your food freedom because oftentimes the reason that we snap back into diet mentality over and over again and have bad body image issues and all the mental obsession is because it's emotional and it's usually actually triggered by other emotional things going on in the background that we just may not be fully present to." - Leslie Thornton

What you will learn from this episode:

00:01 - Sharing a sense of the culture and dynamics within the "Hypnosis for Permanent Weight Loss, Fast Track to Freedom" client group call

Ep 252 Understanding and Addressing your Relationship with Food through Metaphors01 Jul 202400:26:42

Despite the countless diets and weight loss plans, the mental and emotional turmoil associated with food and body image remains unresolved for many. The real issue lies not in the food itself but in the deeper, often hidden emotional and psychological wounds that drive unhealthy eating behaviors. These underlying issues are like the submerged part of an iceberg—vast and largely unseen, yet crucial to understand and heal. Ignoring these deeper problems perpetuates a cycle of temporary fixes and long-term dissatisfaction.

In this episode, we dive into Anita Johnston's "Eating in the Light of the Moon," a book that uses powerful metaphors to shed light on the complex relationship between food and emotions. By exploring stories like 'the log in the river', 'the red herring', 'the woman in the moon', 'the peasant quest', 'the princess and the pea', and 'the iceberg', we reveal how diet mentality distracts from true healing. Through these metaphors, we learn the importance of connecting with our inner wisdom and addressing the real issues beneath the surface.

Join us as we uncover the path to true food freedom, where emotional mastery and self-empowerment replace the constant battle with diet mentality. By listening to this episode, you'll gain valuable insights and practical tools to start your journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship with food and yourself.

Ep 262 Meet Stylist Jessica Papineau!09 Sep 202401:15:31

Have you ever wondered why so many women struggle to find lasting fulfillment, even when they seem to be doing everything right? Despite investing in themselves and their careers, many still feel disconnected, stuck, or afraid to fully embrace their desires. They’ve been conditioned to avoid discomfort, unknowingly holding back from true transformation. The result is a life lived half-heartedly, where joy feels out of reach.

Jessica, our guest, understands this struggle all too well. After years of trauma and healing, she discovered that real joy can only be experienced when we lean into temporary pain. By avoiding these difficult emotions, women miss the opportunity for growth and empowerment. The fear of discomfort keeps them from realizing their full potential, both personally and professionally.

The key to unlocking lasting transformation lies in embracing vulnerability, confronting limiting beliefs, and allowing pain to flow through. Jessica shares how this courageous process allowed her to achieve new heights in her business and life. Today, she’s on a mission to help other women experience the same transformation by creating a safe space for connection, growth, and expansion.

Jessica Papineau has spent 25 years in the fashion industry, teaching women how to use fashion to serve their purpose, boost their confidence, and elevate their image. She has styled hundreds of women, from moms struggling to dress their postpartum bodies, to businesswomen seeking to level up in their careers, to seven-figure entrepreneurs, executives for billion-dollar global brands, online influencers with millions of followers, and professionals in the entertainment, sports, and music industries. A thought leader in fashion styling, her insights have been featured in various print publications and media outlets. She regularly partners with nonprofit organizations such as the Tidewell Foundation and SPARCC to donate high-end clothes and provide hope to people in need.

In this episode, Jessica shares how leaning into temporary pain allowed her to experience true joy and personal transformation. She emphasizes that facing discomfort head-on helps overcome self-limiting beliefs and fosters growth. By embracing her fears she discovered the power and confidence to perform at her best.

"The woman that says I'm gonna do it when..., they don't take the action first. So then what happens is nothing changes. And then when they do end up making the change, they make the change because they were literally brought to their knees. But what if we get curious and start to make those changes and take those actions before we actually felt ready to do so? How can that start transforming our lives now as opposed to waiting until we feel ready?" - Jessica Papineau

Have you ever found yourself reaching for that extra slice of bread or indulging in a snack just an hour after lunch, even though you're not really hungry? It’s a common struggle, one that often feels like an uncontrollable urge, driven by something deeper than physical hunger. But what if those impulses were more than just bad habits or weak willpower? What if they were signals from different parts of ourselves, parts that need attention and care?

In today’s episode, we explore how identifying these underlying emotional triggers can transform the way we approach food and decision-making. By learning to pause, check in with ourselves, and ask, “Who’s really hungry?” we can begin to make choices from a place of empowerment rather than compulsion. Michelle Chalfant has a master’s in counseling and she opened a private practice, wanting solutions for her own challenges and helping others going through the same thing. But as she practiced, she felt something was still missing.

Ever wondered why, no matter how many diets you try, the weight just keeps coming back? Or why stress-eating seems impossible to stop, even when you know it’s sabotaging your progress? It can feel like an endless cycle of restriction and guilt, with food constantly on your mind, draining your energy and joy.

The frustration of trying every fad diet, battling constant cravings, and still not feeling at peace with food can be overwhelming. You might even feel like you’ll never be free from the mental exhaustion of thinking about what you should or shouldn’t eat, especially in social situations or during vacations. It's like living in a prison built from food rules and body image struggles.

But, there’s a way to finally break free from this cycle—without counting calories, giving up your favorite foods, or spending hours in the gym. In today’s episode, Leslie shares her story of how she lost 30 pounds and stopped stress-eating for good, not through dieting or exercise, but by addressing the real reasons behind her food struggles. You’ll discover how true food freedom is possible, and how you can experience peace with your body and mind—permanently.

"I need you to understand it is not about knowing better. All my clients could write multiple books on how to lose weight. Is that doing anything? It's not about knowing better in any of the scenarios. I had this epiphany that the reason I could never actually stay consistent with my weight and eating was because I wasn't dealing with my underlying issues --- my fears, my beliefs, my thoughts, my emotions, where my weight issues started in the first place. I started working on that." - Leslie Thornton

Ep 265 How to Update Your Weight Loss Software30 Sep 202400:40:49

Do you find yourself constantly thinking about food, body image, and weight, yet never feeling satisfied with the results? Many people struggle with the emotional and mental weight of food issues, and after years of restrictive dieting or exercising, they feel stuck—like their "weight loss software" is outdated and malfunctioning.

The problem isn't just the inability to keep the weight off. It’s the endless mental chatter about what to eat, how to look, and the guilt that comes with every decision. You've spent so much time caring for others—your family, your career—yet when it comes to your own needs, they often fall to the bottom of the list. Meanwhile, your health suffers, stress builds up, and life seems to slip away, one unaddressed issue at a time. How many years will you continue to put off taking care of yourself?

The solution is not another diet or exercise program. It’s about upgrading your mindset, allowing yourself to invest in what truly matters: your health, your happiness, and ultimately, your freedom. When you update your "weight loss software," you learn to trust your instincts, manage your emotions, and let go of the guilt. This transformation doesn’t just change your relationship with food—it changes your life. And the best part? It starts with the decision to prioritize you.

"I wanna invite you to stop judging yourself. Stop making yourself wrong and bad for not staying consistent and for why can't I do this? And what's wrong with me? That is such a disempowering state. It has nothing to do with you. It just has to do with the fact that you don't know what you don't know. You don't know that there's a way to think differently about something. You don't know that there can be joy in stress. You don't know that there can be happiness every single day of your life. But you can't get that unless you take action, unless you do something different." - Leslie Thornton

What you will learn from this episode:

01:03 - Leslie touching on a common struggle of most people with weight management and motivation, particularly the cyclical nature of diets and lifestyle changes

07:19 - Exploring the challenges many face in breaking free from unhealthy cycles related to diet, emotional eating, and self-criticism

15:37 - Reframing challenges as natural consequences of focusing on bigger priorities

21:11 - Insights into the value of investing in high-ticket coaching and the transformative impact it can have on personal and professional growth

23:54 - Sharing a personal and client-focused reflection on the power of investing in coaching and trusting one's intuition in making significant decisions

30:19 - Sharing a personal story about a significant investment she made in a high-ticket coaching program and how it led her to an entirely new network of people

35:30 - Addressing the importance of investing in oneself, particularly when it comes to health and emotional well-being

Ep 266 Meet HPWL Graduate Tess -Intimacy Re-created!07 Oct 202400:37:55

Have you ever felt like you’re constantly striving but still not feeling aligned with who you truly are? Whether it’s your body image, your relationships, or your overall sense of self-worth, many people find themselves stuck in a cycle of self-criticism and external validation. As women especially, we’ve been conditioned to meet certain standards, often neglecting our own needs and desires in the process. But what happens when we don’t give ourselves permission to be authentic, and how does that impact our health and happiness?

Suppressing your true self can lead to more than just emotional discomfort—it can take a toll on your physical well-being. When we prioritize others' expectations over our own needs, we can find ourselves disconnected, not only from those around us but from our own bodies. This disconnection can affect our relationships, self-confidence, and even contribute to unhealthy behaviors like emotional eating. Worse, long-term suppression of emotions and lack of self-expression can lead to chronic stress, which may result in serious health issues. Without addressing this disconnect, the cycle continues, leaving us feeling stuck and powerless.

Tess's journey is a testament to how a disconnected life makes herself disempowered. But once she learned to embrace her authentic self and changed her mindset, that became a gamechanger for her and that's when her healing happened.

And that healing starts with permission—permission to be yourself, to explore your emotions, and to live in alignment with your true desires. Hypnosis can be a powerful tool in achieving this empowerment, helping you access the deeper layers of your mind to reprogram limiting beliefs and break free from old patterns. By taking ownership of your emotional health, setting boundaries, and exploring methods like hypnosis, you can rewrite the way you engage with yourself and others. Tune in to today's episode with Tess and learn how giving yourself this permission and utilizing tools like hypnosis can lead to lasting empowerment and authentic self-love.

"It's amazing how our lives would change when we give ourselves permission, permission to explore the feeling, permission to dive deep, permission to eat if you are hungry, permission to wear that outfit because you like it. It's the overarching surprise element for empowering myself." - Tess

What you will learn from this episode:

01:51 - Tess's transformative journey from feeling isolated and frustrated with weight struggles to finding empowerment, self-acceptance, and emotional healing

12:57 - Admitting her fear of failure and feelings of disempowerment but ultimately trusting the coach to guide her through the process

14:44 - Encouraging others to explore their fear of failure as the program helps shift that mindset and focus on internal growth rather than fear of failure

19:54 - How her insecurities during menopause affected her intimacy and self-perception and realizing that her negative self-image did not reflect how her partner viewed her

25:55 -Sharing a crucial part of healing and reclaiming self-confidence

30:23 - The way we engage with ourselves influences how others interact with us, emphasizing the importance of self-love, setting boundaries, and healing from within

32:20 - Sharing the most beautiful surprise from the program: Empowerment that came from giving herself permission to explore her feelings, embrace her desires, and rediscover her true self beyond external factors like weight
