While it's important to eat at home – it isn't realistic to think that you'll never go out to eat… even when you're trying to get fit and lose weight.

I'm breaking down how to stay on track when out to eat with simple strategies and a proven approach that will decrease your stress and anxiety in these situations. I also discuss cheat meals, when to know it's worth it to indulge and other strategies you can begin to implement so you strike the perfect balance of enjoying yourself without over-doing it.
