Society conditioning has sadly seen most chasing a perceived happiness that is impossible to attain.  Society gives a false impression of what happiness is.  Happiness is an individual perception and it´s usually not about the attainment of things or power.  If you are to truly experience happiness in your life you need to become very clear on what it means to you. What is happiness to you in relationships? Mind/Body/Health? Professional Life? Financial Position? Experiences in life?  These are important questions to answer.  Become clear on them and then ensure that your daily decisions, actions and behaviours are taking you closer.

In this episode of The MindBodyHealth Podcast I share my thoughts on the supplement industry.  This is an industry I invested heavily in for many years trusting proposed benefits I was getting in return.  However when I decided to research and study the industry a bit more as well as evaluate the real benefits I was experiencing my trust diminished.  What I realised is that the industry is built on genius but misleading marketing claims and that the vast majority products are just expensive urine and cause of increased toxicity.  NOTE I am not saying that all supplements are bad but for sure the vast majority are. It´s a massive industry and like all industries it´s driver is profit not human health and wellbeing . I hope what I share makes you start asking questions.  Do your own research and see what you find.

This episode of the podcast is the first of our rebranding to Healthy Happy Humans Podcast and in this episode I explain why the change as well as sharing some valuable tips and nuggets to empower and enrich one's life.


Your health is your wealth and thus being healthy needs to be a key goal for you. Having spent now over 3 decades educating, guiding and supporting people all over the world in regaining control of their health I aim to use the podcast as another tool in this purpose.


You want to be happy right? We all do. It's the goal for us all in life. However so much of how the world is designed and societal conditioning sees the vast majority not happy. However this does not need to be the case BUT one must put a conscious effort into the internal work and create internal happiness. One cannot be happy from external sources. True internal happiness allows us experience happiness from the external sources. This is the order it needs to go in.


So on this podast I lay the foundations for the name change and explain the key ethos and importance of a focus on Healthy and Happy.
