Mari is training to be a practitioner so we look at the modality itself and how it fits into her life, and ways that she plans to use it in the future. I'm recording the audiobook of How to Be Well and I thought you'd enjoy this exercise - its a visualisation, to help you ground and centre in the moment, then take back some of the power that you've lost over time. You don't need to know where the power went to, or where it came from, only that it's here, and wants to come back to you. The more you repeat this exercise the more effective it is, and I do recommend you do this on repeat, until you are able to do it without the soundtrack of my voice!
