In this episode I have the honour to talk with poet Alfred Lamotte, who has been a friend of mine for several years. Alfred’s poetry for me is the frequency of true heart connection, they act as rudders to take me back to my true self and I come back to them time and time again. He reads several out while we talk, I hope you love them as much as I do.

In this episode of Healing for Healers, we are doing something a little different! Both Abby and Regina have learnt over the years about how to set good, strong boundaries with clients. They have also learnt what happens when they don’t set good boundaries!
