1. No one really leverages Authority Hijacking as much as they should.
You should be putting your picture next to your guest pic if you take the time to interview them b/c when /, if they share your name and episode, will be on it.
And you want to be strategic and research what keywords you want to rank you and see who is ranking for them now ...maybe that person is the person you interview.
2. Your mess is your message.
If you've failed in business or have gone through something then it needs to be talked about. It makes you stand out, it makes you realize it and it cannot be copied. I believe God gave you the path for a reason, so there an opportunity in the destruction or mess.
3. Repetition is the mother of skill.
If you think everyone in your audience has heard a message by you saying it once or twice you're wrong...... If you have a message that is already tested meaning its already getting you clients and you haven't used it on the podcast then why not??

A podcast is a lot like a business.. as you progress there are problems every business owner faces....
For example:
In the online space its usually
Create an Offer
Get Lead Flow for the offer
Sell the leads
Fulfill on the product
Build Fulfilment systems
Create Scalable Marketing Systems
Get off the Phone
Train and Coach Your Team
Podcasting is not too different however there are fewer steps:
Setup and Launch the podcast successfully
Get Lead Flow for the podcast
Convert the leads into raving fans & clients
Repeat steps 2 & 3
Steps 1 and 2 are typically the hardest, and if done wrong getting to #3 is impossible.
Here's how you fix these steps
#1 Set up the podcast for maximizing your growth and revenue from the show.
Like choosing a business model, there are different "podcasting models" to use that impact your ability to grow, stand out from the competition, and monetize.
If you've already started and haven't been seeing the traction you've wished for then this may be the reason for it.
#2 Get Lead Flow for the podcast. (No its not about sharing on social media)
Eventually, your podcast downloads will come off that launch high and settle down. Typically this means you've reached your max warm audience.
But when it comes to getting out in front of new listeners there's little thought put into this.

get your guests to share
post in Facebook groups
These aren't bad suggestions but they are useless unless we execute them properly and where most people go wrong is in the details.

If you've ever gotten on a call with someone who is a total fan of your work, you'll know what I'm talking about here.

- sound a bit nervous
- speak fast
- there's instant rapport
- they are happy to be on the call
This celebrity effect makes sales calls easier, gives you more room for error and a higher likelihood closing the sale with a PIF.
Specifically there's two ways podcasting helps increase your odds of landing more of these kind of calls if you're a coach, consultant or service provider.
#1 You can use your podcast to crush the limiting beliefs of your audience and break through objections before they come up.
#2 Teaching and speaking on your podcast creates a better fluid display of expertise when your on the phone selling or talking online or in person
This puts people at ease when b/c they know you know what you talking about.
The end benefit for your as a business owner is that you have:
- Better cash flow
- Your Cost per acquisition was zero
- No affiliate commissions
- A happier more trusting client (b/c they were indoctrinated via the podcast)
THE ONE THING I WANT YOU TO REMEMBER IS that when you have a well put together podcast can make PIF's a regular thing, give you more cash flow and ultimately help you scale faster.
