“How Long Is This Going to Take?” (And the Real Question You Should Be Asking Instead)03 Apr 202600:23:08

Send us Fan Mail

You’re juggling kids, schedules, meals, work… and somewhere in the middle of all that, you want to feel better. Stronger. Healthier. More like yourself again. But every time you think about starting (again), the same question pops up: how long is this going to take? Because let’s be honest—you don’t have time for something that’s just going to add more to your already full plate.

In this episode, Magan Hendry  & Brandi Wigley unpack the real reason so many moms feel stuck when it comes to their health.

If you’ve ever found yourself starting over every Monday, waiting for the “right time,” or wondering if you can actually stick with something long enough to see results… this conversation is for you.

Let’s chat about…

● Why “how long will this take?” isn’t the right question—and what to ask instead
● How starting over (again and again) is what’s actually slowing your progress
● The truth about motivation (and why Magan & Brandi don’t rely on it either)
● How to stop overhauling your entire life and start building habits that fit
● “Basics on purpose” and why they matter most on your hardest days
● The difference between chasing quick results vs. creating results that actually stick

Consistency isn’t flashy—it’s the “boring” stuff done over and over again. Or as Brandi says, that dash between your before and after? It’s just showing up, even when it’s not perfect.

Your challenge this week: pick your basics (movement, protein, water) and show up for them—even on the days you don’t feel like it. Keep it simple. Keep it doable. Just don’t quit.

Stop Waiting for Life to Slow Down: How to Actually Take Care of Yourself as a Busy Mom20 Mar 202600:21:08

Send us Fan Mail

If you’ve ever said “I don’t have time” — this one’s for you.

We hear it all the time: “My kids are why I can’t take care of myself.” But what if your kids are actually the reason you have to? In this episode, Magan Hendry and Brandi Wigley get real about the sneaky way busy moms stop showing up for themselves — and how to start building healthy habits inside the chaotic life you already have (not the one you’re waiting for).

Recorded mid-road trip (yes, Magan is literally in the car), this one is raw, relatable, and packed with practical shifts that actually fit into real mom life.

Let’s chat about…

  • Why “my kids are the reason I can’t” is actually backwards
  • How you learned to be needed — but not how to be well
  • The danger zone: why 3–5pm is where healthy habits go to die
  • Why nighttime snacking isn’t a discipline problem — it’s a setup problem
  • What “bridge habits” are and why they’re the game-changer you need
  • Stop asking “what do I feel like eating” — ask THIS instead
  • How to build your healthy habits inside your schedule, not around it
  • The modeling moment: what your kids are actually learning from watching you
  • Why simplifying your food is the key to staying consistent

Ever stumble across an old photo and think, “Wow, I’ve changed so much”? This week, Magan Hendry and Brandi Wigley are diving deep into what it really means to outgrow old versions of ourselves; our habits, friendships, and even the beliefs that no longer fit the woman we’re becoming.

In this heartfelt (and funny) episode, the moms reflect on how far they’ve come from post-college chaos and new motherhood to creating lives rooted in peace, purpose, and strength. It’s Not Your Hormones, It’s Your Habits: Unpacking Wellness Trends That Keep Moms Stuck30 May 202500:23:54

Send us Fan Mail

Magan Hendry and Brandi Wigley are calling out the wellness noise cluttering your scroll. From dry brushing and vibration plates to Chick-fil-A justifications and blaming HIIT for hormone chaos—this episode is your wake-up call. With tough love and personal experience, they unpack the viral trends and quick-fix propaganda keeping busy moms from real progress. If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re broken or just burnt out, this one's for you. Tune in for truth bombs, real talk, and a fresh reminder that you don’t need another hack—you need habits that work for your life.

Resources mentioned:

Key takeaways:

1. Don’t Blame the Workout—Blame the Burnout
HIIT isn’t ruining your hormones—burnout, poor recovery, and skipping meals are. When done right, HIIT can support fat loss and hormone health, not sabotage it.

2. Wellness Hacks Aren’t a Shortcut to Results
Dry brushing, CGMs, and vibration plates can’t replace the basics: sleep, protein, strength training, and consistency. If your “routine” is a full-time job, it’s probably a distraction.

3. Chick-fil-A Isn’t the Enemy—But It’s Not the Answer Either
Sure, you can technically hit your macros at the drive-thru, but long-term healing and real energy don’t come in a to-go bag. Healing means zooming out to see the full picture of health.

4. It’s Not Your Hormones, It’s Your Habits
Hormones respond to what you're doing—and what you’re not. High cortisol, low energy, and PCOS flares often reflect lifestyle gaps, not broken biology.

5. You Don’t Need More Time—You Need Better Systems
Meal prep and macro tracking aren’t too hard—they’re just unfamiliar. And guess what? Spending 15 minutes cooking chicken is way easier than feeling miserable in a dressing room.

Why You Don’t Need Another Supplement, Test, or Fix06 Feb 202600:15:51

Send us Fan Mail

Feeling overwhelmed by health advice? Same. 😵‍💫

Magan Hendry and Brandi Wigley dive into the real reason so many women feel stuck, exhausted, and convinced their bodies are “broken,”  and spoiler alert: it’s not your cortisol.

We’re calling out the fear-based marketing, the endless “you need this or you’re doing it wrong” messaging, and the wellness industry’s obsession with selling quick fixes that leave women more stressed (and poorer) than before. This is a calm, grounding reminder that health doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or flashy to work.

If you’ve ever felt paralyzed by all the “shoulds,” this episode will feel like a deep exhale.

This Episode Is For You If…

  • You feel overwhelmed by conflicting health advice
  • You’re tired of being told you need fixing
  • You’ve bought the supplements, gadgets, or programs — and still feel stuck
  • You want sustainable health without it becoming a full-time job

You don’t need to do everything.
You don’t need another influencer.
You don’t need a $1,000 protocol.

You need steady, simple, foundational habits that support your body — not stress it out. Boring doesn’t sell, but boring works.

The Boring Middle (And Why It’s Where the Magic Actually Happens)23 Jan 202600:22:51

Send us Fan Mail

Ever scroll past something that doesn’t feel motivating… but instead makes you a little uncomfortable because it hits way too close to home? 😅

That’s exactly where this episode starts. In this episode, Magan Hendry and Brandi Wigley dive into the truth no one wants to admit: real progress isn’t flashy, exciting, or Instagram-worthy. It’s repetitive. It’s predictable. And yep… it’s kind of boring.

But here’s the twist: that “boring middle” you’re tempted to quit in? That’s where real, lasting change is built.

In this episode, you’ll hear:

  • Why motivation dipping doesn’t mean you’re failing
  • Why boredom often feels like stagnation… but is actually stability
  • How consistency replaces excitement (especially in mid-January 👀)
  • The nervous system benefits of routines, familiarity, and less chaos

If things feel neutral… steady… not high, not low… you’re not stuck.

You’re regulated.

And that’s where healing, fat loss, strength, and confidence actually grow.

If this episode spoke to you: Share it with a friend who’s ready to quit because things feel “blah.”
