| Tarot and the Solstice | 20 Jun 2025 | 00:26:40 | |
Tarot and the Solstice Welcome to Season 10 of Every Day Tarot! This season, I’m exploring the rich, magical intersections between tarot and witchcraft. What we explore in this episode:
Resources referenced in this episode:
We’ve reached a turning point in the year—the Solstice, when the sun stands still and the earth shifts its breath. It is an invitation to reflect on the light and the dark, the fullness and the stillness, and the stories unfolding in our own lives. Whether you're basking in the radiance of the Summer Solstice or tending the quiet of the Winter Solstice, this threshold marks more than a change in season. It offers us a moment of cosmic perspective. It circles back to what we’ve planted, what we’ve harvested, and what remains unseen beneath the surface. In the North, the Summer Solstice brings the longest day of the year, a culmination of growth, expression, and outward movement. In the South, the Winter Solstice invites us into deep rest, quiet contemplation, and the slow work of becoming. Wherever you are in the world, this is a moment of threshold energy—a chance to ask yourself:
The Solstice is not about achieving a perfect balance. It’s about honoring the sacred shifts in our own cycles of becoming. It's about pausing long enough to notice: what has changed in me? What is asking to be seen, felt, or tended with care? You are part of the earth’s breath. And you are magic. If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
From The Desert Illuminations Tarot by Lindsay D. Williams, I pulled the Five of Jugs (upright). This card is a reminder that grief and hope often coexist. This card speaks to what has been lost—and what still remains. It invites gentle self-forgiveness, present-moment awareness, and the courage to look toward what is yet to grow. | Tarot and Astrology | 19 Jun 2025 | 00:48:07
Tarot & Astrology Welcome to Season 10 of Every Day Tarot! This season, I’m exploring the rich, magical intersections between tarot and witchcraft—and we’re kicking things off with one of my favorite overlaps: Tarot and Astrology. What we explore in this episode:
Resources referenced in this episode:
Although tarot and astrology are often studied separately, they speak a shared language. The earliest tarot decks contained a lot of planetary and cosmic references—The Sun, The Moon, and The Star cards are some of the clearest examples. Over time, mystics and philosophers began to notice deeper symbolic parallels, assigning astrological equivalents to each card, especially the major arcana. One of the most widely used systems for this comes from the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, which matched each of the 22 major arcana cards with planets or zodiac signs. These connections add powerful layers of meaning to tarot readings used to explore your astrological birth chart. In this episode, I referenced the book Tarot and Astrology: Enhance Your Readings with the Wisdom of the Zodiac by Corrine Kenner, which offers a really thoughtful breakdown of these associations. It’s a great read if you’re looking for a framework that blends structure with intuition. This book might be a good place to start! If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Sasuraibito Tarot deck by Stasia Burrington, I pulled the Two of Swords reversed, a card that speaks to mental overwhelm, hesitation, and the pressure of choice. In its upright form, the Two of Swords often represents a moment of stillness—sitting with a difficult decision, weighing two paths, seeking balance. But in reverse, that clarity feels harder to access. Reflective prompts on this card:

| Six of Cups | 06 Jun 2025 | 00:16:58 | |
Six of Cups Welcome to season 9 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Cups. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, the Six of Cups brings us into soft, sacred terrain: memory, gratitude, and the sacredness of feeling. It reminds us of the beauty we’ve known before, and encourages us to reach for it again, not as an escape, but as an anchor. Nostalgia, when grounded, can be a balm. It can guide us toward rituals, environments, or relationships that bring us back to ourselves. But this card also challenges us not to romanticize the past to the point of avoidance. We’re asked to reclaim what was sweet without bypassing the full truth of what was. The Six of Cups is both a comfort and a mirror: What did you need then that you still need now? And how can you offer that to yourself with compassion? If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Guide (reversed). This is a card that usually symbolizes Inheritance and Collection. Reversed, this card honors the perseverance it took to navigate struggle without much help from others. It acknowledges the internal grit and self-trust built from past hardship. This card asks: How do you want to guide yourself forward, now that you know what you know? Can you trust that your past self gave you enough to start again? Reflective prompts on this card:

| Five of Cups | 05 Jun 2025 | 00:26:37 | |
Five of Cups Welcome to season 9 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Cups. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we dive into the murky waters of the Five of Cups. This card often meets us in the aftermath or after something has gone wrong, fallen apart, or simply not worked out the way we hoped. Across decks, we often see a figure focused on spilled cups while two still stand behind them. This card sits at the heart of the suit, in the tension between heartbreak and healing. It asks us to feel what we’re feeling fully before we move on. Not to wallow, not to bypass, but to acknowledge the pain with honesty and presence. What have we lost? What are we still holding onto? What is quietly waiting for us to notice it again? This card doesn’t rush us into gratitude. It reminds us that transformation begins in truth. That looking at what hurts is the first step toward remembering what’s still possible. Check out my other seasons!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Brawler (reversed). In the upright position, The Brawler is about confrontation, strength, and direct action. But reversed, this card warns of unspoken tension and the emotional cost of avoiding conflict. Healing begins not with bypassing discomfort, but with facing it honestly. When we bottle things up instead of naming them, the rupture doesn’t disappear; it just waits for the next chance to spill over. It asks: Where are you suppressing your truth in order to keep the peace? What happens when you bottle things up instead of speaking them aloud? Reflective prompts on this card:

| Four of Cups | 04 Jun 2025 | 00:22:12 | |
Four of Cups Welcome to season 9 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Cups. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we sit with the contemplative space of the Four of Cups — a card that shows us what it looks like to turn inward and what we might miss when we get stuck there. Whether it’s apathy, emotional burnout, or unmet expectations, this card shows up when we need to pause and ask: ‘What am I not seeing? What wants to find me if I soften my resistance?’ There’s a difference between taking sacred space and shutting the world out. The Four of Cups reminds us to check our posture: Are we closed off from life, or are we consciously listening for something deeper to come through? If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Forgotten (reversed). In its reversed position, this card represents a painful reckoning—a sense of being overwhelmed, emotionally blocked, or trapped in a spiral of fear or hopelessness. But the reversal also carries a message: Change is coming. This moment may feel heavy, but it asks us to stop ignoring what is right in front of us. It’s a wake-up call to shift focus and choose something different. Reflective prompts on this card:

| First Deck Story | 02 Jan 2025 | 00:13:22 | |
Settle in for the story of how I found my first Tarot Deck… or perhaps more accurately how my first deck found me. My first deck was the Sasuraibito Tarot deck by Stasia Burrington. It is formatted like a traditional Rider-Waite Smith deck but has a bit of a goth, Pacific Northwest vibe to it. The artist actually has a lovely website where they go through their general idea for the deck, the themes, and a description of each card they created and who they imagined in each image. Today I pulled The Star Reversed from The Sasuraibito Tarot deck, you can check out the image here.

| Three of Cups | 03 Jun 2025 | 00:12:52 | |
Three of Cups Welcome to season 9 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Cups. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we explore the Three of Cups as a card of joyful collaboration and meaningful community. It's more than a toast—it’s a spiritual communion, a reminder of what it means to belong. The Three of Cups often appears during moments when we’re invited to open to joy, to create space for connection, and to trust the healing that happens when we’re seen and celebrated. It invites us to recognize the power of community, chosen family, and shared joy. This card asks, “Who are your people?” and “How do you nourish each other?” It reminds us that joy is sacred, and that there’s room at the table, and it’s time you took your seat. If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Muse (upright). This card is about vision, generosity, and celebrating what could be. The Muse is the one who brings an extra cup, makes a toast, lifts the mood, and sings a song. It asks us to see beyond the current moment and imagine what’s possible when we create together with hope and magic. Reflective prompts on this card:

| Two of Cups | 02 Jun 2025 | 00:27:17 | |
Two of Cups Welcome to season 9 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Cups. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we explore the tender, relational world of the Two of Cups. Often read as a card of romance, this card is equally about how we project, receive, and reflect love. The Two of Cups invites us to examine our emotional patterns. It doesn't just ask, 'Who do you love?' It also asks: 'Are you engaging with others from a place of reciprocity, or are you reenacting old dynamics in search of healing? Do you recognize the parts of yourself you're giving away?' Whether between lovers, close friends, or parts of yourself, this card speaks to the sacred exchange of emotion, trust, and presence. If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Shepherd (reversed). Upright, this card is a toast to shared joy, family, belonging, and celebration. Reversed, it invites you to reclaim some of that love and happiness for yourself. You may have been giving so much to others that you’ve neglected your own needs. This card offers a gentle redirection: instead of overextending, come back to center and tend to your own heart. Reflective prompts on this card:

| Ace of Cups | 30 May 2025 | 00:27:43 | |
Ace of Cups Welcome to season 9 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Cups. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we begin our exploration of the Suit of Cups with the Ace, a card that radiates love in all its forms. Whether it’s romantic, spiritual, platonic, or creative, this card signals a powerful heart-opening. It’s not always comfortable to feel this much, but it is sacred. The Ace of Cups reminds us that we are not meant to hold everything in. We are meant to feel deeply, connect authentically, and let love flow through us like water returning to the sea. This card is especially potent if you’ve been emotionally blocked, burned out, or disconnected from yourself. It asks: What if opening your heart is the bravest thing you could do right now? If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Enchanter (upright). This card sparkles with flair, mystery, and theatrical charm. The Enchanter knows how to cast a spell—how to win over a crowd, or even themselves, through clever illusion. When paired with the Ace of Cups, this card invites us to reflect on authenticity. Are you being genuine with your feelings, or slipping into emotional performance? Have you been masking pain behind charm or playing a role instead of showing up vulnerably? The Enchanter reminds us that magic is real, but it doesn’t have to be fake. It can come from truth. From presence. From the courage to feel. Reflective prompts on this card:

| King of Swords | 29 May 2025 | 00:28:07 | |
King of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we take a close look at the King of Swords and his ability to survey the land and see beyond what's in front of him. This card represents sovereign clarity, mental discipline, and the power to name, challenge, and change. The King doesn’t hesitate to act when the facts are clear. He isn’t afraid to cut through noise, claim authority, or stand up to outdated systems. But we also talk about the shadow side: how detachment, perfectionism, or over-identification with intellect can lead to isolation. We reflect on the archetype of the elder, strategist, and justice-seeker. The King of Swords asks us to examine our biases, sharpen our discernment, and fix our gaze on what matters most, especially when the world is noisy, overwhelming, or full of distractions. If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Forgotten (upright). This card represents missed opportunities and social invisibility. Sometimes we are so afraid of getting things wrong that we don’t try at all. The Forgotten reminds us that perfectionism and overthinking can keep us from sharing our gifts. This card gently urges: You are not too late. You are not too much. And your ideas, your efforts, your presence? They matter. Turn your focus back toward what you care about. Queen of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we step into the clever presence of the Queen of Swords. This card often appears when it’s time to speak the truth, cut through confusion, and lead with clarity. This Queen doesn’t sugarcoat. She invites us to hold boundaries, honor our lived experience, and resist the pressure to dilute our truth just to be liked. We talk about the Queen as a wise elder, a keen observer, and a protector of personal sovereignty. She is sharp, but not cruel. She asks hard questions—not to harm, but to illuminate. She reminds us that real strength can be quiet, deliberate, and rooted in self-knowledge. If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Witch (reversed). Upright, this card invites us to experiment, rebel, and reshape tradition to fit our lives. Reversed, it asks us to pause. Are you discarding everything for the sake of rebellion? Are you resisting guidance that could actually support your path? The Witch reversed suggests a rebalancing: keep what nourishes, discard what oppresses, and remember that reinvention doesn’t always require destruction. Reflective prompts on this card:

Knight of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we explore the forward-rushing, goal-driven energy of the Knight of Swords. This is the part of us that pushes forward, often with sharp clarity, sometimes with tunnel vision. The Knight of Swords is brave and bold, but they can also be reckless, trying to outpace burnout or ignore discomfort by simply doing more. This card reminds us that momentum isn’t the same as alignment. It asks us to pause long enough to ask: ‘Where am I going?’, ‘Why am I in such a hurry?’, and ‘What am I hoping this will prove or fix?’ If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Cartographer (reversed). Upright, this card represents direction, curiosity, and mapping new possibilities. But reversed, it suggests you may be stuck in a pattern of overplanning or indecision, jumping between too many paths without giving one the attention it deserves. The Cartographer reversed calls for discernment: choose one road. Let go of the pressure to do everything all at once. Reflective prompts on this card:

Page of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we explore the Page of Swords, a card of early insight, sharp observation, and learning through experience. This is the fresh start after the heaviness of the Ten. The Page doesn’t know everything yet, but they’re open. They’re watching, asking questions, testing ideas, and beginning to name the patterns they see. Sometimes this energy can feel defensive or uncertain, especially when we’ve been wounded. But the Page invites us to soften. To stay curious. To recognize the mental weather for what it is, and to stay grounded in our growing wisdom. This card reminds us that learning to think clearly, communicate wisely, and observe without absorbing everything is a practice. We don’t have to get it perfect, we just have to be willing to begin. If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Acolyte (reversed). This card is all about the early stages of learning, new projects, and the path of growth. Reversed, it asks us to be patient. You may not be where you want to be just yet, but everything you’ve been practicing is still helping you grow. The journey is valid, even when it feels slow. King of Cups Welcome to season 9 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Cups. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we close out Season 9 with the King of Cups—our final card in the Suit of Cups. The King represents emotional wisdom earned through experience. He doesn’t run from his feelings, but he doesn’t let them control him either. Instead, he models what it looks like to respond with intention and grace, even in challenging emotional waters. This is a card of deep presence, thoughtful diplomacy, and service without self-abandonment. The King of Cups reminds us that emotional leadership means holding space for others without losing sight of ourselves. It asks: 'Are you offering support to others from a place of self-respect and clarity, or are you overextending yourself to keep the peace?' Ten of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we reflect on the weight and wisdom of the Ten of Swords. This card is often seen as one of the darkest in the deck. It depicts collapse, pain, and betrayal, but it’s also about what happens after—the depth beneath the devastation. It shows us the consequences of giving too much, staying too long, or carrying wounds that aren’t fully ours. The Ten of Swords is where something ends, not because you failed, but because it couldn’t go on. In that ending, there is a chance to reclaim yourself. To stop the cycle. This card asks: Where are you still overextending to prove you’re enough? What identity have you outgrown? And are you ready to stop surviving and start healing? If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Guide (reversed). This card carries the energy of Inheritance and Collection. It reminds us that even through painful endings, we gather wisdom. We inherit stories—some helpful, some not. It acknowledges how exhausting it’s been to keep going, especially when others haven’t supported you, but also celebrates your resilience. You've come through the fire, trust that you now have the capacity to face what's next. Reflective prompts on this card:

Nine of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we dive deep into the heavy emotional terrain of the Nine of Swords. Often associated with anxiety, panic attacks, and restless nights, this card doesn’t just speak to external threats; it reveals what happens when our own mind becomes the battlefield. From vultures circling in the dark to telescopic views of despair, the Nine of Swords asks: Whose voice are you listening to? Is it your own or an echo of past pain? This card is not here to shame you. It’s here to remind you that your thoughts aren’t always facts, and that the part of you trying to protect you from pain may be pulling you deeper into it. Through self-compassion and awareness, we can gently take the wheel back from our inner saboteur and choose a different path forward. If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Thief (upright). This card speaks to risk, desire, and making your own way—even when it seems selfish. The Thief once acted out of necessity, but now craves the thrill of breaking rules and grabbing what they want. The message? You don’t need permission. Take the opportunity. Trust your instinct. The life you want won’t be handed to you, you have to choose it and forge your own destiny. Reflective prompts on this card:

Eight of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, I dive deep into the Eight of Swords as a card of self-imposed limitations. Whether the ropes are made of fear, perfectionism, shame, or outdated beliefs, the message is clear: we have the power to untie ourselves. This is a card about mental prisons—patterns that feel like protection but often come at the cost of movement, joy, or connection. Sometimes, the hardest part of liberation is admitting we're already holding the key. If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Witch (upright). This card represents experimentation and rebellion. It asks us to break free of rules and traditions that were never made with us in mind. It calls us to reimagine how we move through the world, not from fear or convention, but from possibility and creative alignment. The Witch encourages us to think for ourselves, shake up what feels rigid, and give ourselves permission to be wild, curious, and true. Reflective prompts on this card:

Seven of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we dive deep into the shadowy landscape of the Seven of Swords. This card doesn’t always point to betrayal by others—it can also reveal where we’re deceiving ourselves, avoiding uncomfortable truths, or slipping back into habits that keep us small. From masked figures and snake imagery to clever escapes and harsh realizations, this card asks: Are you ready to tell yourself the truth? Are you willing to let go of outdated strategies that no longer serve you? This is a card that whispers, “Work smarter, not harder.” But it also says: “Stop gaslighting yourself.” It reminds us that cleverness without self-awareness can turn into sabotage. But with compassion and clarity, we can step out from behind the mask and choose authenticity. If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Miser (reversed). In the upright position, The Miser warns of control, rigidity, and clinging too tightly to what no longer serves. Reversed, it asks: ‘Where can I loosen my grip? What structures have I inherited or created that no longer support growth, but instead suffocate it?’ This card invites a reckoning with scarcity mindsets, with patterns of domination or fear-based control, and with the parts of us that resist change even when it’s necessary. It represents the discomfort and necessary movement of growth, the part of the journey where we’re no longer stuck but not yet fully arrived. It asks: Can you trust the momentum? Five of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we look at the Five of Swords as a card of friction, fragmentation, personal sovereignty, and the consequences of boundary-setting or overreaching. Conflict reveals more about what needs tending within us than who we are up against. Whether you’re in a time of burnout or needing to assert your needs, this card asks you to slow down, reflect, recalibrate, and choose your battles wisely. Your energy is finite; sometimes stepping back is more powerful than charging ahead. Three of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we explore the Three of Swords as a card of grief, but also of clarity. While it’s often known as the heartbreak card, there is power in naming our grief, choosing to feel it fully, and deciding how we want to move forward, especially when our expectations have been shattered. Whether it’s the quiet ache of unmet needs, the sharp sting of betrayal, or the slow burn of disillusionment, the Three of Swords challenges us to reclaim our energy from those who cannot or will not meet us. It reminds us that releasing pain is not about rushing to “get over it,” but about honoring what we feel and tending to our emotional landscape with honesty and care. Two of Swords Welcome to season 8 of this podcast, where I am talking all about the Suit of Swords. I’ll be going through each card in the suit, one per episode. What we explore in this episode:
Pictures from the decks I talked about today referenced from left to right:
In this episode, we explore the Two of Swords as a card that sits at the edge of clarity. It invites us to look at where we’re holding back from choice, not because we don’t know, but because we’re afraid of what choosing might require of us. The blindfold reminds us to trust our intuition when the facts are unclear, and the crossed swords show how we sometimes guard our hearts to delay the inevitable. We also explore how indecision can be a comfort zone, and how giving yourself permission to “not know yet” can be a sacred act of self-care, but staying there forever? That’s when stagnation can start to creep in. If you haven't listened to my other seasons yet, go check them out!
Today's Tarot Pull: From The Citadel: A Fantasy Oracle by Fen Inkwright, I pulled The Scholar in reverse. This card speaks to the futility of overthinking and over-researching when the answer just isn’t there right now. Sometimes, it’s not about trying harder, it’s about shifting your energy elsewhere.Reflective prompts on this card:
