Barrel Racing - What You Need to Know

Barrel racing is a rodeo or gymkhana sport where you and your horse complete a cloverleaf pattern as fast as you can.  Both Men and Women compete in this sport, however, most rodeos only allow the ladies.   Barrel racing is a race as the fastest time wins but there are lots of skills required to be a champion.  Flying lead changes and balance are just a few of the athleticism required to compete in this sport.
