7 Foods to NEVER Eat Again

These foods are promoted as healthy, but after watching this, you’ll never eat them again! Find out about the 7 foods you should never eat.


1. Granola bars

Nature Valley granola bars contain bioengineered food ingredients, which means they’re GMO. GMO foods contain glyphosate, an herbicide linked to cancer. Granola bars also contain sugar (probably beet sugar), seed oils, and refined starches. One Nature Valley granola bar serving contains almost 7 teaspoons of sugar!


2. Agave syrup

This sweetener is often considered diabetic or keto-friendly because it’s low on the glycemic index. Agave is 85% fructose, which the liver must process. The liver treats fructose the same way as alcohol—like a toxin!


3. Flavored yogurt

You probably wouldn’t consider flavored yogurt as junk food because it’s marketed as a healthy, convenient probiotic rich in calcium and protein. At 30 grams of sugar per serving, most flavored yogurts have more sugar than a candy bar! Many probiotics in flavored yogurt won't even survive your stomach acid.


Look for whole-fat yogurt, Bulgarian yogurt, or Greek yogurt without the added sugar. Kefir is an even better option and has significantly more friendly bacteria.


4. Non-dairy creamers

Non-dairy creamers are often considered a healthy alternative to milk but contain unhealthy ingredients like high fructose corn syrup, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, and trans fats. Check the ingredients to ensure they don’t contain soy, corn, canola, or cottonseed oil. It’s best to just use regular cream or half-and-half.


5. Soy milk

Soy products like soy milk can cause estrogenic effects like the development of breast tissue in men. Soy milk is not really milk at all!


6. Fast-food lettuce

Dressings on fast-food salads contain seed oils, trans fats, hidden starches, and high fructose corn syrup. Fast-food lettuce is coated in a preservative called sodium bisulfite and rinsed in a chlorine wash.


7. Puffed cereals/rice cakes

A chemist who worked for Quaker studied rats and noticed they would die after being fed puffed cereal.

B12 Deficiency Symptoms That You Should NEVER Ignore

It’s often thought that only vegans and vegetarians need to worry about vitamin B12 deficiencies, but there are many ways to become deficient in this important nutrient.


Vitamin B12 deficiency can decrease your ability to make and repair DNA, increasing your risk for cancer. Vitamin B12 supports the myelin sheaths around your neurons, and a deficiency can cause anemia.


Early signs and symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency include fatigue, weakness, pale skin, and tingling in the fingertips and toes.


Over time, you may notice more symptoms of B12 deficiency, including the following:

•Red, swollen, shiny tongue

•Mouth ulcers

•Out of breath easily

•Dizziness if you stand up too quickly

•Cognitive problems

•Anxiety

•Circadian rhythm issues

•Depression

•Vitiligo


If you have a severe B12 deficiency, you may have problems walking, severe muscle weakness, and severe psychiatric problems, such as hallucinations and paranoia. Severe B12 deficiency can also cause permanent, irreversible nerve damage.


If you don’t regularly consume animal products, you could become deficient in vitamin B12. Try incorporating vitamin B12 foods such as clams, liver, sardines, red meat, tuna, salmon, grass-fed dairy, and eggs into your diet.


If you have low stomach acid, you will have trouble absorbing vitamin B12. A genetic problem known as polymorphism can also interfere with vitamin B12 absorption.


If you take vitamin B12 supplements, take the natural form called methylcobalamin. A healthy liver, small intestine, and acidic stomach are vital for vitamin B12 to be absorbed and function properly in the body.

Check out these 15 symptoms of high blood sugar that might occur while you’re sleeping.


1. Frequent urinating

This is known as nocturia and occurs when your kidneys remove excess sugar from your blood.


2. Excessive thirst

As your kidneys eliminate sugar through your urine, you deplete magnesium, potassium, and calcium. You can also become dehydrated, so you may have excessive thirst.


3. Restless legs syndrome

Excess sugar depletes vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 deficiency causes lactic acid buildup and a lack of oxygen in the legs. This can also be related to magnesium deficiency.


4. Peripheral neuropathy

This condition causes burning, pain, or numbness on the bottom of the feet. Benfotiamine combined with alpha lipoic acid is a great remedy.


5. Cramps in lower legs and feet

Too much sugar in the blood can cause a magnesium deficiency and calcium buildup. Magnesium glycinate supplements can help, and can also improve sleep.


6. Excessive sweating

This usually occurs in the face, neck, or upper part of the body. High blood sugar causes sympathetic dominance, which causes a person to be in a constant state of fight or flight.


7. Sleep apnea

This usually occurs because a person has high levels of insulin.


8. Hypoglycemia

If you have high blood sugar, your body will try to lower it with insulin. This can cause you to wake up during the night with low blood sugar. Following a low-carb diet for at least 6 to 8 months can help correct this problem.


9. Delayed sleep

High levels of sugar delay the release of melatonin.


10. Gastric reflux

High blood sugar can affect the autonomic nervous system that controls the valve on the top of the stomach, causing GERD.


11. Nightmares/vivid dreams

This is typically related to a neurotransmitter problem caused by a deficiency in vitamin B1, which is depleted by high blood sugar.


12. High blood pressure

Nocturnal dipping occurs when your blood pressure and pulse rate decrease during sleep. When you have diabetes, this doesn’t happen. This is called non-dipping.


13. Heart palpitations

This is caused by a lack of potassium and magnesium and can be corrected with a good electrolyte powder.

14. Teeth grinding

The activation of the sympathetic nervous system puts a person into a state of stress while they’re sleeping, causing teeth grinding.


15. Headache upon waking

This usually occurs because of dehydration.



How to Stop Addictions (Nicotine, Alcohol, & Drugs)

Addiction to substances like nicotine, alcohol, and drugs can be incredibly difficult to overcome. These addictions harm our mental and physical health and deplete essential nutrients in the body, particularly NAD.


NAD is a crucial coenzyme involved in over 500 different chemical reactions in the body. It plays a vital role in energy production, DNA repair, and maintaining proper cellular functioning. However, addiction to substances like nicotine, alcohol, and drugs can significantly deplete NAD levels in the body.


Symptoms of NAD deficiency include fatigue, muscle soreness, weight gain, difficulty sleeping and concentrating, brain fog, and decreased stamina. These symptoms can make it even harder for someone to overcome an addiction.


To combat NAD deficiency, consider taking vitamin B3, also known as niacin. Niacin helps increase NAD levels in the body, improving energy, helping to reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings, and aiding in addiction recovery.


Some people may experience a flushing response on their skin when taking niacin, which can be uncomfortable. In this case, no-flush niacin can be used instead.


In addition to supplementing with niacin, there are other ways to increase NAD levels in the body, such as intermittent fasting, following a healthy ketogenic diet, and regular exercise.


These lifestyle changes can support addiction recovery and overall well-being. In some cases, clinics offer IV therapy for NAD to help with addiction recovery. However, this can be expensive and not accessible to everyone.
