My Love Story: How I Met Myself, Met My Husband, and Learned to Trust My Intuition12 sept. 202501:13:33

3 things I talk about in this episode:

  1. How I followed my intuition across continents. From leaving New York in 2022, to nomadic years in the U.S. and Europe, to settling in Lisbon and then in finally London – and how anxiety vs intuition shaped each move.

  2. My real love story. How I met my husband in London after a two-year journey of solo travel, heartbreak, and self-discovery – and what it actually felt like to choose healthy love.

  3. The practices that helped me trust myself. Cozy rituals, small promises, and “grounded girl era” lessons that made it possible to hear my intuition more clearly than my anxiety.

Fertility, Intuition, & Letting Go of Control: Trusting Your Body in the Two-Week Wait with Magali Mathieu08 sept. 202500:49:36

3 things we talk about in this episode:

  • 1. Life in the “in-between” of trying to conceive. Magali shares openly about 16 months of navigating the two-week wait, managing hope and disappointment, and why she chose to speak publicly in real time, not just after a “happy ending.”

  • 2. Finding trust without bypassing the hard stuff. How she distinguishes true trust and spiritual grounding from the “everything happens for a reason” platitude, plus the practices and tools (like the book Spirit Babies) that help her return to center.

  • 3. Releasing the pressure to do everything “perfectly.” From hormone disruptor overwhelm to IVF pressure, we explore balancing supportive structure with surrender, and how that balance applies to other big life goals, not just fertility.

Food Noise, GLP-1s, & Finding Safe Tables: Recovery Supper Club with Therapist Lily Thrope & Dietitian Chelsea Levy08 sept. 202500:51:50

3 things we talk about in this episode:

  • 1. GLP-1s aren’t a cure-all for "food noise." We unpack what food noise can signal (biological + emotional), why GLP-1s are indicated for type 2 diabetes, not for healing your relationship with food, and the very real side-effects/unknowns at weight-loss doses. (FDA Access Data)

  • 2. How to build diet-talk-free community. The story behind Recovery Supper Club and how to sign up in NYC. (Thrope Therapy sign up link)

    3. Redefining “health” as safety + connection. Signs you’re moving from survival to thriving, feeling safer in your body, more present at meals, and supported by relationships that don’t revolve around dieting.

The Summer You Feel Sexy: Embodied Living with Linzee Belle18 juin 202500:56:44

3 things we explore in this episode:

    • How shifting from intellectualizing to somatic embodiment helps you release what's stuck and truly feel alive, confident, and fulfilled in your own skin
    • Why Linzee's external achievements (like dancing with Rihanna at the Super Bowl!) didn't bring lasting peace, and how she cultivated "self-created joy" within life's constant unfolding
    • What it means to compassionately "hold space" for your emotions – from anger to sadness – to unlock deeper healing and feel more alive

A New Era: Welcome to Deep Breaths & Dance Breaks13 juin 202500:36:12

Welcome to a new era of the podcast! Deep Breaths & Dance Breaks is your weekly reminder to untangle yourself from the endless chase for "what's next," and start loving the life you have right now.

These are the questions I answer in this episode:

    • We've all got those big, sparkly goals we chase, convinced they'll unlock true happiness. What's one of yours that, once you finally grabbed it, made you go, “wait, is this it?
    • What's something in your life you never anticipated would bring you deep peace or profound joy, but surprisingly did?
    • For you what does that “deep breath” look like – that go-to ritual that gets cathartic, deep, release of the emotions you’ve been resisting?
    • And on the flip side, what's your ultimate “dance break” –that completely silly, non-self-help, just-for-the-fun-of-it thing that helps you instantly tap into pure, unadulterated play?

If you leave a 5 star rating on this episode and email a screenshot to caitie@fullsoulnutrition.com, I will send you a link to book a FREE "Soul Spa" session with me.
