Episode 6 of the Cycles and Sanctity podcast discusses the last phase of our cycle, the luteal phase, or as Mama Jane calls it - the wonderment phase. There can be many thoughts associated with this phase, especially when trying to conceive, as you will hear when Mama Jane shares a trying time in her life. 

The spiritual tool we will focus on during the luteal phase is Adoration. We go into what it is and the many different ways you can experience and spend time in adoration. Jesus desires each of us to have a personal relationship with him, and adoration will help this relationship deepen.
