Do you feel called to more but have no idea what that “more” is?
Do you want to impact lives at work, in your community, and at home — but aren’t sure how?
Are you doubting your ability to lead and wondering if it’s too late?
Are you overwhelmed and thinking, “I can’t possibly add one more thing to my plate”?

I’m so glad you’re here.

This podcast will help you finally live out the purpose God has for you, grow a deeper connection with your Savior, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around you.

Hi, I’m Pam Pegram — a wife, mom, MeMe, Entrepreneur and Jesus lover. Like you, I felt called to more but spent a lot of time arguing with God, trying to convince Him I didn’t have the capacity. Eventually, I realized He wasn’t asking me to do more — He was inviting me into more with Him. That changed everything.

Once I gave in and surrendered it all to Him - I began to grow into the woman He created me to be, started seeing lives change around me, and finally discovered I had time for everything He actually called me to — without stress.

Now, I help women grow in confidence, gain clarity in their purpose as they follow God's plan, and find the time to do it all. It's not as hard as you think. You just need a little guidance and encouragement.

If you're ready to shift your focus from your position to the purpose behind it… to trade confusion for clarity on your next steps… and to expand your influence in a way that makes an eternal difference — all while learning to rest in Him — you’re in the right place.

So grab your coffee, your journal, and that half-finished to-do list... and let’s get going.

217. Stop Overthinking Start Leading Intentionally

jeudi 5 février 2026Duration 15:25

Overthinking is a quiet struggle many Christian leaders face. It often shows up as excessive analysis, fear of failure, and a deep desire to control outcomes—all of which slowly drain peace and undermine trust in God’s sovereignty.

In this episode, we examine what the Bible actually says about overthinking and why Scripture consistently calls leaders to trust God rather than rely on their own understanding. Overthinking is not simply “thinking too much”—it is often a form of under-trusting God, where anxiety replaces confidence in His guidance and timing.

Rooted in biblical truth, this episode reframes overthinking as a spiritual issue of trust, peace, and surrender, and offers practical, scriptural steps for leading intentionally without mental exhaustion or fear-driven striving.

Key Biblical Perspectives on the Overthinking Leader:
  • Overthinking vs. Trust: Overthinking often reflects a desire to control outcomes rather than rely on God’s direction and sovereignty.

  • A Threat to Peace: Excessive thinking fueled by fear and anxiety robs leaders of peace and mirrors biblical definitions of worry rather than wise planning.

  • Spiritual Warfare: Scripture reveals the mind as a battlefield, where anxious and fearful thoughts can distract, discourage, and exhaust leaders.

  • The Command to Trust: God calls leaders to trust Him fully rather than lean on personal understanding, promising guidance and direction.

  • Stillness Before God: Biblical stillness is an act of surrender—releasing control and trusting God’s timing and power rather than forcing outcomes.

What the Bible Says About Overthinking:
  • 1 Peter 5:7 – Casting all anxiety on God because He cares deeply for His people

  • Proverbs 3:5–6 – Trusting the Lord instead of relying on personal understanding

  • Philippians 4:6–7 – Replacing worry with prayer to experience the peace of God

  • Matthew 6:25–34 – Jesus’ warning against worrying about the future and His call to trust God’s provision

  • 1 Corinthians 14:20 – Encouragement toward mature, purposeful thinking rather than anxious or obsessive thought patterns

Practical Biblical Steps for Leaders:
  • Shift Focus: Replace anxious thoughts by meditating on what is true, honorable, right, and pure (Philippians 4:8)

  • Delegate Control to God: Intentionally surrender outcomes, timelines, and results to God

  • Turn Overthinking into Prayer: Transform mental “what ifs” into active prayer and trust

This episode is an invitation for Christian women leaders to stop striving for control and start leading with clarity, peace, and intentional trust in God’s plan. Leadership rooted in faith does not require mental exhaustion—it requires surrender.

216. Overcome Imposter Syndrome and Lead with Confidence

Episode 216

lundi 2 février 2026Duration 28:13

Have you ever stepped into a leadership role and immediately wondered if you were really qualified to be there?

If you’ve ever felt like a fraud, struggled with insecurity, or questioned whether God truly chose you, this episode is for you.

In this conversation, we’re talking about what it means to lead with confidence even when you don’t feel qualified. As Christian women, we often believe the lie that leadership requires perfection, experience, or complete clarity—but God’s Word tells a very different story.

In this episode, you’ll be reminded that your leadership calling is rooted in God’s purpose, not your performance. We’ll walk through powerful biblical truths that help you overcome feelings of inadequacy, silence imposter syndrome, and step into intentional, faith-filled leadership.

In this episode, we cover:
  • Why you are God’s handiwork, created for good works He prepared in advance (Ephesians 2:10)

  • How God’s grace is sufficient and His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9)

  • What it means to be called and chosen by God, not because of your merits but His purpose (2 Timothy 1:9, 1 Peter 2:9)

  • Why true competence and ability come from God, not self-confidence alone (2 Corinthians 3:5–6)

  • How shifting your focus from yourself to Christ brings peace and clarity (Isaiah 26:3)

  • Why God values growth over perfection in your leadership journey (Philippians 1:6)

  • How to take your thoughts captive and replace lies with biblical truth when imposter syndrome shows up

If you feel called to more but keep second-guessing yourself, this episode will help you stop shrinking back and start leading with confidence—rooted in truth, anchored in Scripture, and aligned with God’s plan.

207. Before You Set New Goals: Why Character Matters More Than Success

jeudi 18 décembre 2025Duration 19:04

As the year comes to an end, it’s natural to start thinking about goals — getting fit, saving money, improving relationships, or managing time better. But before you rush into setting goals for 2026, this episode invites you to pause and consider something far more important: your character.

In this episode, we talk about why character matters more than success, achievement, or influence. When we grow spiritually and become more like Christ, every other area of life is impacted naturally.

We reflect on the life of Jesus — His obedience to the Father, His love for people, and His humility in leadership. We also revisit the powerful moment between Jesus and Peter after Peter’s denial, where Jesus restores him and calls him not just to say he loves Him, but to serve Him.

Using 2 Corinthians 3:18 and John 21:15–17, this conversation challenges Christian leaders to reflect honestly: Does my life reflect Christ? And have I truly committed my life to Him?

If you’re ending the year in reflection and preparing for what’s next, this episode will help you realign your heart, your leadership, and your priorities with what matters most.

117. There is No Greater Love

lundi 18 décembre 2023Duration 21:36

117. There is No Greater Love - Merry Christmas, friends! It is a busy time of year, but we pray you will slow down enough and remember that there is no greater love than God's love for you. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)

Christmas reminds us about a God who loves us so much He sent His Son to die on a cross for us. His birth is worthy of a celebration - especially now that we know that we know what it offers to us - Hope, reconciliation to God, hope of eternity with Him!

He humbled Himself, He gave His life, and He glorified the Father. This is the example that we are to follow. We are to humble ourselves. We are to live our life as a living sacrifice to Him. We are to live a life that brings honor to our Father.

May 2024 be the year our #1 goal is to look more and more like Christ. May we make Jesus the center of our life. May we point others to Him! To God be all the glory!

115. God’s Love is Personal

lundi 4 décembre 2023Duration 26:37

115. God's Love is Personal - Today, we want you to know that God loves you! He knows you completely and He loves you completely! Don't let Satan cause you to doubt His love for you. He loves you so much that He sent His only Son to pay the penalty for your sin so that you could have the hope of eternity with Him.

His love for you is personal and He is inviting you into a personal relationship with Him. He has proven it is a committed love. Now it is our turn to prove our commitment to Him. He has even given us a Helper - the Holy Spirit - to help us live out a committed love for our Savior.

Proof of our love for Jesus is our obedience to God's word. Our problem is that most of us don't know God's word enough to walk in obedience to it. As we get into the Word, it gets into us. But most importantly, as we read God's word we grow to know Him more, gain more understanding of the depth of His love for us, and find ourselves falling into a deeper love for Him.

114. Do I Love Jesus?

lundi 27 novembre 2023Duration 28:36

114. Do I Love Jesus? Today is a good day to get real and ask ourselves this question, do I really love Jesus? How can we know the answer to this question and what does that look like in our daily life?

Let's talk about the time Peter denied Jesus 3 times... after Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection He is cooking breakfast for Peter when He asked Him, "Do you love me?". He asked Peter that same question 3 times. He was asking Him if He was committed to Him? Are we committed to Him?

What does it look like to live out a committed love relationship to Jesus? We want to declare our love for Him, but does how we live our life reflect that? And how can our love for Him grow? What if the more we understand the depth of our sin, the more we will understand the depth of His love - leading us into a deeper love for Him.

Let's begin by making Him the Lord of our life; seeking Him first; walking in obedience to Him; and surrendering all of me to Him. We must find our way into trusting Him. He has proven He is trustworthy. The more we learn to trust, the more our love will grow.

We are here for you! As certified Christian Coaches, Gwen, Kim & Pam would all love to walk alongside you as you engage Jesus and experience the more He has for you. 113. How Do We Conquer Fear?

lundi 13 novembre 2023Duration 25:28

113. How Do We Conquer Fear? Fear does not equip us for winning, it equips us to fail. Fear is false evidence appearing real. We are worried about something that is not even a reality.

Fear opens the door for Satan to be able to work in our life. Let's shut that door and place our trust in Jesus. Listen as Kim, Pam, and Gwen dive into the topic of fear and what God has to say about it.

Your life will change when you decide to do as the Bibles tells us 365 times to "Do not fear". When we give God our fear, He replaces it with peace that passes all understanding. Let's give up what Satan wants to give us and instead choose to receive what God has for us.

Relationship building can be challenging with friends and family who we are engaging with on a regular basis. So, when it comes to building a relationship with Jesus, who we cannot see, how do we build a growing, deeply rooted relationship with Him?
