The topic of the Holy Spirit is one that feels like most churches and people aren't discussing in fear of stepping on toes and upsetting people. The thing is... the Holy Spirit is our helper, He is THE PROMISED PRESENCE OF THE LORD.... whether that steps on toes or not we should be talking about Him!

No matter what your stance is on the Holy Spirit, I hope we can all agree that He is a promised gift, the very presence of God who comes to live inside of us after we accept the free gift of salvation which only comes from the blood of Jesus Christ spilled for our sins. Lori Ann Wood lives in an empty nest in beautiful Bentonville, Arkansas, with her husband, the love of her life whom she found in 9th grade. She is mom to three great young adults, one amazing son-in-law, and a miniature dachshund named Pearl. Her new favorite role is grandmother to Hazel.

Lori Ann currently serves as founding leader of the Parenting Education Ministry at the church of Christ in Bentonville. She also serves as WomenHeart Champion Community Educator for Arkansas and American Heart Association Ambassador.
