Both Sarah Michelle Gellar & Freddie Prinze Jr both blew up in 1997 with both of their first lead movie roles being in the hit I Know What You Did Last Summer. Freddie went on to star in the sequel I Still Know What You Did Last Summer & after starring in several teen movies and rom coms, like She's All That & Boys & Girls in the late 90’s, he cemented himself as a heartthrob, featuring on teen girls bedroom walls around the world. But Sarah’s success eclipsed even Freddie’s heart throb status, as also in 1997 she took on the mantle of Buffy Summers in the massively successful pop culture phenomenon Buffy The Vampire Slayer. After a wildly successful show and a string of further movie hits in the 90’s, like Cruel Intentions, it seemed as though the newly married Prinze's were unstoppable by the early 2000’s. But Sarah Michelle Gellar & Freddie Prinze Jr took a very different path, they didn’t disappear like many 90’s teen and young adult stars, they didn’t go on to massive super stardom like some of their peers & they also didn’t use their relationship as a marketing tool or to cash in. Diddy & Jennifer Lopez were an item back in the late 1990's and early 2000's and during their relationship the both went through huge life altering moments. During their relationship Diddy helped J Lo break into the music scene and become a star. At the same time, Diddy & J Lo were involved in a sho*oting at Club New York just prior to New Years 1999. Both J Lo & Diddy were arrested & evidence & accusations stacked up, although surprisingly after a ling trial, Diddy walked away completely exonerated. This event went on to create headline after headline, & despite Combs was charged with serious crimes, J Lo remained loyal  and by his side. J Lo has kept the details of that night a secret, & a lot of mystery remains around it still to this day, which is why we’ll be taking a closer look at what really happened, because there is SO much more to the story of how Jennifer Lopez gained her enormous music career, her relationship with Combs & her career in present day. Diddy & Ashton Kutcher have been friends for over 20 years, & after Diddy's arrest, it seems Ashton Kutcher & his wife Mila Kunis are trying to distance themselves from any association with Diddy. Especially after the disaster filled year they just had after writing letters of support for convicted serial monster Danny Masterson. In the early 2000’s, Diddy was already an a-lister, & while working on his hit show Making the Band with MTV, he met Hollywoods latest golden boy who also had a successful MTV show, Ashton Kutcher. Sean Combs & Ashton Kutcher created a fabricated story for how they met at MTV, but later in the video we’ll discuss the alleged real story, as this encounter with Diddy would set up over 20 years of friendship & showed P Diddy that Ashton Kutcher, supported by his best friend Danny Masterson could keep a secret. Combs & Kutcher connected immediately, & Diddy enjoyed spending time with Kutcher so much, he started inviting him to do everything friends would do together & much more.

Desperate Housewives was being watched by over 30 million people during its first season in 2004. During that first season, the show won dozens of awards, being parodied on Saturday Night Live & late night, & the shows commercials and billboards were everywhere. One other thing that made Desperate Housewives even more famous was its problems behind the scenes, especially between its cast. The drama went mainstream when the Desperate Housewives cast had an explosive shoot with Vanity Fair that was so outrageous that Vanity Fair actually called the cast out in the accompanying article. 

From that point on, people became just as interested in the behind the scenes drama as they were in the show itself. But it wasn’t just the cast that were putting a strain on production, many allegations surrounded the showrunner Marc Cherry, how he conducted himself on set & how he treated his writers & his cast. Culminating in one of the Desperate Housewives lead actresses filed a lawsuits against creator and show runner Marc cherry and the show itself. So that’s what we’re discussing today, the drama, controversies, lawsuits and allegations surrounding Desperate Housewives. And Just Like That is the latest project in the SATC universe, but unfortunately AJLT isn't going down very well with SATC fans. Sex & The City was a wildly popular show starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon & Kristin Davis- & audiences couldn’t get enough of the cosmo sipping ladies when the show premiered on HBO in 1998. The series was a culture phenomenon that changed the television landscape, dominated award shows &  went onto produce two movies, Sex & The City The Movie & SATC 2, followed by the aforementioned continuation series, And Just Like That. SATC is known for many accolades, but the show is also infamous in Hollywood for its feud between its two biggest stars, Sarah Jessica Parker V Kim Cattrall. The cast feud & controversies aren't the only problems SATC & AJLT producers are dealing with, as AJLT has had many of its own controversies, including horrendous accusations levied against Chirs Noth who played Carrie Bradshaw's love interest, Mr Big. Producers have also faced backlash from fans for the quality of AJLT as a show, with many viewers being frustrated by subpar storylines, out of touch & questionable character decisions, along with the introduction of a new figure in the SATC universe who is unanimously hated, Che Diaz. Che Diaz, played by Sara Ramirez, is a character fans are extremely frustrated with, & with Che Diaz taking up so much screen time in seasons one & two of And Just Like That, longtime loyal fans are questioning whether Sex & The City should have been revived at all?

Laura Prepon moved to Hollywood in 1998 for her first ever role as the quintessential girl next door Donna Piccioti on That 70’s Show. But while That 70’s Show made Laura Prepon rich & famous beyond her dreams, it also introduced her to someone who brought a lot of darkness into her life, Danny Masterson. Laura Prepon & the rest of the That 70’s Show cast with the exception of Topher Grace became extremely close with Masterson, & also saw him as their cliques leader, but Laura Prepon & Danny Masterson’s relationship was much deeper than most of her costars. Through their friendship, Danny Masterson introduced Laura Prepon to the three biggest relationships of her life. Danny Masterson set Laura Prepon up with his brother Chris Masterson who has his own alleged dark history & when things didn’t work out with Chris Masterson, Danny Masterson was also the one who introduced Laura Prepon to her ex-husband and father of her children Ben Foster. Danny Masterson is of course also responsible for introducing Laura Prepon to the controversial Church of Scientology. 

Laura Prepon was a very active member of the alleged cult for decades, but within weeks of Danny Masterson’s arrest for multiple horrendous crimes, Laura Prepon claimed she was no longer an active scientologist. Laura Prepon refused to speak about her & her husbands still close ties to Danny Masterson, her exit from scientology or her alleged intimidation of dm’s victims. Given Laura Prepon’s silence on the subjects, some people thought op’s silence meant she was distancing herself from dm, while many more came to the conclusion she maintained a friendship with dm but just not publicly. After Danny Masterson’s sentencing in sept 2023 conversation around Laura Prepon and dm’s relationship died down, but behind the scenes lp’s relationship with dm was allegedly causing issues in her marriage, but not for the reasons you might think, as her now ex-husband ben foster is also a decade long friend of Danny Masterson's. Danny Masterson has been a stable on television for the last 25 years, from That 70's Show to Men at Work to The Ranch, most people are aware of who he is. He is also is best friends with his That 70's Show costars, Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis. Masterson may look to be another typical Hollywood celebrity, but behind the scenes he was attacking a large amount of women, many more than you’ve heard about in the mainstream media.
