SFC Preston Le Roy Schleinkofer, is a retired military veteran of 22 years and a retired federal officer with 27 years. His entire adult life has been in the service of this country and the protection of the American people. He served in the Active Duty Army as a Military Policeman, in the Army Reserve, the Air National Guard as a Security Policeman and his final nearly 12 years in the Army National Guard in a Nuclear, Biological, Chemical (NBC) Defense Company (Heavy) as an NBC Reconnaissance Platoon Sergeant, NCOIC of the Training Platoon and an NBC Decontamination Platoon Sergeant.

His federal law enforcement background began as a US Border Patrol Agent and then Supervisory Border Patrol Agent. He was the Border Patrol representative to the County Emergency Operations Center for his county in South Texas. He later transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as a Deportation Officer in South Texas and a Supervisory Detention & Deportation Officer in Washington, DC. He spent the last 7 years assigned to Intelligence operations in the field and headquarters intelligence analysis and targeting of human
smuggling and trafficking violators. Preston

In Episode 104 we got a taste of the new book from Dr. Peter Vincent Pry, when we spoke with David Pyne, who is one of many co-authors of the book. In this episode we get more about the book, but we also get to hear some of the bureaucratic lies, sleight of hand, and obfuscation that has kept our national power grid so vulnerable to our enemies.
Dr. Peter Vincent Pry is Executive Director of the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security, a 501c3 nonprofit and Congressional Advisory Board dedicated to achieving protection of the United States from electromagnetic pulse (EMP), cyber-attack, mass destruction terrorism and other threats to civilian critical infrastructures on an accelerated basis. Dr. Pry was also Director of the United States Nuclear Strategy Forum, an advisory board to Congress on policies to counter Weapons of Mass Destruction.

Dr. Pry served on the staffs of the Congressional Commission on the Strategic Posture of the United States (2008-2009); the Commission on the New Strategic Posture of the United States (2006-2008); and the Commission to Assess the Threat to the United States from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack as Chief of Staff (2001-2008, 2015-2017).

David Pyne and I discuss the increasing threat of China and their nuclear expansion. The Washington Times news agency reported the Chinese are building a third intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) field, that would be the home of over 100 new missiles. This could put the US and our western allies in a major pickle. The Chinese could effectively conduct nuclear blackmail of a US President, with just a threat of nuclear annihilation.
David Pyne currently serves as Deputy Director of National Operations for the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security, as a Vice President for the Association of the United States Army’s Utah chapter and as a West Valley City Police Honorary Colonel. David is a former U.S. Army Headquarters staff officer, as a Consultant for the U.S. Missile Defense Agency and as an International Analyst for both the Office of the Secretary of Defense and for the Department of the Navy.
Mr. Pyne served as National Security Policy Director for U.S. Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT), as the founder of Sen. Lee’s Military Advisory Committee and as 2nd Vice President of the Salt Lake Total Force Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America. He also served as Chairman/Vice Chairman of the Utah State Legislative Compensation Commission from 2009-2017. David holds a MA degree in National Security Studies from Georgetown University’s prestigious School of Foreign Service.
He has been interviewed on television, on several talk radio shows and has been quoted in a number of newspapers, magazine articles and books. Mr. Pyne has had his op-eds published in The National Interest, Real Clear History, Deseret News, Salt Lake Tribune, the Provo Daily Herald, WorldNetDaily.com and Military.com.
He, along with other EMP Task Force leaders, are available to speak to national or state policymakers and staffers, emergency management professionals or to civic and political groups on the EMP threat and other existential threats facing our great nation.

Michael E. Ginsberg is an attorney in Washington, DC practicing in the field of national security law. He spent a decade in private practice at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, DC and then worked several years in the U.S. government as a Senior Associate General Counsel in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), where he served as legal counsel for the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA). He currently is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at a Virginia-based defense contractor.
Ginsberg has also served in senior leadership positions in the Republican Party of Virginia and is the co-founder of the Suburban Virginia Republican Coalition.

A 1997 graduate of Harvard College and 2002 graduate of Harvard Law School, he also holds a master's in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University (1999). A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Ginsberg lives in Virginia with his wife and two children.

In the first part of this week’s show, I am the one being interviewed by Frank Gaffney from the Center for Security Policy, about civil defense and why it is needed. The second portion of the show, or two-thirds of it is also from Secure Freedom Radio. In this two-segment interview Frank interviews former Ambassador Henry (Hank) Cooper about a very important development in the needed ballistic anti-missile defense for our exposed southern flank. The surprise guest was a Lutheran Minister, a Major General, and a US Senator. He took part in the fighting at Charleston, Brandywine, Stony Point, and Yorktown, as well as the winter at Valley Forge.

He is famous for his actions as he gathered his recruits and said farewell to his Woodstock congregation, when is said to have thrown off his clerical garb to reveal his military uniform, proclaiming “There is a time to pray and a time to fight, and that time has now come!”
