How Should I Respond When Something Bad Happens? (Job 1-2)

mardi 28 janvier 2025Duration 14:54

Discover how to teach your preteen to love the Bible.

Imagine this: one moment, life is going great, and the next, everything falls apart. That’s exactly what happens to Job in Job 1-2. He loses everything—his possessions, his livelihood, and even his children. Talk about the worst day ever!

But here’s the big question: How does Job respond to all of this? Will he shake his fist at God and walk away, or will he still choose to trust and praise Him? Job’s response is an incredible example for us. When life gets tough—and let’s be real, it will—Job shows us what it looks like to turn to God even in the hardest moments.
