• The Instagram algorithm functions like a super picky pizza party host, showing content (pizza) to users based on their past interactions and preferences.
• User interactions such as likes, comments, shares, views, and watch time determine the priority of your Reels in the algorithm.
• The algorithm aims to keep users engaged on the app by showing them more of the content they enjoy, thereby increasing Instagram’s revenue through ad consumption.

[06:46] Optimizing Your Reels:

• Be Specific: Create Reels that are tailored to a specific client avatar. The more niche your content, the better it will perform.
• Use Hashtags: While not as effective as before, hashtags still help in categorizing your Reels. Use very niche and specific hashtags.
• Hook and Call to Action: Use strong visual or text hooks to capture attention. Always include a clear call to action at the end of your video to guide viewers on what to do next.
