The interest rates are trending down with the Feds promising to lower them further. In this episode, Tim and Sophie interview Adam and Leslie Martin of Bee Kept to hear their story on why and how they answered the call to farms in moving from CA to TN. Leslie left a career as a licensed professional engineer and Adam was a former fireman and surveyor who gave up their careers to homestead. Today, they live on a thriving homestead with both dairy and beef cattle, chickens and bees. Adam is known for his natural and sustainable bee keeping methods who instructed on School of Traditional Skills and is publishing his book, Bee Kept with Wild and Free Honey Bees. Adam offers mentorship in beekeeping and loves to teach classes to introduce others on his love for natural beekeeping. Tune in to hear their story.
