With the microchip in Nosferatu's possession, Mr Snotbottom, Samantha and the Professor devise a cunning plan to prevent the impending disaster of Snotageddon! After a humorous series of events, including a daring escape through the digestive system, they ultimately triumph over Noseferatu and his army and escape via an unexpected tunnel.

Through battling an army of germs, who reveal themselves as a bacterial infection the snot squad learn the difference between bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Yet, the victory is short-lived as the Boogzilla returns, and Noseferatu seizes the microchip paving the way for an impending Snotaggedon!

Noseferatu unveils the surprising revelation that our heroes themselves are the cause of this booger behemoth! Exploring the concept of allergies and histamines, Samantha uses anti-histamines to combat the Boogzilla. Yet, this triumph unveils a new challenge – pathogens or germs surrounding the microchip!

Mr Snotbottom and Samantha discover that the Professor’s attempt to create an AI booger has gone terribly wrong, creating an army of zombie boogers led by the menacing, Noseferatu. To stop the impending mucus apocalypse, they must locate and destroy the AI's microchip. However, their mission takes an unexpected turn when they encounter a gruesome gooey gargantuan – The Boogzilla!

After escaping the zombie boogers, Mr Snotbottom and Samantha find themselves stuck in a boogery boulder. Attempting various tactics, including irritating the Professor's nose and exploring sneezes, they finally succeed by triggering a massive sneeze to break free. However, their celebration is short-lived as the snot squad are contacted by the leader of the zombie boogers!

In order to fight off the hundreds of zombie boogers, the snot squad learn about the science of cold medicines, revealing how decongestants and paracetamol work. But when Mr Snotbottom discovers he’s been hit by some menacing mucus, he starts to transform into a phlegmy creature!
