Rodgers to Steelers? NFL Free Agency Reactions + Chad Kroeger & Strider Wilson Interview
mardi 11 mars 2025 • Duration 03:32:18
Recorded: MARCH 10th, 2025 Former 10-year NFL linebacker Will Compton and 4x Pro Bowler Taylor Lewan host comedians, Stoke Lords, and activists Chad Kroeger and Strider Wilson, two of the legendary voices behind Podcast & Netflix series Going Deep with Chad & JT. The boys dive deep into surf culture, saving the stoke, and spreading good vibes while tackling some of the most pressing issues—like catching a good tan, perineum sunning, and, of course, whether The Fast and the Furious films slap or not. Will and Taylor also break down all the latest free agency movement in the NFL. Aaron Rodgers to the Pittsburgh Steelers from the New York Jets?! Marcus Mariota possibly back to Nashville with the Tennessee Titans?! Josh Allen lands a RECORD deal with the Buffalo Bills, and Myles Garrett is officially the highest paid non-QB in the entire league with the Cleveland Browns. Will is already doubting Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, and The Bus is HIGH on the Los Angels Rams, and Las Vegas Raiders this year. Make sure to like, subscribe, and let us know who we should have on the bus next! As always, BIG hugs, and *leans in slowly* an incy wincy lil kiss!

Michael Chandler Says He Will "Decapitate" Conor McGregor + Doing Things Outside Of The UFC World
mardi 23 janvier 2024 • Duration 01:52:07
Recorded: January 9th 2023 | In this weeks episode, the boys are in Orlando to shoot a Sandbagger with the Spittin Chiclets guys. It is a shorter intro as the boys recap the NFL Divisional round from this past weekend. They spend the majority of the time talking about the Chiefs-Bills game as Will thinks the game was rigged in favor of the Chiefs. They also preview the Conference Championship games where it'll be the Lions vs. 49ers and the Chiefs vs. Ravens. The boys make a case for each time as to how they can make it to the Super Bowl. Following the intro, we sit down with one of the OG boys, Michael Chandler. Some massive news has come out of the UFC as Conor McGregor will be finally returning to the Octagon and his opponent will be, the boy Michael Chandler. He gets into the whirlwind of the last couple months for him dealing with Conor, the UFC and trying to nail down a date for this fight to happen. The guys get into the entire USADA drug testing process and why that was such a problem before along with what weight class they believe the fight will be at. Chandler wants it to be at 185 because he says it gives him is an advantage since he is more naturally at that weight. Mike gives his predictions on how he believes this fight will go, how many rounds, his game plan and they way he is going to break McGregor down. You can't help but feel a little juiced up after hearing what he has to say. They boys also get into some of the things that Chandler does outside of fighting. Mike hasn't fought in over a year but that doesn't mean he hasn't stayed busy. He just became a partner in Hiatus Tequila and he gets into the process behind the tequila business. He has some choice words about some other fighters alcohol that is out there, hint: it's an Irish whiskey. Chandler gets into how his entire life does not surround fighting, he isn't one of those guys who relies on a paycheck from the UFC as he is involved in more than just fighting. The boys finish the pod off answering another one of Mitch's terrible twisted questions and then get into the movie talk. We all know these three guys get along very well so it just feels like they are hanging out chopping it up. SLIPS & PICKS | Taylor Lewan, Delanie Walker Deliver LOCKS For NFL Divisional Round, Will Compton HAMMERS Ravens Bet
jeudi 18 janvier 2024 • Duration 45:01
The Playoffs ROLL ON and two of our analysts delivered incredible results. Last week, The Mule (Delanie Walker) and Chet Savage (Taylor Lewan) finished with a phenomenal record of 10 wins and only two losses. And to celebrate their success, each analyst enjoyed a refreshing Twisted Tea. Meanwhile, William Gekko (Will Compton) finished with a respectable 7-4 record in Super Wild Card Weekend. Here is where we sit after 19 weeks of football: Chet: 136-125-1 (51.9%) Gekko: 135-107-1 (55.6%) Mule: 149-105 (58.7%) This Week’s card puts the number one seeds back in play: Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens host rookie sensation C.J. Stroud and the Houston Texans. Will the Texans have enough firepower to upset the Ravens? The Boys, Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle, and the San Francisco 49ers will play host to Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers. The 49ers have spent much of the season at the top of the league. Will the Packers be able to go toe-to-toe? In a matchup nobody expected, Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions won their first playoff game in decades and are now set to host a spicy Tampa Bay Buccaneers team led by Baker Mayfield And in what seems like an annual playoff event, Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes will meet again. This time the Buffalo Bills will play host to the Kansas City Chiefs. Be the board, see the board, stack units. Comment your best bets for this week’s games.

Derrick Henry's Future In The NFL + How Close He Was To Being Traded
mercredi 17 janvier 2024 • Duration 02:49:53
In this week's episode we sit down with not only one of the boys but also the King, Derrick Henry. Derrick and the Titans just finished up their season and there are a lot of question marks surrounding Derrick's future with the team. So where else would he want to talk about his future than with the boys. Derrick and the guys first get into a lot of reminiscing from the last couple years on the team including times from Will was on the team. They talk about their run's that they had in 2019 and 2020. The game they had in Baltimore and how wild the atmosphere was, the game they had in Kansas City where Mahomes had that crazy run going into halftime. Some of the stories that the guys tell really just give you that vibe of a couple of old guys just reflecting on the good ole days. Following the reflection period, Will and Taylor ask him the question that everybody wants to know, what does the future look like for Derrick Henry? Derrick doesn't necessarily have an answer for that question. The biggest thing he was harping on was that he wants to win a Super Bowl and he isn't sure if that's a possibility with Tennessee. Derrick also gives us a glimpse into the crazy time period when everyone thought he was going to get traded. Overall, it's a great convo with a lot of reflection on some good times as well as looking to the times ahead. Recorded: January 9th 2023 | On this weeks episode, it's just the boys again and Taylor is feeling good after Michigan won the National Championship last night. Taylor talks about how ecstatic he is for all the boys on the Michigan team and how this has been the most stressful season of football he has ever been apart of. Will and Taylor then get into whether or not Jim Harbaugh will be staying at Michigan. Everybody seems to think he is leaving but let us know what you think. Following the Championship game recap, the guys get into the NFL Playoffs that are now set. Will and Taylor go through each game and give their predictions as to who's going to win. They also give their thoughts on who they think is going to make it to the Super Bowl, Will's selection makes you think he has no idea what he's talking about. As soon as the boys finished recording, the news broke that Tennessee Titans Head Coach, Mike Vrabel got fired. So the boys came back on the bus to give their immediate reactions to him getting fired. Needless to say neither of them were happy because of all of the circumstances that have surrounded the Titans these last couple years. Taylor Lewan's Reaction To Michigan Making National Championship + Why The Bills And Browns Look Dangerous
mercredi 3 janvier 2024 • Duration 01:54:04
Recorded: January 2nd 2024 | We are back for the New Year and we all hope you guys had a Happy Holiday season. The biggest news which we talk about for a while is Michigan beat Alabama and is now set to play Washington in the National Championship. Taylor gives his honest thoughts on how he thinks the game went, believe it or not, he did not have any outlandish things to say about the game. Will and Taylor analyze the whole game and get into how happy they are for the boys. Once they finish talking about the Bama game, they start previewing the Championship game against Washington. Taylor is still very confident in Michigan but does say how he is a little bit worried about the explosiveness of the Washington offense. It'll be an amazing game. Following all the college football talk, they guys get into the NFL playoff picture that is starting to take shape. There are some possible dark horses in this years playoff and the boys have a couple bold predictions. One of which is that Will says he could see the Rams and Bills making the Super Bowl. Taylor gets into how he thinks the Browns and Joe Flacco could make a little bit of a run and they are not a team anyone wants to be seeing right now. To finish the pod, all of the boys give their New Years resolution both physically when it comes to physical health but also their goals for their mental's. This is a fun pod that really gets into the football that happened this past weekend but then finishes off with some fun convos.
