Boardgames and Blank – Details, episodes & analysis

Willie: Welcome in! We talk some more about recent boardgames, especially of the one play I finally gotten into of a Hollanspiele game. Then we talk about a classic game of push-your-luck, Can't Stop, but a more-recent and fancier version of it!

Alexa: You forgot to mention how we took an eternity to post this...

Willie: I didn't forget; I selectively omitted.

Willie: My voice is fully recovered! We talk about games we played, and mostly talk about Harmonies, a beautiful abstract game about nature! We also talk about the one bad thing I didn't like about it!

Alexa: You think harmonicas are beautiful???

Willie: Okay, TWO bad things...

Willie: Happy Halloween, everyone! Today we talk all about spoopy games and of one in particular, Shaky Manor from Blue Orange games! Alexa's still shaking people, though...

Alexa: What's a shaky manor? shaky people makes more sense. No one says "shaky people"...

Willie: Stop shaking everything!

Willie: This week, we talk recent games played, and about AEG's latest game, Shake That City!

Alexa: You mean PERSON. Why would it be "city"? It doesn't make any sense at all. But "person" makes way more sense.

Willie: Hi all! Making up for some missed weeks by releasing another episode. We talk about games played, and then we talk about another Phil Walker-Harding game, the dry-erase-card game Silver and Gold!

Alexa: We missed so many weeks... cuz we're lazy!

Willie: We're trying to be better!

Willie: In today's episode, we talk about recent games we played, and all about the kid-version of Kingdomino, Dragonimo!

Alexa: Dinosaurio!!!!!!!!!!!

Willie: Let's agree that either name is a stretch....

Willie: In today's episode, Emmett joins Alexa and I again talking about the games we played, and talk about a recently-released AEG game Fit to Print, all about animals making newspapers!

Alexa: NOOOOSSSSPAPERRRRRRR..... wait. Nosepaper? Yeah that's probably it...

Emmett: This is sooooo fun.

Willie: Also, Alexa also has a good idea for a future Fit to Print expansion! And we have bloopers! Enjoy!

Willie: In this overdue episode, we catch up on games, have a follow-up story from KublaCon, and discuss the delightfully-quick strategy game Boop, which has been given a terrible nickname as seen in the episode name above.

Alexa: While they boop they poop :D

Willie: Okay, that honestly could be a very hilarious mini-expansion. :D

Alexa: Never unerestimate my genius.

Willie: Can you believe it's been a year since we started Boardgames and Blank, Alexa? But I think this works to our advantage, because it's timed well with KublaCon, our local con that we go to! Yes, we're posting our post-thoughts about the now-2-weeks-ago con, as well as what we played recently as well. What a way to kick off Season 2!

Alexa: And because it's the start of the new season, let me tell you a random fact! Toejam is...

Willie: NOTHING! It's nothing! Can't we just stick with boardgames?

Alexa: If you don't know what it is, I dare you to search it up.

Willie: Season 2 is gonna be great...

Willie: Finally got this episode edited! Today, we talk about what we've been playing lately, and then about a simple card game about capturing a criminal in tunnels called Bandida.
