Registered clinical nutritionist and mum of three - including 6-year old twins, Monique Cormack is all about telling it straight. She runs a telehealth nutrition clinic, based in Sydney and is refreshingly open about her own struggles on social media - as well as the confusion that can surround preconception, prenatal and postnatal nutrition. Chatting to Ali, the ex-corporate lawyer tells it how it really is.
