Replace eggs in pancakes, crapes, cookies, cutlets, cookies, burgers with this “Flax egg”
Flax Egg
Makes 1 egg equivalent
1 tbsp flax seed powder/meal
3 tbsp water
Whisk ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes (or cover and refrigerate overnight), allow it to become gel-like consistency. After this time, it’s ready to use like eggs in recipes.

How to focus when it is so chaotic. To build emotional immunity, try the "Do this and not that" approach. ZESTY ASIAN NUT MIX RECIPE: 1 cup of nuts / pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds / pecans / almonds/ walnuts
3tsbp of soy sauce / organic liquid aminos / Tamari sauce
1/4 tsp of ginger
1/2 tsp of garlic
1/2 tsp or 2 tsp of chili flakes or jalapeños chopped up or cayenne
Combine all spices with soy sauce whisk together and put over nuts and seeds blend it well
Roast at 300 degrees preheated oven for 5-7 minutes. Do not burn this!
Add sweetness by adding couple tbsp of raisins or any kind of dry fruit or cranberries
Crunchy, salty, spicy and healthy + easy to make!
