It’s the Arcade Perfect Podcast and we are ‘Out of Credits’ this show is dedicated to the last 3 years of listeners, supporters behind the scenes and guests of the show. We take a look back over some of our favourite episodes, play voice messages from previous guests and share the wonderful feedback from everyone from announcing the end of the podcast. We’ve had a great three years and made many friends along the way and loved the stories that have been shared. We hope you join us as we leave the Arcade with empty pockets but great memories! It’s episode 63 of the Arcade Perfect Podcast and it’s time for Daz and Taggster to catch up with Mats from Gears of Games to test out all of the conversions of Capcom’s Black Tiger.  The guys faced lots of Tigers in this episode, black ones with a black background 🙄.

Some really stinky versions here, but one really shined like the Golden Turd should. We flush it out so the listeners never have to play it!

It’s the Arcade Perfect podcast episode 51 and the feature game is Tecmo’s Solomon’s Key. We catch up with Swedish guest Mats from YouTube channel Gears of Games and chat about the Arcade Version and it’s many conversions (and rip-offs).

The boys are faced with a tough choice for there favourite and also the version getting the Golden Turd Award is not straightforward either. Let’s just say opinions differed!

We celebrate our 50th episode with the Namco smash hit game Rolling Thunder picked by special guest Dean Swain (Retro Asylum Podcast) who joins us this episode.

Mission 1 - We talk about our history of Rolling Thunder from the arcades and what conversions we had back in the day.

We head to NYC at catch up with George Gomez, industrial designer of classic arcade games such as Tron and Spy Hunter. We speak to George and throw him some questions about his begins at Bally Midway in the 80’s and his journey to becoming Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer in his current roll at Stern Pinball.
