PROGRAM 3, EPISODE 159

A new Australian Digital ID legislation was passed into Law through the Parliament in Canberra in the latter weeks of May 2024. This new law, which comes into effect on December 1, 2024, is not predominantly a digital identification scheme to acquire public and private sector goods and services securely and conveniently. Many governments worldwide are aligning themselves with the program, albeit under duress, if they wish to function and trade in the global commerce landscape.

On July 1, 2021, the UN officially made available a 257-page published work, “Remaking the World—The Age of Global Enlightenment.” The book is a collaboration between the Boston Global Forum (BGF) and the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), which are divisions of the United Nations. The UN maintains an agenda with an embedded spiritual component describing a remaking or re-creating of the world based on Genesis 1:1-3 and 1:26 but calling their new world an “Age of Global Enlightenment.”

Join me for this season 5 and episode 159 of Real Israel Talk Radio as I discuss the Spiritual Anatomy of the Mark and the Image of the Beast. We will look into some critical biblical definitions that you need to know to avoid the new emerging "Beast System" that is now being force-fed to all the nations of the world under the U.N. Agenda 2030 plan of 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

The UN is an international political body founded in 1945. Its charter slogan is: “Peace, dignity, and equality on a healthy planet.” The organization has evolved over the years to keep pace with a rapidly changing world. However, one thing has stayed the same: it remains the one place on Earth with a special status and a large dedicated building in New York City, USA, where the world’s nation leaders can gather, discuss common problems, and find solutions that benefit all humanity.

Biblical salvation is more than just a theological construct. It is a Truthful and Real condition that every human being on planet earth needs! Two of the more well-known and better expressions of this much-needed gift from the Hand of the Almighty Eternal One is, firstly, that of John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that He gave His Unique Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." A second statement to explain this is from Sha'ul (Paul) who wrote in Colossians 2:13-14 - "And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross (tree)."

The often-quoted statement from John 3:16 is pretty easy to follow. However, for many, the statement from Colossians 2:14 is a bit more problematic and presents us with a large number of different interpretations. My understanding of the statement is rather straightforward because I think it directly relates back to Genesis 3:22, "Then YHVH Elohim (God) said, “Behold, the man has become like one of us, to know good and evil."

We will come to understand that Paul was NOT AT ALL speaking about the Mosaic Law (the Torah) and yet the Mosaic Law is extremely important to the story. Without the Law, we will miss some rather important details about Messiah and the Jewish-Hebrew biblical law of the Shetar Hov - a bond of obligation. To get freed from this obligation bond that the Garden Serpent foisted upon Adam and Eve, to sign for it, the only way out of that unfair deal was to graciously receive the gift of a payment on our behalf by Mashiach Yeshua. His actions to set us free falls under the biblical laws Acquisitions, Liens, and Discharges of Debt.

On this episode of Real Israel Talk Radio - Program Number 5, Episode 58, we'll have a look into Paul's statement from Colossians 2:14, "...having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross."

Understanding the biblical laws of  acquisitions, liens, and discharges of debt can help us to better understand what Paul was referring to in Colossians 2:14.  Prepare yourself to take down some notes.

Admittedly, I don't like sharks! Swimming off the coasts of Australia, there are plenty of sharks and oftentimes, we'll get news of another swimmer or surfer getting attacked by a Great White. What is it about some sharks that they just happen to get attracted to humans? Perhaps it is our smell? After all, sharks are famous for their acute and superior sense of smell. Indeed, their ability to smell the smallest traces of blood dispersed within gallons and gallons of seawater has long been a source of fear and dread amongst swimmers and surfers. In addition, they can smell just a tiny part of their prey, even if this part or substance makes up only 1 out of 10 billion parts of the victim’s body! This ability also extends over hundreds of metres.

Studies about the vast animal kingdom of earth reveals that the African elephant has the strongest sense of smell. Also, a bloodhound is often referred to as a nose attached to a dog since these pooches have an amazing ability to scan any terrain with their nose. And strangely, even the male silk moth has a large and elaborate, feathery antennae filled with scent receptors that enable it to sense a single pheromone scent particle from a female from more than seven miles away!

Spiritually, our creator Yehovah also has a profound sense of smell, yes, and even greater than all of the creation's creatures combined! So, exactly what is it about smell that we should know? The New Testament writer Paul had this to say in 2 Corinthians 2:15-16:

For we are to God the fragrance of Messiah among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. To the one we are the aroma of death leading to death, and to the other the aroma of life leading to life.

In this episode of Real Israel Talk Radio, Program 4, Episode 57, "What is Biblical Salvation?" we are going to continue with our study about Yeshua and Salvation. Salvation involves a scent, a smell of something sweet as compared to Sin which involves a scent or smell of decay and rottenness.

We will have a close look into the ancient Jewish and biblical idea of salvation based on a teaching of Genesis 3:19, Isaiah 26:19, and Revelation 20:14 as it all relates to Genesis 2:17. All of this should be understood if we want to really appreciate the smell of Divine Eternal salvation through Yeshua.

D.I.Y. Salvation = "Do-it-Yourself-Salvation." For millions and, yes, even billions of people on planet earth, it's quite an attractive option because with this salvation program, "you can have your cake and eat it too," as the old 1700's American colonial saying goes. In other words, it is a commonly accepted idea that if there is an all-powerful deity that requires a soul to be blameless and perfect in order to "go to heaven" when we die then surely, we can appease that deity by living a "good life" and doing things in a way that makes us happy, which many believe will then make the deity happy. Well, if I must say it, there really is no such option available, at least, according to the written words in the Bible.

In biblical scripture, the essential element of salvation can best be summed up as, "it's his way or the highway," based on a 1970's American idiom, "it's my way or the highway."  In the Bible, true biblical salvation is impossible to earn; it cannot be done. The only option available that can make "The All-Powerful, Eternal Deity" happy in the Bible is to acquire salvation His way, period. Acquiring salvation our way is not in His plan, which is why D.I.Y. (Do-It-Yourself) salvation is not on Heaven's "approved" list of options in order to get saved.

With this podcast of Real Israel Talk Radio - Program 3, Episode 21-56, "What is Biblical Salvation?" we will have a close look into the ancient Jewish and biblical idea of salvation based on the teaching of Isaiah 53 and the Suffering Servant prophecy. We'll also have a look at the idea of the "New Covenant" in Matthew 26:26-29 as it relates in the two deaths of Hebrew scripture in Genesis 2:17.  All of this should be understood if we want to really appreciate the idea of Divine Eternal salvation through Yeshua. It is also an important lesson to learn because of what is written about concerning a great End Times "falling away" in 2 Thessalonians 2:3. Therefore, we must stay the course and never, ever ditch this very expensive gift that we have been given because of our faith.

It is a valid question: What is biblical salvation, at least, according to how the early first-century believers in Yeshua might have likely understood it? In Genesis 1:11-12, we read this:

"Then God said, 'Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth'; and it was so."

Here, the teaching principle is, like kind produces like kind. This teaching from the Bible, like kind produces like kind, points us towards man's greatest dilemma; our inherited genetic link to and DNA imprint of the tree of the knowledge of good but evil which is exactly who we are when we are born into this world. With our natural birth into this world, we are joined to the law of Sin and Death physically and spiritually.

Now, the question is, How do we break free from it? How do we get disconnected? The New Covenant biblical answer is given: only through the completed work of Yeshua the Messiah, period. There is no other way of salvation known unto man, at least, according to Hebrew scripture.  To NOT choose the path of life in Yeshua means that we have made our choice for what scripture calls the "Second Death" and the "Second Resurrection" (Revelation 20:5-6; 20:12-15).

And how did we get so tangled up in this mess? It started with Adam when his woman said in response to Yehovah, asking her the question, "What Happened?" in Genesis 3:13.  She said,"The Serpent married me and I ate."  In other words, the seed of the Serpent (Genesis 3:1) came to be ONE with Eve leading us back to the Genesis 1:11-12 principle, "like kind produces like kind."  Therefore, we have choices and decisions to make about our eternal condition. Do I continue in my genetic condition from the tree of the knowledge of good but evil OR do I choose eternal life from the Tree of Life, which is the Tree of The Good (Deuteronomy 30:15-19).

On this podcast of Real Israel Talk Radio, Program 2021, Episode 55, we will discover a lot incredible truth from Hebrew scripture; beautiful to some, and quite likely inconvenient to others. Still, biblical truth is truth and each of us must come to a choice, a decision as to whether we want to break-free from our genetic link to Sin and Death; and if so, then it means to accept the Divine Plan by faith, which can and will set us free from the curse of Sin and Death in Genesis 2:17.

What is biblical salvation?
Well, I suppose the answer depends on who you might ask.  More often than not, the doctrine of salvation concerns a concept of eternal and spiritual deliverance from what is referred to in English as "sin." However, there is a lot more going on and I think we would do well to expand on the details more carefully, particularly as salvation and sin was defined in the Messianic Jewish mind of the Second Temple period of historical Israel. When Paul told the Philippian jailer what he must do to be saved, he was referring to the jailer’s eternal destiny (Acts 16:30-31). When Yeshua spoke of salvation, he pointed us into learning and understanding the biblical concept of the Kingdom of God (Matthew 19:24-25).

What are we saved from and what are we saved to?
Biblical salvation appears to be linked to an escape from divine "wrath" due to a passed-down curse of sin and death, which naturally and spiritually affects all of us because the consequence of sin is eternal death, according to Romans 6:23. Therefore, salvation means to be righteous or just with eternal life and no sin.

On this 50-minute podcast of Real Israel Talk Radio Part 1, Episode 21-054, I will seek to expand on a biblical meaning and definition that is supported from the biblical lessons about salvation, sin and death, the tree of the knowledge of good but (and) evil and really, so much more! The experience of salvation is beautiful. However, learning to understand the detail that drives the experience is, likewise, also just as beautiful.

On this podcast of Real Israel Talk Radio,  I am having a candid conversation with my wife Suzanne about death and bereavement. It is something that she knows about all too well.

Suzanne speaks about the big plans that she and her late-husband made when they prayerfully decided, with the Spirit of the Almighty One leading them, to immigrate away from South Africa and to make a new life with a hopeful future for their family in Western Australia. Nine months after arriving and settling into Western Australia, and with his new engineering job and a bright future, her husband of 22 years was suddenly killed on his way home from work in a car/truck transport accident. For the young widow Suzanne and her two boys, life would never be the same again.

This is Suzanne's emotional story about what happened and how she came to cope with her tremendous loss and the next year and a half of a slow and painful death that she went through along with all the changes that were ahead for her and the family.

If you are going through an untold pain of life and you are trying to get up and get going again or you are suffering through a bereavement due to the death of a loved one, then this program is for you. This is Real Israel Talk Radio AR210109, Episode number 050.

Every year at the end of December and moving into January, it's always the same old story: Christmas and New Years! So, many among family and friends come together to celebrate and party hearty with good food, plenty of revelry, and generally just trying to tuck all of our negative human traits away so that we can all just try to have a great time. After all, it's the spirit and season of "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year?" Right? C'mon, be joyful and let's celebrate! Well, it depends if one believes in the December 25th Christmas story and the January 1st New Year.

But if you find yourself not at all enjoying getting dragged through the surrounding celebrations and festivities, at work and/or among friends and family, all the while muttering the words, "Bah Humbug! Do we have to go through this again?," well then, you are part of a minority that simply would prefer to just run away and hide; but you know that you can't because most of the civilized world is surrounded by something that is much larger than any of us can even begin to imagine. It's a spiritual battle between Good and Evil in unseen realms and it is at its peak during Christmas and New Years. It's a global culture that defines multitudes of people and goes far beyond the characterizations of 'Ol Saint Nick, Christmas Trees, and an all-night New Year's Eve party.

In this episode of Real Israel Talk Radio, Suzanne and I are going to take a close look into the global Christmas Tradition of the Christmas Tree and find out what it's really all about. Surely, it's not about a traditional 1900's winter solstice celebration on earth; not at all. Rather, it's all about an ancient 6,000 year old creation story rebellion involving a tree from the Garden of Eden called the "Tree of the Knowledge of Good BUT Evil;" from a realm that we cannot see with our human eyes.

What is the take-away lesson for all of us? It is to learn that Yehovah loves his creation and the people of his creation. We will come to understand that all of this End-of-December-and-First-Day-of-January revelry is not for us to embrace but rather for us to connect with people so that we can testify to Yehovah's uncompromising love; to love the people, not their ways. It's not an easy task for anyone but if we try to see the hearts and minds of a lost world of people aimlessly wandering through an empty spiritual desert wilderness and we try to see them in the way the Almighty Eternal One Yehovah sees them, we have a good chance to learn to love people with Yehovah's Truth without loving their ways, despite their propensity for practices that are purely worldly festivals; celebrations that have their roots in all things pagan. On this episode of Real Israel Talk Radio we are going to continue with our look into Judaism's ceremony of the Kiddush, which is treated also like the blessing of the Challah. Both are New Testament/New Covenant traditions specifically Messianic deriving from the days of Yeshua in the historical period of the Second Temple. Today, they are identified with the Christian church idea of "communion" and/or "the Lord's Supper."

Matthew 26:28 records: "Then he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. For this is my blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins."  Our podcast will specifically take us into a definition of what is the Fruit of the Vine" and what is the "New Covenant" and why we need it. This will show us the biblical reason for the Kiddush and why it is connected to double-fruit prophecy of Isaiah 66:8, "Can a nation be born in a day." What exactly is this speaking about? The rebirth of the historical nation of Israel on May 14, 1948? No, not in the least.

We will also examine Matthew 23:39 when Yeshua said, "You will not see me again until you say...," taking a quote from Psalm 118:26. This will link us to Hosea 14:1-2, which is not about an animal offering but rather about the fruit of our lips, which connects us to Isaiah 29:13, about performing religious practices based on the traditions of man.

My Passover Haggadah: An Extended Experience of its Depths, Shadows, and Realities01 Apr 202401:42:24

Each year at the season of Passover, multitudes of millions of Jewish people from all over the world, as well as those who are not natively born to the Jewish faith and culture, all gather together around each of their local family tables to remember a very special festival that is called Passover in the Bible. Why do they do this? What does it all mean, and particularly, HOW is the Passover table service conducted?

With today’s episode of Real Israel Talk Radio (with an extended running time of one hour and 42 minutes),  I am going to present to you what I understand and appreciate about the Passover.  I will share with you my version of the biblical Haggadah or retelling of the Passover story. However, I will tell you the story from my point of view rather than from the culturally typical Jewish point of view. This means the readings and explanations that you will hear me speak about from my Haggadah will present according to a more non-traditional Jewish Seder. Essentially, my focus IS NOT designed to elevate the customary "fun" of the Passover with all of its typical table rituals, songs, and ceremonies that have come to shape the Jewish Passover of today. From my point of view, most of those rituals and ceremonies are merely SHADOWS of the True Passover as it relates to an unseen REALITY. My Passover Haggadah is designed to help us understand NOT WHAT the Passover is as a series of songs, prayers, and fun family time, but rather WHO the Passover is from a redemptive point of view.

From my point of view, the Passover service is NOT a noun to elevate all the related ceremonies and table rituals of the event because I think this is a mistaken focus. As you will come to see from this program, the Passover is a verb designed to elevate an all-important Messianic redemption, which will point us to the solemn actions of the One called Yeshua, the Messiah. As I understand the event, the Passover, is about honoring the Messianic narratives of the New Covenant. Please, do come along for this journey into learning about the Passover from our presently-unseen Messianic Redeemer – One who WAS, who IS, and who IS TO COME.

On this episode of Real Israel Talk Radio we are going to dig into the backstory for Judaism's ceremony of HaMotzi and Kiddush, which are New Testament / New Covenant traditions specifically identified as "communion"or "the Lord's Supper" in the Christian Church.

Matthew 26:26-28 records: "And as they were eating, Yeshua took bread, blessed and broke, and gave to the disciples and said, “Take, eat; this is My body.” Then he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. For this is my blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins."

Our podcast will take us into why we need the New Covenant and the Isaiah 53 Suffering Servant; that without any of this, all of humanity has a zero chance of any hope for a future share in the Last Day resurrection and World to Come, which is a promise of the coming Messianic Kingdom of Heaven. We will also have a look into Psalm 139:14-15, which will give us a good foundation to help us to understand the importance as to why Yeshua did a New Covenant HaMotzi (Bread) and Kiddush (Wine) blessing in Matthew 26:26-28. In Judaism, this is a very old practice that is definitively linked to why we break a loaf of braided oven-baked bread and why the bread is called "Challah."

On this episode of Real Israel Talk Radio, we will continue with our in-depth look at the biblical Son of Man prophecy as it relates to Isaiah 53:4-5.

When we understand the Hebrew and Aramaic message that supports the biblical Son of Man teaching, it then gives us a wide-open door into an awesome understanding of the Suffering Servant of Isaiah 53:4-5. Armed with this knowledge, we will then chase down some additional lessons about why Yeshua had to fulfill Isaiah's prophecy for us because we could never be in any position to fulfill it ourselves based on Psalm 139:15 among other places. In preparation for our study into Challah and Kiddush, we will also have a close look into the various Hebrew words for a lump of bread dough (בצק) and the Hebrew word for bread (לחם), which also is related to the Hebrew words for "joining," "compassion," and "salt."

On this episode of Real Israel Talk Radio we are going to continue with our deep-dive look into the biblical New Covenant concept of the "Son of Man," as Yeshua regularly used the term in his teaching ministry.

On this program, we will closely examine the Hebrew terminology that supports the Messianic message of Isaiah 53:4-5, referred to by many as the "Suffering Servant" prophetic word. We are going to breakdown the Hebrew terminology that supports these two verses of the message and how these terms relate to the Messianic concept of the New Covenant "Son of Man." We'll look at the terms "Grief," "Wounded," "Bruised," "Iniquity," "Peace," "Stripes," "Healed."

If you spend any time at all reading in the New Covenant or New Testament, you will most certainly notice Yeshua's use of the term, "Son of Man." What was he referring to? Personally, I don't think that many will give much of this a second thought but for those of you that would like to dig deeper and study it with interest then this podcast is for you.

In the days of Yeshua, the meaning of the term "Son of Man" would have been understood by those waiting for Messianic prophetic fulfillment, as a signal pointing back to Isaiah chapter 53 and Psalm 2:12, Messianic suffering servant prophecies.

On this podcast - PROGRAM PART 2, we will get the Hebraic backstory for the term "Son of Man." Plus, it will teach us about why we need the Death and Third Day Resurrection of Yeshua; if we are going to have any hope at all of getting well and getting healed from the passed-down genetic DNA of Adam and Eve's sin-sickness, when they got very sick in the Garden of Eden. It was their sickness that we inherited when we were born into this fallen world. Also, the term "Son of Man" will teach us about what Psalm 2:12 means, "Kiss the Son lest he be angry and you perish in the way."

Doing Good or Being Good for Heaven's Sake PROGRAM PART 206 Nov 202000:49:59

The dominant worldview that circulates amongst the general population is that if we can do enough good or to generally be good enough with the actions of our lives then we might have a succeeding chance of being judged favorably by God when we die and stand for his judgment. We might be in a good position to negotiate with God and to convince him that he can and should outweigh our bad actions with our good actions and thus, tip the scales of any possible negative decision that might come against us. However, it is not a teaching that is found in the written biblical lessons of the Bible. Nonetheless, Judaism does continue to teach that God is just going to show us mercy and compassion based on our record of merit and good deeds whilst the side of God's demand for justice is totally ignored.

On today's podcast for Real Israel Talk Radio, we will take a look into how one can acquire a topped-up merit account for the day of judgment. We will take a good look into who is actually doing good as its defined in the Bible. We'll answer the questions:

  1. Is all of man or mankind in this world naturally or intrinsically good? I would say, No.
  2. Is man or are we created in the image and likeness of God? I would say, No.
  3. Before our yet-future day of judgment, is it possible to actually "top-up" a personal merit account in order to potentially outweigh our bad deeds with our good deeds? Can we then use our merit to buy our way out of a negative divine judgment and buy ourselves into an afterlife that will give us a share in a life of the World to Come?
  4. And what about all the good that is done in the world? Is it truly good OR does it only look good on the outside but on the inside it's poison fruit?

When we talk about faith, religion, goodness, and an afterlife to various people in the world, it is wise to first try and understand a person's worldview; how one sees truth. How one defines good and even to ask the person that you are speaking with if, in fact, they believe in an afterlife or that this life is all that there is! This leads me to a number of questions.

  1. Is all of man or mankind in this world naturally or intrinsically good? No, I think not.
  2. Does man naturally possess a kind of goodness of soul even if it is not being currently accessed? I think yes, but from what kingdom "out there" does this good derive?
  3. Before our yet-future judgment day, is it possible to actually "top-up" our personal merit account to potentially gain a bit more meritorious credit that can be used to buy our way out of a divine judgment and buy our way into an afterlife in the World to Come?
  4. As for the Garden of Eden and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, did God plant that tree there? We will take a look at what the Hebrew text of Genesis 2:9 says. It just might surprise you!

Let's be quite honest with ourselves. All relationships contain conflicts that will, at times, challenge and test one's patience. However, if one is a believer in Yeshua and seeking to walk in a Spirit-filled life of Torah and Truth, relational challenges with a marital partner can oftentimes be even more of a struggle because of a war that exists between the flesh and the spirit. Now, if this is not enough, emotional childhood and adulthood traumas and physiological dysfunctions such as ADHD can add even more stresses to relationships, regardless of whether they fall within the context of marriage or not.

On this episode of Real Israel Talk Radio my guest is Melissa Orlov who specializes in ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). Melissa Orlov is an international author, lecturer, and "go-to" trainer for a number of marriage therapists who specifically deal with ADHD and marriage or as Dr. Edward Hallowell explains: marriage to an ADHD partner is like living with a person who has a race-car brain with bicycle brakes. Melissa Orlov's advice is not limited only to ADHD marriages. The good news is that her principles can be applied to all relationships whether you are married or not.

NOTE: The following program was recorded in late August of 2023. Sadly, near the end of November 2023, attorney Iver Bruce Bye was the victim of a horrible assault on his life. He passed away on June 8, 2024, due to the serious head injuries that he received. Though it could be classified as murder, I do not want to go that far until I've had an opportunity to speak with his wife, Linda.   Iver was a faithful believer in Yeshua and the Torah. We shall meet him again on the Last Day great resurrection as Yeshua promised in John 6:40.

Enjoy the program.

Previously, in Part 1, we heard from California Attorney Iver Bye, who spoke about American Law and how it often relates to what is found written in the Bible. In today's program, Part 2, Attorney Iver Bye will talk more about the definitions of legal words. He will also take us on a brief journey into the backstory of the U.S. Constitution and a little about the framers and founders who brought us this essential document that defines the United States of America.

Attorney Iver Bye has been active in courtroom trials and criminal law since graduating from law school in the late 1970s. However, what sets this attorney apart from many others in his legal profession is that over the past many decades, Iver has remained devoted to Biblical teachings and how they relate to us in everyday life. Let us now continue with where we left off from our last program.

PART SIX - our final program tackling the subject of what the Bible calls food and asking the question, are we as believers in Yeshua permitted to eat biblically unclean foods such as pork, shellfish, and the forbidden foods of Leviticus chapter 11 and Deuteronomy chapter 14?

On this final episode of Real Israel Talk Radio dealing with clean and unclean issues in the New Covenant - PART SIX of six parts - we will address Acts chapter 10 and "Peter's Vision," when he received divine revelation saying to him, "Rise Peter, kill and eat." And in a large sheet he saw all manner of animals. So, we ask the question, were these beasts, crawling and flying creatures unclean OR clean OR both? Then in Romans 14, we will focus on the concept of impurity and uncleanness defined from the Hebraic context of how we are to understand divine love.

Suzanne and I will walk you through the contexts of Acts 10 as it relates to "Moral Impurity by Association" and Romans 14 as it relates to the biblical definition of love.

PART FOUR of a multi-part series tackling the subject of what the Bible calls food and asking the question, are we as believers in Yeshua permitted to eat biblically unclean foods such as pork, shellfish, and the forbidden foods of Leviticus chapter 11 and Deuteronomy chapter 14?

On this episode of Real Israel Talk Radio, we will speak about eating physical food on earth; that is represents a metaphor to explain that there is also the eating of spiritual food in Heaven. This follows the teaching of Yeshua who showed us how to pray saying, “Our Father who is in Heaven…your will be done on Earth AS IT IS in Heaven. Thus, in all of our eating for physical sustenance, there should be an unseparable and linked connection between Heaven and Earth; that both Heaven and Earth must witness Truth in us.  If our witness on earth breaks the witness in Heaven then we are living according to a lie and not according to truth.

With PART FOUR of this biblical study series, we will speak about the Hebrew term “l’briut” coming from a Hebrew root that means “to a covenant.” We will learn about covenants and food and how they are connected taking Revelation 3:20 into consideration, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone opens the door, I will dine with him and he with me.”

On this fourth podcast in the series, Why I Exchanged Salami For Pastrami, Suzanne and I will walk you through the biblical idea of making food choices that reflect our spiritual covenant with Messiah on Earth as it is in Heaven; walking out Heaven's realities through Earth's metaphors.

Join us for this episode 035 of Real Israel Talk Radio, Season 2020 on the Torah food diet, which is about the food that we eat on Earth as it is supposed to reflect the food that eat (and will eat) in Heaven.

PART THREE of a multi-part series tackling the subject of what the Bible calls food and asking the question, are we as believers in Yeshua permitted to eat biblically unclean foods such as pork?

On this episode of Real Israel Talk Radio, we will seek to bring some clarity into defining the term "food" and how this is linked to the Hebrew of Genesis 2:16 where the eating of food is mentioned as a plural concept, not a singular concept. In other words, in Hebrew, Genesis 2:16 says, "In eating, you will eat" implying that there are two aspects of eating, physical and spiritual and that physical food is a metaphor to show us a spiritual truth. Consider that the Bible narrative begins in the Genesis Garden of Eden with a food choice and remarkably, the Bible ends with another food choice in the book of Revelation; and in the middle, Yeshua says in John 4:32, "I have food to eat of which you do not know."

With PART THREE of this biblical study series, we will seek to lay down a good foundation to better understand food in its relationship to Yeshua's prayer to the Father that says, "Your will be done on Earth AS IT IS in Heaven.

On this podcast, Why I Exchanged Salami For Pastrami, Suzanne and I will walk you through the biblical idea of making food choices that reflects our spiritual redeemed life of Heaven as we live out Heaven's realities through Earth's metaphors.

"Born Again"or as the Greek text says,"Born from Above.” What was Yeshua's explanation for it? Judging from what the Jewish religious teacher Nicodemus said when he responded to Yeshua in John chapter 3, I will attempt to put this idea back into its biblical Hebraic context as Yeshua and his disciples would have understood it. Our journey to a better understanding of "Born from Above” will bring us to Genesis 3:19, Isaiah 28:19, and in the New Covenant at Titus 3:4-7. These passages should be able to give us a good picture of what the Hebrew idea teaches us based on the Genesis creation story. On this podcast, we will carefully examine the Hebraic term Shuv (repentance). It had a very specific meaning and we will look at it today. Join us for this study -- Part 2 of 2 and a look into the human consciousness and our promised New Man in Messiah. This is Real Israel Talk Radio, Program AR200808, Episode 031.

"Born Again."What is this all about? These days, a lot of folks just assume it's an easy concept to grasp. Judging from what the Jewish religious teacher Nicodemus said when he responded to Yeshua in John chapter 3, I am not so sure that the concept is, in fact, so well-understood. Thus, I thought we should come back to revisit the idea of "Born Again,"or as the Greek text says, "Born from Above,"and try to put it back into its biblical Hebraic context. Our journey to a better understanding of "Born from Above"will bring us to John 20:22 and 1 Corinthians 15:45. I am quite confident that Nicodemus understood these teachings quite well. On this podcast, we will carefully examine the two Hebraic terms Nefesh Khayahand Nishmat Khayim. In the written Torah of Moses, they had very specific meanings and we will look at them today. Join us for this study -- Part 1 of 2-- into our human consciousness and our New Man in Messiah. This is Real Israel Talk Radio, Program AR200801, Episode 030.

With this second episode of speaking about giving learned men and women exalted titles, we will continue where we left off on our last program. In religious theological circles, Catholics call the priests of the church “Father.” Christians call esteemed pastors “Teachers.” Jews call learned teachers “Rabbi” and legal scholars “Rav” or “Rabban.” However, according to Yeshua in Matthew 23:8-12, none of these titles have the approval of our Father in Heaven. Yet still, it’s a widely adopted practice to address church and synagogue leaders with these titles. On this podcast of Real Israel Talk Radio, Episode 029 Part 2 - Man’s  Exalted Titles of Rabbi, Teacher, and Father, we will have a close look into the cultural, biblical, archaeological, and historical background for using these terms and perhaps why Yeshua gave us his instructions to not use them. My reasoning for speaking about this has nothing to do with judging those who use the titles but rather to simply provide some theological context to help us make informed choices that line up with our redeemed life in Messiah.

I had the privilege of having a face-to-face conversation with California Attorney Iver Bye about Biblical Law and Teaching ("Torah") versus American Jurisprudence. Attorney Iver Bye has specialized in courtroom criminal law since graduating from law school in the late 1970s. If you are interested in learning about Divine Wisdom, Teaching (Torah), and Law and how it relates to American and Common Law, stay with us for this hour-long program.

Attorney Iver Bye grew up in Spokane, Washington. After some 45 years in the legal profession, Attorney Iver Bye continues with his law practice in Victorville, which is located in the high desert of Southern California in the USA. Join us for this Part One episode, which addresses Biblical Law and Teaching (Torah) and American Jurisprudence. This is Real Israel Talk Radio Episode 145.

Knowledge, Glory, and Free Will. A Study into Biblical Hebrew PART 2 of 217 Jul 202000:50:00

What is knowledge as it is defined in the Bible? The Hebrew term "kavod" is translated into English as "glory" and the term "kaved" is translated as "liver." Are these good translations or is it possible that there is more than meets the eye and that the true meanings are lost in translation? Finally, what does biblical free will or free choice look like? Precisely, what does the term convey? We often say, "life happens." Biblical Hebrew will show us that this is not correct; that there is everyday randomness in the world but we are not look at all of those events and happenings in the world as randomness but rather as divine intervention and design. Each of the Bible's Hebraic ideas have strict definitions and we are going to have a close look into some of them as I will be interviewing Haim Shore, retired Israeli professor of engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev; a scientific engineering professor that applies his academic disciplines to the detailed study of biblical Hebrew. This podcast addresses the Hebrew terms for divine speech and glory in the Hebrew Bible. This is Real Israel Talk. Radio - Part 2 of 2, Episode 027 of Season 2020.

When God expresses something, it is either by saying a word or statement OR speaking a word or statement. From this, we will learn that the Hebrew terms "say" and "speak" do not mean the same thing. Rather, they are divine terms each with a designed purpose to produce a totally different result. The Hebrew term "kavod" is translated into English as "glory" and the word "kaved" is translated as "liver." Are these translations good OR is it possible that there is much more going on in Hebrew and that the true meanings of the terms are lost in translation?  What does tohu v’vohu mean as it is written in Genesis 1:2 - "...the earth was without form and void?" These Hebraic ideas have strict biblical definitions and we are going to have a close look into them as I will be interviewing Haim Shore, retired Israeli professor of engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev; a scientific engineering professor that applies his academic disciplines to the detailed study of biblical Hebrew. In standing before Judean Prefect Pontius Pilate, this Roman Governor asked Yeshua of Netzeret a question (John 18:33): "Are you the King of the Jews?"Yeshua responded saying (v.36), "My Kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servant would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews." This one statement was Yeshua's testimony that there are two kingdoms -- one natural on Earth and one spiritual in Heaven. Given this truth, we must ask ourselves, "Are we to take up weapons of flesh and blood to fight against Earth's kingdoms of evil?" And exactly who is the evil enemy? Those pushing a global human eugenics program? Those among the global elite with their New World Order agenda to control 7+ billion people through mandatory vaccinations, human chipping, 5G, AI, and many other nefarious activities? With this podcast War of the Worlds Part 2 Episode 025 of Real Israel Talk Radio, we are going to continue where we left off with Part 1, looking into Yeshua's biblical redemption mandate for each of us; confirming what Paul wrote in Ephesians 5:12 - "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the Heavenlies."

Luke 4:28-29 speaks about Nazareth as a city set on a hill with a cliff or brow. John 1:46 tells us that Phillip said to Nathanael, "Can any good come out of Nazareth?"  Where was this first-century Galilean town? Tradition tells us it's in the hills overlooking the Jezreel Valley. A private investigator and forensics expert has dedicated a lot of time studying biblical, archaeological, geographical, and historical evidence that points him directly to the zealot-stronghold mountain of Gamla near the Sea of Galilee as the town where Yeshua grew up - Nazareth; and likely, the "mountain" from where he taught the "Beatitudes" of Matthew chapter 5. This is Part 2 of 2, Season 2020, Episode 023 of Real Israel Talk Radio. At the conclusion of this study, there will be an introductory lesson on John 18:36 when Yeshua said, "My Kingdom is not of this world."

It appears from all the signs and events we are witnessing these days; that we might, in fact, be drawing ominously near towards the fulfilment of the biblical "Mark of the Beast" End of Days prophetic words of the Bible. With many "out there" giving us teachings about the number 666, I would like to present my thoughts about the way in which we will be able to identify this "beast," though not just "him," but also to identify the movement or spirit that is pushing the 666 agenda. On this episode, we will look at the secret society number "A113," which is linked to the technology called "AI" - Artificial Intelligence. We will also have a look at the well-known Hollywood big screen number "322" as it links to Genesis 3:22. Plus, we'll look at the number of man, which is "45" and "311." These are all secret society codes and symbols for the New World Order and you will see how they are used to tell the world what's coming and yet what is not coming. Join me for about an hour and I'll explain things as I am perceiving them being fulfilled in these days. This is Program episode 021, Part 2 of 2 parts.

The Shroud of Turin is a centuries-old linen burial cloth that bears the image of a crucified man in the 1st century Roman period; a man that millions have come to believe to be Yeshua (Jesus) of Netzeret (Nazareth). Is this shroud really the cloth that wrapped his crucified body or is it simply a forgery, a hoax perpetrated by some clever medieval artist? Since 1978, modern science has completed thousands of hours of detailed study and intense scientific research on this shroud. It is, in fact, the single most studied artefact in human history and we know more about it today than we ever have since it came to be widely known, and yet the controversy still rages. With this podcast, we will speak with the official documenting photographer from the 1978 team that scientifically studied the shroud in Turin Italy. 1)  How did Yeshua manage to DO (meaning, TO BE THE PASSOVER LAMB) and also to EAT the Passover Lamb with his disciples precisely according to Exodus Chapter 12?

2)  How did Yeshua come to be called the PASSOVER Lamb?

3)  What does it mean that Yeshua, the Passover Lamb, died for the sins of the world?

Join me for this final program summary in this 30-part series.

The traditional construction of the ancient Israelite Tabernacle-Tent of Exodus 26 is most often presented in the shape of a typical rectangle. However, one mechanical engineer and believer in Yeshua has taken a deep dive into that assumption and has mathematically challenged the idea from the Hebrew texts of the Torah. His meticulous research strongly suggests that it was never like a typical "shoebox" but rather more like a tent dome or circle built according to the mathematical ratio of PI-314. We will find out why he thinks this way and why this pattern is so important if we want to accurately relate to the Torah and the eternal Word of Messiah.
