Zimdahl from Colorado State University in the US, who – in a career spanning nearly four decades – has continuously challenged conventional scientific thought about agriculture. In this week's episode, the focus remains on agricultural ethics, however we discuss the impact of omitting the study of ethics from the curriculums of agricultural degree programmes in the United States, as well as whether we can increase food production both sustainably and ethically.
