She started her physical therapy & coaching business, Volante PT & Performance, in 2020 to specialize in the rehabilitation and training of runners. As a runner with a history of eating disorder and multiple bone stress injuries, she’s passionate about helping others manage this type of injury & return to running with confidence. She has presented on the physical therapist’s role in RED-S and on bone stress-related injuries at various physical therapy conferences with the goal of increasing awareness & improving care for this population.

Jessie received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York University and is  a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Her primary speciality is in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. Jessie's interest in pelvic health stemmed from exposure during PT school which provided powerful insight into gender bias and how pelvic health concerns, especially women’s, are often dismissed. Her mission is to provide a restorative environment to encourage and empower her patints to connect with and heal their bodies.

Jessie previously established the Pelvic Health Program for a large physical therapy practice and acting as the Program Director, mentoring dozens of other Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists. She remains educated on the latested in pelvic pain, exercise and pregnancy, postpartum rehabilitation, bowel and sexual dysfunction.

Jessie is a lecturer on pelvic floor physical therapy at both New York University and Columbia University, and serves as teaching assistant for multiple pelvic floor continuing education courses through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

Kelley's trajectory in the world of education has been particularly unique and winding and has included clinical practice as a speech-language pathologist, a member of several integrated special education teams, a teacher trainer, consultant, and professional developer, and a district-wide coordinator of social and emotional learning programming.

Brittany is a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics based in the Dallas, Texas area. She received her bachelor’s degree from Rice University, completed her dietetic internship at Yale-New Haven Hospital prior to becoming a sports dietitian. In her early career she worked with athletes of various levels , including spending time as a team dietitian at both Texas Christian University and The University of Georgia.

Brittany has over five years of experience in individualized nutrition care for athletes and active women, and knows how important a collaborative experience with other care providers can be to achieve optimal results.

Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband & Golden Retriever,  teaching indoor cycling classes, reading, and working on home projects
