A New Way of Being is about the art of inner alignment and finding flow.
It starts with developing a different relationship with your thinking mind. You are not your thoughts, you are aware of your thoughts. This is a crucial distinction that can have a profound effect.
Life isn't something to be 'won', but is rather a continuous miracle to be experienced, and Simon Mundie and guests discuss ways to understand and embody this new way of being.
Guests range from world renowned thinkers, philosophers, scientists and healers - to many of the most successful athletes of all time.

How To Skilfully Avoid Answering Uncomfortable Questions: Ros Atkins
Wednesday, February 26, 2025 • Duration 05:09
I have worked with some brilliant broadcasters who are masters at answering questions in such a way as to deftly move the conversation onto safe territory - even when it means not directly answering the question they were asked. This is a vital skill in live broadcasting, but it can be transferred to any other line of work or area of life.
Ros Atkins is one of the BBCs best broadcasters and author of The Art of Explanation

Overcome burnout and develop resilience - by doing nothing: Steve Magness
Season 1
Friday, January 31, 2025 • Duration 08:11
“All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone” - Blaise Pascal. Rates of burnout and overwhelm are soaring and yet the advice tends to be push harder and exercise more. For people struggling with burnout this can lead to illness and a crash. On the contrary, we need to embrace stillness and simply being. Doing nothing is not easy for most people, yet it is what our nervous system's are crying out for, and it is the path to developing true resilience.

The Non-Duality Podcast - 'Finding Fulfilment and Contentment Where You Are' - with Nic Higham & Simon Mundie
Monday, February 26, 2024 • Duration 50:35
Why fulfilment is about releasing our attachment to becoming and recognising Being
When we become a champion, we simultaneously become a 'somebody'. In this conversation, recorded on The Non-Duality Podcast with Nic Higham, we explore some of the questionable assumptions lying behind what is a widespread belief. How can 'success' and self-aggrandisation be frequently unfulfilling and empty, while the absence of that deep-rooted sense of 'me' be so rich?
What are some of the implications of exploring this for how we understand reality and the human experience?
Nic Higham offers nonduality-informed counselling and coaching and is the presenter of ‘The Nonduality Podcast’. https://thewholenessofexperience.com

How to use language to influence behaviour: Dave Alred - elite performance coach
Friday, February 23, 2024 • Duration 11:14
Words can be extremely powerful tools, if used skillfully. Dave Alred, one of the most in-demand performance coaches in the world even goes so far as to say "language is the post powerful drug known to man". However, he argues that most people are not aware of this and as a result don't see the sort of results that could be possible if only they were able to adopt a few simple principles. This is especially true when it comes to influencing how other people behave.

Conscious Relationships
Monday, February 19, 2024 • Duration 37:12
"If I accept the fact that my relationships are here to make me conscious, instead of happy, then my relationships become a wonderful self mastery tool that keeps realigning me with my higher purpose for living."– Eckhart Tolle
This is one of my favourite quotes, although it isn’t necessarily in line with how most people view relationships. We tend to be conditioned with an idea about meeting ‘the one’ and living happily ever after. But, one look at divorce rates shows that this doesn’t seem to tally.
Long-term relationships can be challenging, and I would suggest this is no bad thing. Few people can trigger us as well as our partners, and this opens up a huge opportunity for growth, as we discuss in this episode. We don’t suggest everyone needs to approach relationships in the way that we do, but perhaps some people may benefit from a slight change in perspective.
