When Spirit Prays You: Body Prayer and Embodied Christ Mysticism
What if prayer isn’t only something you do, but something moving through you? Explore three kinds of prayer - verbal, silent, and embodied, and try a ten-minute embodiment practice.
In this episode, Nadia Neriya shares the story of praying the Aramaic Lord’s Prayer at her altar, when her body began to move on its own into mudras and a gentle prostration.
She explores three kinds of prayer, as they came to her in a channeled transmission from Yeshua: spoken prayer, silent prayer, and somatic prayer, where Spirit moves through you unobstructed.
You’ll discover:
-Why we pray, and how prayer can become a path to union with the Divine
-3 types of prayer, and how they form a journey rather than a hierarchy
-A guided ten-minute practice you can try this week: speak, rest in silence, and let the body answer
-How prostration appears in nearly every sacred tradition
-Why embodiment isn’t a departure from Christianity, with a look at the bridal mystics, the Gospel of John, Paul’s letters, and the Gospel of Thomas
-and so much more!

Healing Sexual Shame and Reclaiming the Sacred Erotic | Prof. Dr. Tina Schermer Sellers #35
Season 5 · Episode 1
Friday, October 16, 2026 • Duration 01:09:22
Why do so many of us carry sexual shame, even if we never set foot in a church? Therapist, sex educator, and author Dr. Tina Schermer Sellers joins me to explore the roots of sexual shame, the sex-positive heritage of ancient Jewish tradition, and practical tools for healing.
We discuss how sexual shame lives in the body and nervous system, how abstinence-only education and purity culture shaped generations, and how empire-era Christianity turned away from the body.
Dr. Tina shares what she found in Jewish mystical and rabbinic texts: desire as “the breath of God,” the Song of Songs, and the Vow of Ona. We also explore the erotic as divine life force, the Gospel of Philip’s kiss between Jesus and Mary Magdalene, her four-step healing model and her work with psychedelic-assisted therapy for trauma that conventional therapy hasn’t reached.
You’ll also learn a simple practice to begin healing sexual shame at home. This episode is for anyone ready to release shame and reclaim the body as sacred.
This episode is for educational purposes and is not medical or therapeutic advice!

My Journey w/Yeshua | Nadia as Guest on Barely Christian, Fully Christian #34
Saturday, October 10, 2026 • Duration 55:02
“How did you come into close communication and connection with Yeshua?”
Growing up behind the Iron Curtain, in East Germany — where religion was shunned — I still had a deep yearning to know God intimately from an early age. In my first ever diary, on page one, I copied a poem from my Catholic great-great grandmother. It translates something like this:
To seek God is life.To find God is death. To possess God is eternity.
I was eight years old. Clearly, the mystic had always been alive in me. At 38, I would still fill volumes of notebooks, now with 2-way-prayer entries talking to God and Jesus/Yeshua.
The three decades in between, however, were filled with a lot of resistance towards Christianity and any kind of organised Abrahamic religion.
Like so many others, I identified as spiritual, but not religious. I searched for awakening through meditation and various Eastern traditions.
However, it was through tantra that Jesus and Mary came to the forefront of my life again! If you want to hear some of these unusual stories, listen to my chat with Anni.
Perhaps it can help you validate some of your own spiritual experiences that may not make logical sense either, according to the traditional narrative.
PS: I hope this serves you. If you have questions or want deeper support on your own walk with Christ or spiritual awakening journey, I’m available for 1:1 mentoring sessions. You can find out more HERE and HERE.
“I AM That Current of Overflowing Abundance” | A Transmission from Christ #33
Season 4 · Episode 8
Friday, October 2, 2026 • Duration 15:14
Last summer, at a gathering for Mary Magdalene’s feast day, I met a new soul-sister.
She had just begun opening to Mary, and later that summer, after we’d met privately, her heart opened to Yeshua as well.
Now it is autumn. We’re sitting on her blue velvet couch, sipping cappuccino, and she is telling me about the difficult season she had just gone through— and how, in the middle of it, she remembered to pray and ask them for help.
One afternoon, she’d felt the presence of Yeshua and Magdalene surrounding her. What followed, she described as being showered in Love and Light— leaving her more peaceful than she had felt in a very long time.
As I listen to her, I feel Christ’s presence beginning to stir within me—like a hand gently raised, whispering: “Let Me speak now, Beloved.”
I quiet my mind. I soften my body. And the words come pouring out, like a stream of living water.
She reaches for her phone and presses record.
What emerged from that afternoon is what I want to share with you today.

Rematriation: Loving Jesus and Finding Mama God | Anni Ponder #32
Season 4 · Episode 7
Friday, September 25, 2026 • Duration 01:13:25
What is rematriation, and how does it relate to modern Christianity? Anni Ponder — writer, teacher, and unrepentant deep thinker — joins me to explore the return of what she affectionately calls "Mama God."
We discuss Rabbi Mark Sameth's research into the dual-gendered name of God in the Hebrew Torah, the divine feminine Shekhinah, and why churches so rarely speak of a God who is both male and female.
We also dig into Elizabeth Schrader's groundbreaking manuscript research, which found early scribes altering the name "Mary" to "Martha" in the Gospel of John, evidence that Mary Magdalene's original prominence was deliberately diminished.
Anni also shares an unforgettable story from her childhood: being hugged by Jesus at age three, which left her with the deep knowing of being loved that has never left her since (even when her fundamentalist upbringing sometimes tried to tell her otherwise).
This episode is for anyone who has never stopped loving Jesus, but is ready to meet our Divine Mother too. Or vice versa.

She Was a Womb Priestess: The Secret Life of Mother Mary | Dr. Marguerite Rigoglioso #31
Season 4 · Episode 6
Friday, September 11, 2026 • Duration 59:23
In 2013, I saw a vision of Jesus and Mother Mary scattering rose petals in blessing during a tantric women's retreat. Years later, another tantric space filled with the scent of roses — the same scent Mother Mary is said to arrive with. Why do Christian figures keep showing up in tantric spaces? I asked Dr. Marguerite Rigoglioso, author of The Secret Life of Mother Mary and founder of the Seven Sisters Mystery School.
We explore Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene as high priestesses working to balance the sacred feminine on Earth — Mother Mary as divine birth priestess and Pleiadian "star walker," and Magdalene reclaimed from centuries of mischaracterization. We trace esoteric threads through suppressed texts, fairy consciousness, plant folklore, and the Christic lineage's echoes in Isis, Osiris, and Horus. Marguerite also shares her ceremonial plant medicine practice, how she moves through heartbreak with present-moment awareness, and the mystery of parthenogenesis and the "bridal chamber within."
For the modern mystic ready to meet Mother Mary and Magdalene beyond the church's telling.
A Mystic in Christ — exploring Gnostic Christianity, Sophianic theology, and the divine feminine for the modern mystic.
Tantra, Deconstructing, and A Course in Miracles | Rev. Simon Renöfält #30
Season 4 · Episode 5
Friday, September 4, 2026 • Duration 59:10
15 years ago, Simon and I began a shared mystical journey — through a Crazy Wisdom Neo-Tantra school, A Course in Miracles, and a fire baptism by the Holy Spirit that initiated my subsequent mystical marriage with Christ.
Simon spent twelve years as an ordained minister in the Church of Sweden before leaving this past April to follow a second calling as a musician and devotional artist and ACIM teacher.
In this conversation, we go deep into deconstruction — what changes when you move from traditional Christian cosmology toward A Course in Miracles, how forgiveness is understood differently in each, and why Jesus as master teacher looks so different from Jesus as blood sacrifice.
We talk about Tantra, Christ consciousness, Kundalini awakening, and the real possibility that Jesus himself walked the mystery schools. And we talk honestly about the risk of spiritual bypassing — why non-dual awareness has to be earned through the body, not forced past it.
This episode is for anyone walking away from institutional religion without walking away from Christ — and for anyone rebuilding a spiritual life that can hold both mysticism and humanity.
A Mystic in Christ — exploring A Course in Miracles, Sophianic theology, and the return of the sacred feminine for the modern mystic.
“We’re Her Priestesses” Mysteries of a Modern Magdalene Revealed | Alyna Sophia #29
Season 4 · Episode 4
Friday, August 21, 2026 • Duration 48:08
Alyna Sophia grew up believing Mary Magdalene was a sinful prostitute. Today, she's a High Priestess of Isis and Magdalene, initiating women into womb wisdom and the mysteries of the Rose lineage. In this episode, she shares how an illness nearly cost her her womb — and how, against medical odds, she healed and became pregnant again, guided by the wisdom of her own body.
We explore the ancient Rose Mysteries — the Black, White, Pink, and Red Rose initiations — womb wisdom, sacred sexuality, Kundalini shakti, and the Isis initiations she believes Yeshua and Magdalene received in Egypt.
Alyna also shares a striking memory of meeting Magdalene in her own kitchen, and we talk about the divine felt as pleasure in the body, the connection between the cervix and the voice, and what the world might look like if women had never been erased from scripture.
This episode closes with Alyna's blessing, calling the Divine Mother to hold every listener in remembrance of who they truly are.
A Mystic in Christ — exploring Gnostic Christianity, Sophianic theology, and the sacred feminine for the modern mystic.
Divine Union: The Bible's Bridal Mysticism DECODED | Dr. Garret Andrew #28
Season 4 · Episode 3
Friday, August 7, 2026 • Duration 01:23:21
What if the entire Bible — from the first Garden to the last page of Revelation— is one long love story, and we’ve been trained to read past it?
To me, the Bible’s Bridal Mysticism is the key metaphor for the whole Christed spiritual path of embodied awakening to Divine Union. But it starts way before Jesus ever referred to himself as the Bridegroom.
In this episode on Bridal Mysticism, Dr. Garret J. Andrew and I are exploring the Bible’s marriage imagery—from Genesis to Revelation—and what it might say about God’s longing for our return to divine union and the strange grace of a God who is always drawing creation Home.
| Dr. Garrett Andrew |
He is a writer, teacher, former pastor and lifelong student of Scripture who is especially drawn to the places where biblical theology, poetry, and mysticism meet. He has a doctorate in preaching and 20+ years of experience with Scripture, theology, justice, kindness, and humility.

Thrown to the Lions, Baptized by Herself: The Miraculous Story of St. Thecla | Justine Realized #27
Season 4 · Episode 2
Friday, July 24, 2026 • Duration 58:33
She was condemned to fire and to wild beasts — and instead of waiting to be saved, she baptized herself. In this episode, feminist writer and speaker Justine Realized joins me to tell the story of St. Thecla, the apocryphal companion of Paul who defied marriage, cut her hair, and claimed spiritual authority no institution ever gave her.
We explore Thecla's story as a mirror for the modern woman's journey: feminism, self-trust, and remembering who we are beneath centuries of conditioning.
We talk about the patriarchy as a wound shared by men and women alike, Yeshua as the true model of the noble masculine, and the embodied echoes of Thecla's defiance showing up in our own lives today — from shaving my head against beauty standards, to a self-baptism in the Mediterranean Sea on my 40th birthday.
For the seeker who has moved beyond institutional religion but carries a direct, felt relationship with the divine feminine and with Christ, this episode is an invitation: where in your own life are you still waiting for permission you already have?
A Mystic in Christ — exploring divine feminine Christ consciousness, Sophianic theology, and Yeshua as a role model for the noble masculine... for the modern mystic and spiritual seeker who is Christ-curious but church-cautious.
