Hi, I'm Michelle, and I help people just like you.

I spent most of my life being no fun at parties because I was so consumed with tracking calories and macros. I thought I'd spend the rest of my life obsessing about my body and letting it hold me back. 

I tried everything the fitness industry told me - flexible dieting, eating more protein, doing a bodybuilding photoshoot (leave me alone, I was young), and nothing changed - in fact, it got worse.

It's only when I stopped trying to control food and control my body that things changed.

Working on my body image changed my life and helped me break the overeating cycle. 

It gave me the confidence to pursue what I am most passionate about - educating and helping you to do the same!

4. Photoshoot considerations and why you probably shouldn't exercise for appearance

Do a photoshoot and plaster the images which look like you cupping the rope attachment for the cable machine in a very suggestive manner, that's what will bring you clients right?

Quite the opposite... in fact, the only thing it brought me was years of slagging. And yet, so many coaches start off feeling that they "need" to do a photoshoot... so let's discuss.

3. Screening for disordered eating in coaching & why it matters

Less than 50% of coaches can recognise the signs of disordered eating in sport. This means that clients often struggle alone, and we have no idea how to help.

But, I say that's not good enough - for us as business owners or for our clients. Every single coach, no matter whether you're coaching bodybuilders or relationship with food, should be asking your clients about relationship with food and body image.
