The Lash Club Online - "Spotlight Series" with LashBase Jamie
Saison 2 · Épisode 6
mercredi 19 janvier 2022 • Durée 01:10:15
Today’s episode is an interview that I did for The Lash Club Online for their “spotlight series”. The Lash Club Online is a subscription service for lash artists and offers education and guidance through every aspect of your lash business.
This conversation goes heavy into business, products, brand, regulations and mindset. I have no doubt that you will find a lot of value throughout the whole chat.
I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it.

Pro-Made Fans vs Pre-Made Fans vs Hand-Made Fans
Saison 2 · Épisode 5
jeudi 6 janvier 2022 • Durée 36:50
They are the lash industries most talked about product right now. Pro-Made Fans. Today's episode is all about answering the most frequently asked questions about the differences between pro-made, pre-made and hand-made volume fans.
The taboo and stigma around pre-made fans may be a lot smaller than it was just 2 years ago and manufacturing has come a long way but there are still a lot of misconceptions and rejection for these industry challenging lash products.
Big questions are answered in this episode including:
What's the difference between pre and pro-made fans?
What is the biggest misconception with pre and pro-made fans?
Do they affect retention?
Are they good value for money?
What is the best way to apply them for the best results?
Hosted by me, @LashBase_Jamie.

My View 3: The importance of staying relevant in the lash industry.

The importance of staying relevant in the lash industry.
Sharing some thoughts on the drive to work 💭
Staying relevant is an important challenge in achieving longevity in the lash industry. I have been in the industry long enough to understand that everything changes so you cannot be stubborn or let your ego stop you from changing your mind on something. No matter how strongly you believe in it.
The pandemic has accelerated this most recent evolution in the industry with a large portion of lash artists that are active right now having under 2 years of experience under their belts.
Have a listen to a few of my thoughts and let me know if you have noticed any changes.
Let me know what you think!
